Paket Lengkap A Qualitative Study Of Employees’ Work-Life Balance And Organizational Commitment At Pt Bank Berdikari (Persero) Tbk Manado


Abstract: Knowing the importance of the existence of their employees, Bank Mandiri is concerned about their employees’ work-life balance and organizational commitment. This research is conducted with the purpose of knowing the work-life balance and organizational commitment at Bank Mandiri Manado. This research is a qualitative research that utilize data gathered from semi-structured interviews with 16 informants from Bank Mandiri Manado. The informants are selected by using purposive sampling. From the result of interview analysis, it is found that 12 out of 16  informants are having a healthy work-life balance in terms of involvement balance, and all of the informants are committed to Bank Mandiri in terms of continuance commitment. In order to help the employees balancing their work and life, Bank Mandiri should consider to provide on-site child care in Bank Mandiri Manado, and also should consider to implement culture-change strategy such as pelatihan for the managers to help the employees to manage work-life conflicts. To increase the employees’ organizational commitment, Bank Mandiri should consider to increase the salary and improve the benefits offered to the employees.

Paket Lengkap Analyzing The Relation Between The E-Commerce Development And Small Medium Enterprise In Manado


Abstract: Nowadays, the development of e-commerce business or online trading in Indonesia has increased d in recent years. The emergence of e-commerce began to create a list of top-down services. Awareness of SMEs in Manado to take advantage of e-commerce already exists and continues to increase. The phenomenon of many SME businesses in Manado using e-commerce in marketing their products is a good sign. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship between e-commerce development of small and medium business in Manado and to reveal the problems faced by Small and Medium Enterprises in using e-commerce in Manado. This research was conducted in Manado as a developing city in Indonesia with small and medium enterprises that use e-commerce and who do not use E-commerce. Qualitative research is deployed and uses explosive research to determine the nature of Small and Medium Enterprises in Manado. The results of this study indicate that e-commerce can increase sales, income, and the number of SMEs customers in Manado. Through E-commerce products that sell and handle SMEs can be better known to people quickly. However, the duduk kasus facing SMEs in the use of ecommerce is the lack of knowledge about accessing the ecommerce system and the time limitations of SMEs actors. From the results of this study then there should be attention from the government to conduct socialization or holding a seminar to increase knowledge about ecommerce to the perpetrators SMEs Manado.

Paket Lengkap Impact On Maternity Leave And Career Development On Employee Performance At Main Branch Of Bni 46 Manado


Abstract: Becoming a mother, being pregnant, giving birth and taking care of the child, in case of this situation, woman must take maternity leave. This purpose of this research is to know how the maternity leave and career development influence on employee performance at BNI branch Manado. This research is qualitative analysis interview, the population in this research is woman employee who have took maternity leave at BNI branch Manado, and the sample using purposive sampling. The variables used in this research were taken from the literature to determine the relation between maternity leave, career development on employee performance. The data gathered through interview with the informants. The result showed that 40% of total informants explained that there were difficulties and uncomfortability during their job while taking role as mother at the same period, while the 60% feels no difficulties. The conclusion in this research is maternity leave in BNI branch Manado did not cause employee performance to decline, since the employee who took maternity leave in this company are experienced in terms of skill and motherhood experience. This research recommends BNI branch Manado should maintain and improve the good sign of objectivity and support toward employee who take maternity leave.

Paket Lengkap Pt. Bank Sulutgo As A Regional Development Bank And The Infrastructure Loan: A Simulation Analysis


Abstract: Infrastructure development is government’s main kegiatan in Nawacita. From economic perspective, financial institutions like banks can take an opportunity to fund the infrastructure development. Government encourages banks to increase 60 percent of productive loans and 40 percent for consumptive loans. SulutGo bank as a regional development bank can also take the same opportunity. This study aims to analyze financial ratios when infrastructure loan takes place in SulutGo bank. This study relies on simulation analyses. This study uses data from financial statements of SulutGo bank year 2011-2016. There are two scenarios of simulation used in this study, namely capital-taking and credit-switching. Financial ratios to be analyzed are ROA, LAR, DAR, NPL Net, ROE, LDR, NIM, OEOI, and CAR. One sample T-Test is needed to test the significant changes before and after simulation of both scenarios. The results show that after simulation ROA increases while ROE, NPL and OEOI decrease. The intervention of infrastructure loan affects LAR, DAR, LDR, ROE and OEOI. There is no statistical difference among ROA, NPL, NIM, and CAR between pre and post simulation. Through this infrastructure loan, bank can expand its business area, generate new source of income by getting fee based income based on corporate collateral.

