Paket Lengkap Imbas Likuiditas, Leverage, Efisiensi Operasi, Dividend Payput Ratio, Profitabilitas Dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Risiko Sistematis Dan Non-Sistematis (Studi Pada Perusahaan Non-Keuangan Indeks Lq45 Periode 2012-2016)


Abstract: Risk is a very important part in investment decision. Therefore, any factors that explain the risk dynamics need further research. There are 2 types of investment risk, systematic risk and non-systematic risk. Liquidity, leverage, operating efficiency, dividend payout ratio, profitability, and company size are financial variables that expected to be a determinants of systematic and non-systematic risks.
The objective of this research is to understand the relationship between liquidity, leverage, operating efficiency, dividend payout ratio, profitability, and company size with systematic and non-systematic risks in Indonesia capital markets. This research was done by observing non-finance companies indexed in LQ45 2016 between 2012 to 2016 (5 years).
The result shows that liquidity has a  negative and significant effect towards systematic and non-systematic risks. Profitability carries negative and significant effect towards systematic risk, operating efficiency and company size carries negative and significant effect towards non-systematic risk.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of Free Cash Flow, Assets Growth, Market to Book Value, Profitability and Debt to Equity Ratio to Dividend Payout Ratio on the company which group in the LQ-45 index in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2011-2015.Research population used company in LQ-45 index in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2011-2015. Taken samples of the all purpose 22 companies by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2011-2015, IDX Annual Report, and www.idx.co.id. Analysis technique used Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS), statistical t-test, f-test, and classic assumption test that includes a test of normality test, multicollinearity test, autucorrelation test, and heteroskedastisitas test. The result of the research are independent variables simultaneously (F test) effect on Dividend Payout Ratio with a significance level of 0.000. While partially (t test) showed that the variable Free Cash Flow and Return On Assets have positive and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Variable Assets Growtth and Debt to Equity Ratio have negative and significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Market to Book Value has negative and not significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio. Adjusted R2 is 0,458 wahich means that the ability of the five independent variables can explain Dividend Payout Ratio amounted to 45,8%, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract: The growing number of internet users who always increase from year to year cause the emergence of various types of e-commerce. With the emergence of e-commerce is causing a change in lifestyle of people who are beginning to move from market place to market space. Increasingly e-commerce makes the more intense competition that happens in e-commerce business. Blibli.com site is a subsidiary company of PT.Djarum engaged in digital namely PT.Global Digital Niaga. However, the popularity of the site Blibli.com is still less popular with other sites such as Elevenia and Lazada.co.id, in addition to the total number of visitors also experienced a decline that occurred from the year 2016-2017. In addition to the decrease in the number of visitors Blibli.com also often get complaints or negative comments. This study was conducted to examine the effect of promotional variables and security variables on buying interest in e-commerce blibli.com through trust as intervening variable. This research uses quantitative data analysis method with Structural Equation Method (SEM) analysis tool. The number of respondents in this study was 197 respondents. The result of analysis shows that one independent variable that is promotion (0,369) has positive and significant correlation to intervening variable that is trust while independent variable of perception security (0,138) have positive relation but not significant. There is one independent variable having positive and insignificant relation to dependent variable that is perception security (0,071). There are two variables that have a positive and significant relationship to the dependent variable (buying interest) that is promotion and trust. While perception security has a positive and insignificant relationship to buying interest as a dependent variable.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of  creditor’s payment period (CPP), debtor’s collection period (DCP), leverage (LEV), profitability (ROE), size (SIZE) and bank age(AGE) on cash holding in commercial banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.
The population of this research is commercial banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period  2011-2015.  The types  of  data  used  are secondary  data  and  sample determination used the method of purpose sampling. The analytical tool used is panel data regression.
The result shows that creditor’s payment period, debtor’s collection period and bank size has a significant effect on cash holdings, but leverage, profitability, and bank age does not has significant effect on cash holding.