Abstract: Since inaugurated as a regional autonomy on 2 January 2007, the development of  North Bolaang Mongondow area is developed rapidly. The tendency of development will be on and on along with the opening of new land in this area. By the increasing of public demand for furniture products then it will automatically increasing the number of companies engaged in this same field of industry. This research has the purpose to concerning MSMEs UD. Aditya Meubel is chosen as the main research object by considering its existence since the invention in 2007 until now. By doing strategic management process which is strategy formulation, then this could help the business in improving the performance so that they can survive and remain consistent to its goal, which is also automatically, can help to increase the revenue. The research method used is the combination of descriptive qualitative and quantitative method where quantitative is used to facilitate the qualitative by using some of the analytical tools such as IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT,QSPM and TOPSIS .The result on QSPM and Fuzzy TOPSIS show that the market development becomes the top preferred priority among other alternative strategies with the amount of weight is 3.697 in QSPM and 0.72124 in Fuzzy TOPSIS. Thus, UD. Aditya Meubel needs to expand its marketing area gradually, which can be started in 5 areas around its regular marketing area.

Paket Lengkap Analysis Of Employee Empowerment In Pt. Bank Sulutgo Manado Using Importance And Performance Analysis


Abstract: This research aims to analyzing the employee empowerment in Main Branch of PT. Bank SulutGo Manado. This research type is descriptive with quantitative method, using Importance and Performance Analysis as analytical tool. The sample size of this research is 84 employees as respondents. Purposive sampling was used to collecting data through questionnaire. The result shows that Assistance/help by managers when face barriers in work, Encourage and motivation in work, Clear direction in completing the job, and Evaluation given by manager these attribute are located in Quadrant II. Facilities provided by Bank SulutGo in supporting the work and Supervision and control for purpose to reach the sasaran in work are placed in Quadrant I. Meanwhile, Freedom in organizing their respective jobs are placed in low priority which is Quadrant III. And for the last there are Autonomy (freedom) in completing the work by employees’ own way and Freedom in giving opinion are placed in Quadrant IV. Main Branch of Bank SulutGo Manado should put more attention to Facilities provided by Bank SulutGo in supporting the work and Supervision and control for purpose to reach the sasaran in work because the employees considered these attributes is important.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah karakteristik individu, dan kompensasi kuat secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dalam bidang administrasi sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melaksanakan uji asosisatif atau relasi antara dua atau lebih variable. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan di PT. PLN Telkom Manado. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ialah berjumlah 72 responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji perkiraan klasik, serta analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian yaitu: secara serempak atau bersama-sama, Karakteristik Individu dan Kompensasi kuat signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Telkom Manado. Karakteristik Individu dalam penelitian ini kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Manado. Karakteristik Individu merupakan salah satu variabel yang kuat terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan merupakan variabel kedua yang kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Telkom Manado. Kompensasi dalam penelitian ini kuat signifikan secara parsial terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Telkom Manado. Kompensasi merupakan variabel yang paling kuat pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja karyawan pada perusahaan PT. Telkom Manado. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian Untuk menganalisa imbas kualitas pelayanan dan corporate social responsibility secara simultan dan parsial terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Galesong Mandiri cabang Kairagi Manado. Penelitian ini akan melihat imbas dan kekerabatan kausal antara variabel bebas (independent variable) yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan corporate social responsibility, dengan variabel terikat (dependent variable) yaitu kepuasan konsumen. populasi penelitian ini yaitu seluruh konsumen PT. Galesong Mandiri cabang Kairagi Manado yaitu sekitar 300 konsumen. Jumlah responden yang akan dimenjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu minimal sebanyak 75 orang responden. Data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan beberapa tahap, pertama uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian, uji perkiraan klasik, dan terakhir analisis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian yaitu: variabel-variabel Kualitas Pelayanan (X1), dan Corporate Social Responsibility (X2), secara serentak kuat aktual dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri cabang Kairagi Manado; (2) variabel Kualitas Pelayanan kuat aktual dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen PT. Sinar Galesong Mandiri cabang Kairagi Manado. Paket Lengkap Imbas Kompensasi, Kerjasama Tim Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Ajb Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Sam Ratulangi