Abstract: This research was motivated by the   problems that often occur about the work discipline of the employee in PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City. Various violations that often occur indicate that the lack of understanding and understanding about what is the discipline of their own work both in written and non-regulatory rules that exist in the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of work environment, compensation and work motivation to work discipline PDAM Tirta Moedal employees Semarang City.
This research used independent variables such as work environment, satifaction compensation, and work motivation, as well as the dependent variable is the work discipline. Populations used were all employees of PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang City. The sampling technique used methode used Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling and obtained the sample of 71 people. Data  analysis  methods  used  are  quantitative  analysis  including  variable  index,  validity  and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and the coefficient of determination (R2).
Based on multiple linear regression test, the results indicate that the work environment have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the work discipline. Satifaction compensation have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the work discipline. And the last one, work motivation have a positive relationship and a significant influence on the work discipline. The coefficient of determination shows that the work discipline are influenced by work environment,  satifaction  compensation,  and  work  motivation  by  49,2% ,  while  the  remaining 50,8%are influenced by other variables in which the research did not examined in this study.

Abstract: The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square is facility offered by cinema XXI if the visitors want to watch a different way and luxurious facilities with ticket prices more expensive than the regular ticket price. With that conditions researcher want to help The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square to see is there any significant different in customer relationship quality which is Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Trust and Commitment between male and female customers or not. The researcher analyzes data based on primary data and secondary data. Primary data is collected by distributing 100 questionnaires to 50 male and 50 female customers who have ever visited and using The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square facilities more than twice. Secondary data is collected by reading books, journal and internet. The researcher uses Independent Sample T-test. By using Independent sample T-test the result shows that there is no significant difference between Male and Female Customer in Relationship Quality. Based on the results, the data is normally distributed and homogenous. The researcher recommends for The Premiere XXI Manado Town Square no need to make a different strategy for Relationship quality..

Paket Lengkap Comparative Study Of Consumer Preferences Between Garuda Airlines And Batik Air


Abstract: For the full service airlines in Manado are serve by two airlines, which is Garuda and  Batik Air. The Research results are expected to be use as a reference for future research primarily on how the comparison between the airlines with full services to become a consumer choice in air transportation. There are 130 respondents from passengers who have experience flight with Garuda Airline and Batik Air. By using Independent Sample t Test the result shows that there is significant difference on Consumer Preference measured by Service Quality, Luggage Capacity, Price and Comfort, meanwhile there is no significant difference on Consumer Preference measured by Ease of Online Booking. For Garuda Airlines and Batik Air as full service airlines should pay attention all of the customer preferences and must continue to keep evaluating and maintaining each aspect. Batik Air should keep improving and developing more because they lack behind Garuda Airlines in points of Service Quality, Luggage Capacity, Price and Comfort. For Garuda Airlines, they should maintain the advantage that they have ahead from Batik Air such as Service Quality and Comfort.

Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang (Area Manado). Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Karakteristik Individu kuat signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawaan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang (Area Manado). Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang (Area Manado) sebanyak 30 responden. Jenis penelitian dalam studi ini ialah Penelitian Asosiatif dan memakai metode analisis Regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Karakteristik Pekerjaan dan Karakteristik Individu baik secara simultan maupun parsial menawarkan imbas signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan di PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang (Area Manado). Bagi pihak administrasi perlu melaksanakan perbaikan baik berupa kebijakan maupun hal-hal yang secara pribadi berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan terlebih khususnya untuk karakteristik pekerjaan dan karakteristik individu yang dilakukan.

Abstrak: Menghadapi persaingan di kurun global organisasi dituntut untuk bekerja lebih efisien dan efektif. Organisasi merupakan salah satu wadah yang menghimpun orang-orang, yang biasa disebut dengan karyawan atau pegawai untuk menjalankan acara rumah tangga produksi organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya imbas signifikan kepemimpinan, komunikasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan BP2RD Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah metode analisis regresi linear berganda. Sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 73 karyawan dengan metode sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan motivasi secara simultan dan parsial kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pimpinan BP2RD sanggup mempertahankan kepemimpinan yang baik, komunikasi yang terjalin baik dengan karyawan  dan tetap memperlihatkan motivasi kepada karyawan sehingga karyawan akan tertarik dan bekerja secara optimal.

Abstrak: Zaman yang moderen, bisnis telah berkembang dengan sangat pesat dan mengalami perubahan secara terus-menerus. Salah satu perubahan tersebut yaitu dalam hal perubahan gaya hidup dalam masyarakat dimana hal ini tak lepas dari imbas globalisasi yang kini ini terjadi. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Strategi Harga kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian di Avenue Mega Mall Manado. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian asosiatif. Populasi penelitian yaitu 285 dan sampel yang dipakai 75 responden di Avenue Mega Mall Manado dengan memakai rumus slovin. Hasil analisis secara simultan Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, dan Strategi Harga kuat signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial Strategi Harga tidak kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian di Avenue Mega Mall Manado. Karena Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk mempunyai imbas konkret serta memperlihatkan bantuan yang cukup besar terhadap keputusan pembelian maka Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk harus dijaga dan ditingkatkan di Avenue Mega Mall Manado.

Paket Lengkap Imbas Kompetensi Dan Semangat Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah V Manado


Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui kompetensi dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah V Manado. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 44 orang yang berasal dari PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Kantor Wilayah V Manado. Jenis data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ialah penelitian asosiatif. Data yang dipakai ialah data primer dan sekunder. Alat uji yang dipakai untuk menguji instrumen dalam penelitian ini ialah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis yang dipakai ialah uji F dan uji t. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data dipakai regresi linier berganda (Multi Regression Test). Perhitungan statistik dilakukan dengan memakai pertolongan aktivitas komputer SPSS 21. Dari hasil penelitian,dapat diketahui variabel kompetensi (X1) dan semangat kerja (X2) secara simultan kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Hal ini menurut hasil perhitungan analisa regresi berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi p-value= 0,000 <  0,05. Secara parsial variabel kompetensi (X1) kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dengan tingkat signifikansi p-value 0,000 < 0,05. Variabel semangat kerja (X2) secara parsial kuat signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) dilihat dari tingkat signifikansi p-value 0,003 < 0,05.

Paket Lengkap Integrasi Pasar Modal Asean 6 Era Tahun 2007-2016


Abstract: Capital market integration has become a central topic in international finance. ASEAN formulated a blueprint for an establishment of ASEAN Economic Community by 2015, and endorsed an Implementation Plan that was specifically written for the goal of capital market integration. This study aims to analyze integration among the ASEAN capital markets.
This study investigates the selected six members of ASEAN (Indonesia, Malaysia, Phillipines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) by using weekly data from 2007 to 2016. The study examines the stock market return interdependence. The Dynamic Conditional Correlation Multivariate-GARCH (DCC MGARCH) model is engaged to assess the dynamic structure of capital market co-movements.
The results showed that ASEAN 6 capital markets are integrating. The dynamic correlation indicates that there is correlation of stock return between six members of ASEAN. Based on the result of integration, there is still a chance to diversify the portofolio in ASEAN region because Vietnam has a low correlational relationship with other countries.

Abstract: There are several factors that affect the world banks to extend home mortgages to the public. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence the distribution of home loans at state banks period 2011-2015. Home loans in this study is the dependent variable. There are four independent variables used in this study, Return on Assets (ROA), Non Performing Loan (NPL), interest rate of Bank Indonesia (BI Rate) and Economic Growth (GDP).
The data used in this study was 60 during the period 2011-2015. In sampling this study using purposive sampling technique, so that there are three samples of four state banks in Indonesia. Data were processed using linear regression techniques using SPSS
Based on regression analysis showed that ROA and credit growth (GDP) negatively, while variable Non Performing Loan (NPL) and the variable BI Rate no significant effect on mortgage loans. ROA is the most dominant variable (-0.495) in influencing mortgage loans.