Abstrak: Sumber daya insan memiliki peranan yang sangat besar alasannya manusialah yang melaksanakan aktivitas-aktivitas dalam perusahaan sehingga menciptakan perusahaan bisa untuk mencapai tujuannya. Oleh alasannya itu, perusahaan perlu menawarkan pelatihan dan perhatian yang serius terhadap sumber daya manusia, sehingga karyawan benar-benar menyalurkan kemampuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat dampak kompensasi, kerjasama tim dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan AJB Bumiputera 1912 Cabang Sam Ratulangi. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 29 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa kompensasi, kerjasama tim dan kepuasan kerja kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kompensasi kuat kasatmata dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kerjasama tim kuat kasatmata dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja kuat kasatmata dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebaiknya, administrasi perusahaan perlu memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Dengan meningkatnya kepuasan kerja maka kerjasama tim juga akan meningkat alasannya karyawan merasa puas dengan pekerjaannya sehingga mereka termotivasi untuk mengerjakan tugas-tugas mereka di dalam tim.

Paket Lengkap Efek Konflik Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Kantor Cabang Manado Sarapung


Abstrak:  Ada beberapa faktor yang menghipnotis keberhasilan suatu organisasi perusahaan salah satunya ialah kinerja karyawan. Usaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, diantaranya ialah dengan memperhatikan konflik dan stres kerja yang terjadi pada karyawan dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui imbas konflik dan stres kerja baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) kantor cabang Manado Sarapung. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 67 karyawan. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian yaitu memakai analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, uji t. Hasil penelitian mengambarkan bahwa konflik dan stres kerjasecara simultan kuat nyata yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji hipotesis secara parsial mengambarkan bahwa konflikmempunyai hasilpositif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan secara parsial stres kerjamempunyai hasilnegatif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Stres kerja yang berlebihan bernilai negatif dalam penelitian ini. Dan lebih mendominasi pada tekanan yang di berikan sesama rekan kerja. Diharapkan Manajemen perusahaan untuk mengevaluasi lagi hal-hal negatif apa saja yang terjadi dalam perusahaan maupun yang terjadi pada karyawan sehingga tidak menciptakan kinerja karyawan menurun.

Abstrak: Meningkatkan Produktivitas organisasi sanggup dilakukan dengan banyak sekali pendekatan dan cara yang efektif dengan pendekatan pribadi ke SDM bagaimana meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitasnya sebagai sumberdaya dalam organisasi. Faktor yang sanggup mendorong produktivitas kerja antara lain pinjaman upah dan pinjaman insentif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pinjaman upah dan insentif terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Data yang dipakai yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data memakai regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa pinjaman upah dan pinjaman insentif secara simultan besar lengan berkuasa terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Secara parsial, pinjaman upah besar lengan berkuasa nyata dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Pemberian insentif besar lengan berkuasa nyata dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Instansi perlu terus memperhatikan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi produktivitas kerja pegawai. Hal ini penting dalam rangka memperlihatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract: This research aims to determine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and job satisfaction towards organizational commitment at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Semarang.
The sampling method used on this research is proportional random sampling. Samples were collected from 70 respondents who are employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia Witel Semarang. Analysis method used here is multiple regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test.
The result showed that organizational culture, transformational leadership style had no effect on organizational commitment. While job satisfaction is the only variable that has significant influence on organizational commitment.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Permodalan, Penyaluran Dana, Diversifikasi Pendapatan, Nim Dan Risiko Kredit Terhadap Kinerja Keungan Perbankan (Studi Empiris Busn Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Kurun 2012-2015)


Abstract: This research is about analyze the effect of capital (Capital Adequacy Ratio), distribution of funds (Loan to Deposit Ratio), income diversification (HHIDIV), Net Interest Margin, and credit risk (Non Performing Loan) to Financial Performance with Proxy Profitability (ROA) . Population used object in this research is Private National Bank both Foreign Exchange and Non Foreign Exchange listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) period 2012-2015.
The financial performance proxied by ROA at National Private Banks decreased during the research period, then the variables that were suspected to be factors affecting ROA had an inconsistent influence. In this study using the dependent variable is ROA while the independent variables used are CAR, LDR, HHIDIV, NIM and NPL. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linear regression using SPSS21.
The result of the research shows that NIM and NPL have significant influence to financial performance of BUSN, NIM has positive and significant influence to financial performance of BUSN (ROA), while credit risk (NPL) has a negative and significant effect to financial performance of BUSN (ROA). Then the CAR, LDR and HHIDIV variables have no significant effect on the financial performance of BUSN (ROA). The predicted ability of these five independent variables on ROA in this study amounted to 50.7% while the remaining 49.3% influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract: In Islam, mankind are the leader of themself, and hold the responsibility of their leadership. Leadership known as a ghairu mahdah worship, thus should be guided by Al Alquran and Hadist on its practice. Roemani Muhammadiyah hospital is the one and only Muhammadiyah hospital in Semarang. Muhammadiyah is an organization that practices the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. It is certain that the application of Islamic value is present in the hospital. The aim of this study is to analyze the extent to which the following participants appliying Islamic values in leadership functions in the Islamic company.
The method used is a qualitative method with case study approach, which data collection conducted by interview, observation, and documentation for certain period. Method selected by reason so that the study can be done with focus and  depth to determine Islamic leadership practiced by the non-medic heads of divisions in Roemani Muhammadiyah hospital, Semarang.
The result shows the outlines of Islamic values, applicated and always maintained by the heads of the divisions on their leadership. The Islamic values such as fatanah, amanah, siddiq, and tabligh are showed in the ledership functions as a model, path finder, aligner, and empowerer.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Menghipnotis Kinerja Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Dampak Indonesia Tahun 2011-2015)


Abstract: Firm performance is an important part for measuring the success company for being the first thing that will be seen by an investor. This study aimed to analyze the effect of the cash conversion cycle, cash holding, tangible fixed assets, current ratio, leverage, growth, and size on firm performance. Proxy that used to measure firm performance in this study is Return on Assets (ROA).
The population in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2015-2016. Purposive sampling is used to determine the number of samples, 20 companies manufacturing used in this study. The analytical method used is the data panel regression with a significance level of 5% .
These results indicate that the cash conversion cycle has significant negative effect on firm performance. Cash holding has insignificant negative effect on firm performance. Tangible fixed assets has significant negative effect on firm performance. Current ratio has significant positive effect firm performance. Leverage significant negative effect on firm performance. Growth significant positive effect on firm performance. Size insignificant negative effect on firm performance. In this study the cash conversion cycle (CCC), holding cash, tangible fixed assets, current ratio, leverage, growth, size are able to explain the firm performance by 94% and the other is explained by other factors beyond research.

Paket Lengkap Dampak Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Penemuan Produk, Dan Pinjaman Partner Terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing (Studi Pada Industri Masakan Dan Minuman Skala Kecil Dan Menengah Di Kota Semarang)


Abstract: Industry in Indonesia been growing well from year to year, including growth in the food and beverage industry. More businessman interested and join the food and beverage industry nowadays.  Many ways businessman  do to win the competition  in the industry or also known as competitive advantage. This research’s objectives are to test the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and partnership support against the competitive advantage of food and beverage industry in Semarang city.
Taking a sample of 150 respondents  from businessman  in food and beverage industry in Semarang city using simple random sampling technique selecting respondents. The method of data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, where the analysis consist of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test.
The result of multiple regression analysis shows that product innovation variable (0.363)and partnership   support  (0.152)  variable  have  positive  and  significant   influence  to  competitive advantage,  while entrepreneurial  orientation  (0.087)has  positive but not significant  influence  to competitive advantage.