Paket Lengkap The Impact Of Financial Ratios On Price To Book Value (Pbv) In Automotive And Component Sub Sector Listed In Idx Within 2007-2016 Periods


Abstract: An automotive industry has an important role in boosting Indonesia's economic growth. Every company has an expectation to sustainably operate, but there are financial risks that may interupt the operation. Therefore the automotive and component industries need an assessment of financial performance as a description of the financial condition. If the financial performance is good then the firm value will be good. One indicator that affects the firm value is price to book value (PBV). PBV can be used to indicate about the stock value. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of financial ratios on the price to book value (PBV). For this purpose the study, use the data of 12 companies listed in IDX from 2007-2016 periods and a panel data regression with random effect model. Based on results, there are a positive relationships among ROA, current ratio and debt to asset ratio, and the price to book value. In addition, the effect of ROA on price to book value is significant. While the current asset and debts to asset ratio have no significant effect on price to book value.

Abstract: This research aims to examines the factors that effect the entrepreneurial intention of the students in the Faculty of Economics and Business in Diponegoro University. Related to the vision, mission and the objectives of the Faculty of Economics and Business in Diponegoro University, i.e. develop an academic community life which has the entrepreneurial soul on entire campus residents supported by scientific culture of faith and pious to Almighty God.
The  population  in  this  research  is  the  students  in  eight  semester  of  the  Faculty  of Economics  and  Business  in  Diponegoro  University.  The sampling  technique  which  used  is proportional stratified sampling with the total sample 69 students. The analysis tool which used is multiple linear regression thus has tested the validity and reliability first. The analysis is used to examines the influence of self-efficacy, subjective norms, need for achievement, and parental background on the intention of entrepreneurship.
The  results  shows  that  the  self-efficacy,  subjective  norms,  need  for  achievement,  and parental background on the intention of entrepreneurship, are the influential factors that have a positive effect either partially or simultaneously. While the need for achievement is a factor that has the most impact in comparison with other factors. Another factor affecting student’s entrepreneurial intention is a subjective norm. Thus, the individuals who want to be an entrepreneurs, make sure that they will be supported by the surrounding people (family, close friends, and other important people) and can accept the suggestions and criticism from others to be better than the other.

Bank BNI (persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Manado. Metode penelitian yang dipakai bersifat asosiatif. Analisis yang dipakai ialah teknik regresi linier berganda dan sampel berjumlah 150 nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas jasa secara parsial kuat faktual dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dan variabel persepsi harga secara parsial kuat signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah sedangkan secara parsial variabel  citra perusahaan kuat faktual tapi tidak signifikan pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Disarankan kepada pihak PT. Bank BNI (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Manado untuk lebih memperhatikan cita-cita para nasabah dan melaksanakan perbaikan terhadap variabel-variabel di penelitian ini yang kuat secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah.

Paket Lengkap Efek Good Corporate Governance Dan Karakteristik Perusahaan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan Dan Implikasinya Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan


Abstract: Maximizing   firm   value   are   influenced   by   several  factors,   including   firm performance and corporate characteristics. This study examines the effect of good corporate governance, growth, leverage, and firm size on firm value by using firm performance as intervening variable.
Firm performance is measured by using Return on Assets (ROA) and firm value is measured by using Tobins'Q. The population of this research is registered companies in CGPI ranking by IICG in 2009-2015. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling and  there  are  31  companies  that  qualified  as  a  sample.  This  research  used  linear regression by using Ordinary Least Square method to know the influence of independent variable consist of CGPI, growth, leverage, and firm size to firm value by using firm performance as intervening variable.
The result of the research shows that CGPI variable has a significant positive effect on company performance, firm growth variable has positive effect not significant to firm performance, leverage variable has negative significant effect, and firm size variable has negative and insignificant effect, and firm performance is only able to mediate the relationship between CGPI and leverage to firm value. Thus, only CGPI and leverage have an indirect effect on firm value of CGPI rating companies listed on the BEI in 2009-2015.

Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor penentu kepuasan kerja Upah, Pemimpin/Pengawas, Rekan Kerja dan Pekerjaan itu sendiri secara simultan maupun parsial kuat terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Tenaga Harian Lepas pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado Bagian Pertamanan dan Pemakaman.Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan metode studi sensus atau populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 65 THL dan teknik analisis data memakai analisis regresi berganda. Dari hasil penelitian sanggup disimpulkan bahwa: Upah, Pemimpin/Pengawas, Rekan Kerja dan Pekerjaan itu Sendiri secara simultan kuat signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; Upah secara parsial kuat signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Pemimpin/Pengawas secara parsial tidak kuat signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja; Rekan Kerja secara parsial tidak kuat signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja; Pekerjaan itu Sendiri secara parsial tidak kuat signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Pihak instansi dalam hal ini Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado untuk sanggup mengupayakan peningkatan kepuasan  kerja para tenaga harian lepas (buruh) dengan menunjang faktor-faktor menyerupai upah yang sesuai dan adil sesuai bantuan yang di berikan masing-masing tenaga harian lepas, meningkatkan tugas pemimpin yang berorientasi pada tenaga harian lepas dan melihat kekerabatan diantara para tenaga harian lepas.

Abstract: This research aims to analyse then influence cash dividend announcemet to asing return, cumulative asing return, dan trading volume activity before and after cash dividend announcement. Period of research which used from 2013 – 2015.
The research type is even study method. Research population used all company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Technique of choosing sample is used purposive sample and get 67 company from 234 even study cash dividend announcement. The data used in this research obtained from website KSEI, website BEI, Online Trading System of Mirae Asset Sekuritas. The determination of return is using market adjusted model. Analyze technique used parametic test which using to examine hyposthesis in this research is statictic descriptive, normality test, one sample t-test and paired sample t-test.
The result of the research are : (1) Cash dividend anncouncement not affect to asing return, it means there is no significant difference in average asing return between before and after the announcement of cash dividend. (2) Dividend announcement is affect to cumulative asing return, it means there is a difference in average cumulative asing return that is significant between before and after the announcement of cash dividend. (3) Dividend announcement is not affect to trading volume activity, it means there is no significant difference in average asing return between before and after the announcement of cash dividend.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk ,mengetahui ada atau tidaknya imbas signifikan janji organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan memakai alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 63 responden dengan memakai metode Sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipakai ialah memakai kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menandakan janji organisasi, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi secara simultan dan parsial besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality product innovation, customer value and competitive pricing on purchasing decisions Yamaha merk motorcycles in the city Banjarbaru (a case study on consumer Yamaha Dealer "PT UTAMA MEGAH SENTOSA BERSAUDARA" )
This study uses five variables: service quality, product innovation , customer value, competitive price and purchasing decisions. This research hypothesis testing using the data of 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is to use a software jadwal Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 22.
The result of this study indicate that variable service quality and product innovation positively affect to customer value. Then, costumer value and competitive price are positively affect to purchase decision.

Consumer purchase intention is a willingness of a customer to purchase a certain products and also a kind of decision making to purchase a particular merk by customer. It is important to know the factors that drive consumer purchase intention in business, in order to guarantee business continuity and to survive from the competitors. The objective of this research is to define the factors that drive consumer purchase intention of NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Manado. Quantitative research seeks to quantify the data. Data was collected using questionnaire that distributed to 100 respondents. Analysis method is used in this research. The result from this research is there are 17 variables that correlated with the factor that already conducted. The results from the factoring process are 2 factors that drive consumer purchase intention. The first factors Product Knowledge with 12 independents variables and the second factor is Customer Experience with 5 independent variables.