Paket Lengkap Efek Pelatihan, Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Plasa Multi Krindo Manado


Abstrak: Sumber daya manusia  memiliki peran  penting bagi perusahaan, alasannya yaitu sumber daya insan merupakan kombinasi antara tenaga, fisik, ide, bakat, pengetahuan, kreatifitas dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk menggerakan perusahaan. Kinerja seorang karyawan merupakan awal yang  penting bagi terciptanya kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui imbas Pelatihan, Kompetensi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Plasa Multi Krindo Manado. Penelitian ini memakai analisis regresi linear berganda, variabel-variabel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Pelatihan, Kompetensi dan Motivasi yang dihipotesiskan besar lengan berkuasa terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 72 orang dengan metode Kuantitatif. Instrumen kuesioner dipakai sebagai pengumpul data Pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas atas indikator-indikator dan konsep variabel. Hasil penelitian mengatakan pelatihan, kompetensi, dan motivasi baik secara simultan maupun parsial mempunyai imbas nyata terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Pimpinan PT. Plasa Multi Krindo Manado sebaiknya mempertahankan dan menyebarkan training yang telah dilaksanakan setiap tahunnya dan juga memperhatikan Kompetesi karyawan dalam perekrutan dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya.

Paket Lengkap Imbas Pengembangan Karir, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Keterlibatan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia ( Persero ) Tbk Kantor Cabang Manado


Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah ada efek pengembangan karir, pengalaman kerja dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (persero), Tbk kantor cabang Manado. Metode yang dipakai asosiatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi berjumlah 67 karyawan. Sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 58 orang memakai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dari sampel. Hasil penelitian membuktikan pengembangan karir, pengalaman kerja dan keterlibatan kerja secara simultan besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial pengembangan karir tidak besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengalaman kerja besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan keterlibatan kerja besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan disarankan kepada pihak PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Manado untuk lebih memperhatikan variabel-variabel di penelitian ini yang besar lengan berkuasa secara signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstrak: Bauran pemasaran merupakan kombinasi variabel atau aktivitas yang merupakan inti dari sistem pemasaran, variabel mana sanggup dikendalikan oleh perusahaan untuk mensugesti jawaban konsumen dalam pasar sasarannya. Variabel atau aktivitas tersebut perlu dikombinasikan dan dikoordinasikan oleh perusahaan seefektif mungkin, dalam melaksanakan aktivitas pemasarannya. Dengan demikian perusahaan tidak hanya sekedar mempunyai kombinasi aktivitas yang terbaik saja, akan tetapi sanggup mengkoordinasikan banyak sekali variabel bauran pemasaran tersebut, untuk melaksanakan agenda pemasaran secara efektif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui: (1) dampak bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi dan susukan distribusi secara simultan terhadap volume penjualan pada PT. Tridjaya Mulia Sukses, dan (2) dampak bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi dan susukan distribusi secara simultan terhadap volume penjualan pada PT. Tridjaya Mulia Sukses. Hasil pengujian hipotesis mengatakan bahwa bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga, promosi dan susukan distribusi mempunyai dampak secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap volume penjualan pada PT. Tridjaya Mulia Sukses. Saran dalam penelitian ini ialah perlu diberikan pembinaan kepada karyawan dalam meningkatkan kualitas jasanya.

Abstract: This research will analyze purchase decision on two e-comers, which are mataharimall.com and lazada.co.id. Both of them claim they are number one online shopping in Indonesia. This research conducts objective to know the differences in purchase decision based on security factor, merk factor, price factor, promotion factor and information factor between Mataharimall.com and Lazada.co.id users in Manado. But both are still have the advantages and disadvantages of Mataharimall.com and Lazada.co.id. The averages indicators of  purchase decision  are brand,  price, promotion, security and information. And its depends to consumer to choose where they want to shopping. There is no significant difference in purchase decision based on security factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on merk factors between both online shop, there is asignificant difference in purchase decision based on price factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on promotion factors between both online shop, there is no significant difference in purchase decision based on information factors between both online shop.

Paket Lengkap Dampak Doktrin Dan Janji Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Pada Pt. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Karombasan Manado.


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa imbas Kepercayaan dan Komitmen terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Karombasan Manado. Kuesioner dirancang dengan memakai Skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh nasabah yang bertransaksi lebih dari 4 kali di PT. Pegadaian (persero) Cabang Karombasan Manado yang berjumlah 3.836 nasabah dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 97 nasabah. Analisa data memakai Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan mengatakan bahwa Kepercayaan dan Komitmen kuat signifikan faktual terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Secara parsial Kepercayaan berpengaruh  positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah  sedangkan Komitmen secara parsial kuat faktual namun tidak signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. PT. Pegadaian (persero) Cabang Karombasn Disarankan lebih meningkatkan lagi faktor-faktor yang mendukung kesepakatan pelanggan ibarat perasaan nyaman dikala bertransaksi, karyawan yang komunikatif dan perhatian terhadap pelanggan, serta ketersediaan akomodasi yang mendukung kenyamanan dan keamanan dalam bertransaksi.