Abstrak: Memenangkan persaingan pasar, tidak hanya sebatas menyusun bauran pemasaran sebagai taktik, namun lebih dari itu juga penting untuk menyusun taktik segmenting, targeting market, dan positioning yang diinginkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap pengguna kartu kredit BRI-Touch di Manado dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui segmentation, targeting dan positioning dari kartu kredit BRI-Touch. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survey. Jenis penelitian ini ialah explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif di mana ruang lingkupnya menyangkut ihwal segmen, target, dan posisi produk. Pengambilan data dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Kuesioner yang dibagikan sebanyak 130. Alat analisis yang dipakai ialah cluster analysis dan crosstab analysis untuk segmentasi, sedangkan untuk positioning dipakai alat analisis multidimensional scaling (MDS). Dari hasil cluster analysis, terbentuk 3 cluster segmentasi menurut demografi. Berdasarkan segmentasi demografi dan segmentasi sikap yang didasarkan pada manfaat terbentuk juga 3 cluster. Hasil analisa multidimensional scaling menunjukkan citra posisi kartu kredit BRI-Touch yang dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efek Manajemen Laba dan Earnings Per Share terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada era 2012-2015. Metode pengambilan sampel memakai metode purposive sampling, yaitu memakai sampel dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu, perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara berturut-turut selama era 2012-2015. Sampel yang dipakai ialah 13 perusahaan makanan dan minuman. Metode analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis 1, secara simultan Manajemen Laba dan EPS kuat signifikan terhadap Return Saham. Hipotesis 2 dan 3, hasil penelitian secara parsial tidak terdapat efek yang signifikan dari Manajemen Laba dan EPS terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract: House as one of the human needs besides food and clothing. Every human needs a house for shelter and also a meeting place with family every day. Nowadays in North Sulawesi province, many estates were built. One of the most preferred by the people of Manado to buy a house is Mapanget Griya Indah 4. This study aims to analyze the factors that drive customer purchase decisions in the house at Mapanget Griya Indah 4. The population of this study is people who buy a house or are already living in Mapanget Griya Indah 4, with sample 100 respondents. The objective in this research is to analyze the factors that drive purchase decision of Mapanget Griya Indah 4. The method used in this research is a quantitative method by spread the questionnaires to obtain primary data. In this study the results and conclusions found to explain that there are sixteen variables that drive customer purchase decision, which then formed the six factors and there are four variables that do not significantly influence the purchasing decisions in Mapanget Griya Indah 4. Four variables were not significantly influence the purchasing decisions in Mapanget Griya Indah 4 are security, quality of the area, views & roads and price.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mensugesti Initial Return Pada Perusahaan Non Keuangan Yang Melaksanakan Initial Public Offering (Ipo) Di Bei Era 2010-2015


Abstract: Most of company will do a variety of ways to meet the capital needs in order to expand and maintain its business. The company may issuing new shares and sell it to the public, it’s called Initial Public Offering (IPO). This research aims to analyze the influence of Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Size and Proceed to Initial Return (IR) non-financial companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2010-2015. The number of sample used in this research were 113 non-financial companies doing IPO period of 2010 until the end of 2015. Secondary data were obtain from prospectus when Initial Public Offering. The analytical method used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis where previously performed classical assumption that includes Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorellation Test, and Heteroskedastisitas Test with significance level of 5%. The study found that Size is positively significant influenced to Initial Return (IR). Proceed is negatively significant influenced to Initial Return. On the other hand, Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) have no significant effect on Initial Return. Based on the coefficient determination, variable Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR), Size, and Proceed have 28,7% effect against Initial Return. While the remaining 71,3% is influenced by other variables that are not used in this study.

Sampel penelitian yakni perusahaan (Bank Pembangunan Daerah) yang mempunyai laporan keuangan dan menerbitkannya semenjak tahun 2013 hingga tahun 2016. Analisis data memakai regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian melalui uji t perputaran kas bekerjasama kasatmata namun tidak signifikan terhadap ROI. Sedangkan perputaran piutang bekerjasama ngatif namun signifikan terhadap ROI. Secara simultan dengan memakai uji f mnunjukkan perputaran kas dan piutang besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap ROI. perusahaan perlu memperhatikan perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang di dalam menjalankan acara operasional perusahaan untuk menghasilkan laba yang lebih besar.