Abstrak: Setiap karyawan harus memperlihatkan donasi terbaiknya dan mengetahui tanggung jawab yang diberikan dalam pelaksanaan kerja dan tingkat kinerja yang ingin dicapai dengan mengukur keadaan dan kemampuan yang ada dalam dirinya. Penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Bank BRI Unit Bahu ialah penelitian asosiatif dengan memakai metode analisis kuantitatif, dimana populasi dan sampel sebanyak 38 karyawan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank BRI Unit Bahu, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi secara simultan kuat signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank BRI Unit Bahu, Pengembangan karir secara parsial tidak kuat signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank BRI Unit Bahu dan kompensasi secara parsial kuat signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bank BRI Unit Bahu.

Abstrak: Sumber daya terpenting suatu organisasi yaitu sumber daya manusia, orang-orang yang memperlihatkan tenaga, bakat, kreativitas dan perjuangan mereka kepada organisasi. Tanpa orang-orang yang cakap organisasi dan administrasi akan gagal mencapai tujuannya. Melalui pemanfaatan sumber daya insan secara optimal, maka dibutuhkan akan sanggup meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai maupun organisasi. Salah satu tindak lanjut yang dilakukan dari hasil evaluasi prestasi kerja pegawai yaitu mutasi dan promosi jabatan. Karena dengan evaluasi prestasi pegawai akan diketahui kecakapan pegawai dalam menuntaskan uraian pekerjaan yang dibebankan kepadanya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pelaksanaan promosi jabtan dan mutasi berdasrkan prestasi kerja pegawai pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero)Tbk Cabang Manado. Metode analisis yang dipakai deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 5 infroman yang juga merupakan sampel dari penelitian. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa promosi jabatan dan mutasi kuat secara nyata terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai.Mutasi tidak kuat secara nyata terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai.Promosi jabatan kuat terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai.Hubungan antara mutasi dan promosi jabatan menurut prestasi kerja pegawai kuat.Mutasi dan promosi merupakan salah satu acara penting bagi pengembangan pegawai, dan untuk memberi motivasi kepada para pegawai semoga lebih meningkatkan prestasi kerja pegawai.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Dampak Leader’S Emotion Terhadap Job Performance Dengan Power Distance Dan Task Interdependence Sebagai Variabel Moderator (Studi Pada Bappeda Provinsi Jawa Tengah)


Abstract: The achievement of a organization goals is influenced by various factors, one of it is performance. The performance reflects how well employees are meeting their targets in a job. This study aims to determine the influence of leader’s emotion towards employee performance with power distance and task interdependence as a moderation variable.
This research was conducted to employees of BAPPEDA Central Java Province with the number of samples by 105 respondents. Data was collected using these three methods which are interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. Simple regression analysis and moderated regression analysis was used in order to conduct this study.
The results of this studies are: Leader’s Emotion affect positively towards the employees performance,  Power Distance attenuated the positive relationship between the leader's  emotion  and  the  employee's  job  performance  and,  Task  Interdependence attenuated the positive relationship between the leader's emotions and employee’s job performance.

Abstract: Herding behaviour is one of investor’s irrasional behaviour that investors make decisions by following other investors' decisions or following a market consensus and tend not to use their own analysis in making their investment decisions. Herding behavior can affect the stability of the stock market because the market index value in the stock market will lead to a new price equilibrium, so it does not reflect the economic condition.
This  research  tries  to  detect  whether  there  is  any  herding  behavior  by  investors  in emerging market and developed market, which are Indonesia, China, Singapore and Japan stock exchange. By looking at the relationship between Cross Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD) and market return, the herding behavior on the stock market can be known. This study used a quantile regression analysis because detection of herding was done under different conditions of market. Which the condition is market stress normal and high return.
The results of this study shows that herding behavior detected on the emerging market which is Indonesia and China stock market on the high return market condition, that means investors on the emerging market stock exchange do herding so it can be concluded investors in emerging  market  has  an  irrational  behavior.  While  herding behaviour  not  detected  on  the developed  market  which  is Japan  an  Singapore  stock  market,  that  means  investors on the developed market country has a rational behavior

Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Roe, Firm Size, Current Ratio Dan Der Terhadap Return Defensive Stocks (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Masa Tahun 2011-2015)


Abstract: The aim of infestation is to look for profit in the future. Defensive stocks are low beta stocks (under 1) which can be made by the investor as an infestation strategy alternative in avoiding risk. This infestation strategy could give profits because the risk itself tend to low (beta under 1) that could give optimal return.
This research is done to analyze ROE, firm size, current ratio and DER to return defensive stocks. The secondary data of this research is obtained from defensive manufacture company in period 2011 – 2015. The analytical method that is used in this research is multiple linear regression model by testing classical assumptionn, F statistic test, hypothesis test by using t statistic test  and coefficient of determination test (R2).
The result of this research explains that ROE variable, firm size and current ratio have significant positive impacts to return defensive stocks. The variables in this research have R2 in amount of 24.6% up to 75.4% return defensive stocks that is described by another factor from this research.

Abstract: Based on research conducted by Veloutsou (2015) on the cosmetics industry, especially lipstick users in the city of Glasgow show that merk evaluation, merk trust, and merk satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on merk loyalty through merk relationship as intervening variable. Although the research contributes significantly to the impact of merk evaluation, merk trust, and merk satisfaction on merk loyalty through merk relationships, it is still limited to the cosmetic industry context that is open to similar research in different industry contexts. This research aims to find the influence of merk evaluation, merk trust, and merk satisfaction on merk loyalty through merk relationship as intervening variable.
The study was conducted on consumers of Telkomsel who live in Semarang city that a minimum purchase at least one year before. The sampling method used non-probability purposive sampling. The data was collected through questionnaires. The samples used in this study was 100 respondents. Then the data processed using analytical techniques a multiple regression analysis and sobel test. The result showed that merk relationship as intervening variable, mediate influence of merk evaluation, merk trust, and merk satisfaction on merk loyalty.

Abstract: In a tight business competition, supply chain management (SCM) plays a significant role in supporting business performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of supply chain management on business performance. Three dimensions of SCM: relationship with customers, relationship with suppliers, and human capital were investigated in this study.
Population of this study is traditional snack and soft drink wholesalers in Kabupaten Banyumas. As many as 125 respondents, who have been in the business for at least one year, were selected as a sample. Data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and processed applying AMOS 22 as an analytical tool.
Findings of the study shows that relationship with costumers as well as with suppliers and human capital have positive and significant effects on competitive advantage. Likewise, competitive advantage was found to have a positive and significant effect on business performance.
This study reveals that traditional snack and soft drink wholesalers in Kabupaten Banyumas might improve their business performance by applying supply chain management.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Size, Equity Asset Ratio (Ear), Nim, Ldr, Npl, Dan Biaya Operasi Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank (Studi Pada Bank Umum Go Public Indonesia, Malaysia, Philipina, Singapore Dan Thailand Periode 2012-2016)


Abstract: Financial performance has become one of the considerations about the condition of a bank. Many factors affect the financial performance of a bank. Therefore, this study examines the effect of Size, Equity To Asset Ratio (EAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Loan Deposoit Ratio (LDR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Operating Costs to Profitability of public banks go public ASEAN-5 (Indonesia , Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) 2012-2016.
The sample used in this study are commercial banks go public in ASEAN-5 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand). The sampling technique is purposive sampling with certain criteria that is banking company whose financial report has been published in Bloomberg in period 2012-2016. Then obtained a sample of 47 commercial banks go public in ASEAN-5. The method used in this research is multiple regression analysis with panel data. by using the F test and t test.
The result of regression analysis at commercial banks of go public ASEAN-5 (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore and Thailand) shows Size has positive and significant influence to ROA, EAR have positive influence and significant to ROA, NIM have positive effect to ROA, LDR has negative and significant Against ROA, NPL has a negative and significant impact on ROA, Operating Cost negatively affects ROA. The adjusted value (R2) is 0.728. This shows that the influence of independent variables on ROA in commercial banks go public ASEAN-5 (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) of 72.8% while the rest is influenced by other factors. The result of statistic test t only on public bank go public Indonesia shows that Size has positive and significant effect to ROA, EAR has positive and insignificant effect to ROA, LDR has negative and significant influence to ROA, NPL has negative effect on ROA , Operating Cost negatively affects ROA. The adjusted value (R2) obtained by 0.810% indicates that the large independent influence on ROA on the category of public bank go public Indonesia is 81.0% while the rest is influenced by other factors. The test result only on public bank of go public Non Indonesia (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) show Size have positive influence and significant to ROA, EAR have positive effect not significant to ROA, NIM have positive effect to ROA, LDR have negative effect and signifikan to ROA, NPL negatively affects ROA, Operating Cost negatively affects ROA. The adjusted value (R2) is 0.265%. This shows that the influence of independent variables on ROA of public banks go public Non Indonesia (Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand) is 26.5% while the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine factors that can affects innovation on competitive advantage in the small and medium industries of metals and machinery were still able to survive in the current competitive environment. Intellectual capital, leadership, and business partner collaboration are all factors used in this study that may affect innovation.
The population in this study is small and medium-scale industries in the metal processing sector in Tegal regency, while the sample was taken of 120 companies / metalworkers. Model analysis using two steps linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.
The results showed that: 1) intellectual capital and leadership is a factor that can affect the appearance of innovation, while business partner collaboration doesn’t indicate influence on innovation, with coefficient regression ; 2) innovation has a very strong influence on the competitive advantages, with coefficient regression .

Abstract: This study is perfomed to examine the effect of Firm Size, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Asset Growth, Return on Equity (ROE), Earning per Share (EPS), Quick Ratio and Past Dividend (DPR_1) toward Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) manufacture companies that is listed in BEI over period 2011-2015.
Sampling technique used here is purposive sampling. The data obtained based on financial statement publication on IDX and ICMD from Indonesian stock exchange, www.idx.co.id. It is gained sample amount 26 companies from 145 manufacture companies those are listed in BEI. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression and level significance 5%.
The result form analisys, it indicates that DER and Asset Growth variable partially has negatif significant toward DPR, ROE and DPR_1 partially has positive significance. Firm Size, EPS and Quick Ratio variable partially not significant toward dewan perwakilan rakyat of the company in BEI on 2011-2015. While simultaneously Firm Size, DER, Asset Growth, ROE, EPS, Quick Ratio and DPR_1 proof significantly influent DPR.

A change of desire become a necessity is an opportunity for manufacturers of cosmetic industry to develop its business.  The  purpose  of  this research  is  to  know  the  impact  of  country  of  origin  , event sponsorship,  and  brand  awareness  toward  consumer purchase  decision  on  buying  cosmetic products.  The sample used for this research is consumen who site in Semarang that had minimum one-time purchase Mustika Ratu’s products and watch Ajang Pemilihan Puteri Indonesia. The analysis technique used for this research is structural equation models with 22,0 AMOS program. The result of this research indicate that country of origin (0,297) and event sponsorship (0,642) have a positive and significant impact toward merk awareness. Country of origin (0,159), event sponsorship (0,347) and merk awareness (0,323) have positive and significant impact toward purchase decision.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian: Studi Pada Premium Member Undip Career Center


Abstract: As part part of the changing status of Diponegoro University (Undip) into a Legal Entity State Universities (PTN BH), Undip Career Center (UCC), as an Undip’s career preparation institution, needs to be able to self-finance its operating costs in order to thrive. Instability of Premium Member UCC’s sales rate which ought to be the main source of UCC’s income became the main issue in this study. This study aimed to analyze the factors that might affect the purchasing decision on Premium Member UCC. This research used five variables, namely sales promotion, social media advertising, merk image, product attributes, and purchasing decisions. Sampling of this research was done by using a non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method, in which respondents must be Undip’s 4th semester students and Undip’s fresh graduates. The answers of 110 respondents were then analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 23 with  Multiple Regressional Analysis as analytical tool. Result showed that sales promotion and social media advertising have a significant positive effect on merk image, and merk image have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Product attributes also has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions.