Abstract: Indonesia is one of region which have potentials on developing beauty products market especially on cosmetics and that pursued a lot of new brands for keep coming out. This matter makes the market competition get tigher and indirectly forced business for always have ways to survive. One of the biggest merk on cosmetics industry is Mustika Ratu, as a 25th yeas old brand, Mustika Ratu should be superior in matter of this competition and one the way to stay as superior is to make their customers keep on buying Mustika Ratu’s products. This study aimed to analyze the influence of celebrity endorser, advertising appeal, product quality to purchase decision of face mask Mustika Ratu using merk image as intervening variable. This study is conducted on all Mustika Ratu face mask’s customers in Semarang.
Purposive sampling method is used for this research, samples were collected from 100 respondents (consumer who use face mask Mustika Ratu and who watch advertising of Mustika Ratu). Multiple regression analysis is used for this study.
This results showed that celebrity endorser, advertising appeal and product quality has positive and signifcant effect on merk image (as intervening variable), and merk image  has positive and significant effect on purchase decision.

Abstract: Consumers have become a demanding sasaran and an important factor to running fashion business. Fashion is accepted by the consumers and influences their behavior in many ways to buy a new product. Shopping is an activity that certainly done because of need or simply to fulfill a desire. The aim of this research is to analyze consumer preferences between online and offline store in Manado based on price, availability of merk and product, promotional schemes, standardization of product and family or social experience. This research is quantitative type of research, which uses primary data obtained through questionnaires and uses independent sample t-test as the analytical tool. The population of this research is peoples in Manado who has experience shopping in Online and Offline Store, where the sample size is taken from 100 respondents who also has experience with Online and Offline Store. The analysis and discussion from this research found that there is significant difference between online and offline store measured by price and promotional schemes. And there is no significant difference between online and offline store measured by availability of merk and product, standardization of product and family or social experience. Besides all these, there are some recommendations for online and offline store in fashion product that can be used as a reference for the development and deepening of knowledge management marketing, especially consumer preferences.

Abstract: Human resource management has a field management to specialized learn about relations and role of human hearts as well as the organization of the Company. Increased competition in the work environment is one of the most important reason for the spread of the role and importance of human resource management functions in the organization. Management of the majority of people know about the management of the western system. But with the economic development of Islam raises new phenomenon, especially on the side of the practitioner or human resources. Economic development of Islam practice in Indonesia is marked by the growth and development sector economic activities that utilize the principles of Islamic economics. As such, to be seen whether the organizations using the principles of Islamic economics has implemented management based on Islamic values that based Al-Quran and Hadith. This study was conducted to identify the implementation’; implementation of Islamic values in human resources practices in Rumah Zakat Semarang. These aspects are examined in this study, namely recruitment, selection and placement, pelatihan and development, performance appraisal, and compensation . This study uses a qualitative method where data collection is by interview, observation and documentation so that they can dig deep and detailed on the implementation of Islamic management in human resources management. Objects in this study are employees of Rumah Zakat Semarang who have worked at least one year . The results of this study indicate that Rumah Zakat Semarang has approached the implementation Islamic management in managing human resources. Islamic aspects indicated by inserting Islamic values in the practice of recruitment, selection and placement, pelatihan and development, performance appraisal and compensation.

Abstract: This research is quantitative type of research which uses primary data obtained through questionnaire and uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) as the analytical tool. The population of this research is the employee at PT. PLN Wilayah Suluttenggo where the sample size is taken from 100 employees. In this research, there are 20 variables that defined as factors that influence employee engagement at PT. PLN Wilayah Suluttenggo. The analysis and discussion from this research there are 13 variables that correlated with the factor that already conducted. The findings from the factoring process there are 4 factors that influence employee engagement at PT. PLN Wilayah Suluttenggo. First factor is Organizational Commitment with 6 independent variables (Employee Training, Work Environment, Socialization, Internal CSR, Co-Workers Support, and Development). Second factor is Organizational Justice with 3 independent variables (Reward, Internal Communication, and Job Characteristics). Third Factor is Organizational Performance with 3 independent variables (Empowerment, Recruitment, and Selection). Fourth factor is leadership style with one independent variable. This result show that company needs to maintain and improve those 4 important factor to reach employee engagement which are Organizational Commitment, Organizational Justice, Organizational Performance, and Leadership Style.

Abstract: Flow of investment into the stock market as the impact of tax amnesty aktivitas led to the foreign markets are also feeling the impact. This study aimed to examine the effect of foreign inflow, inflation rate, interest rate and exchange rate to stock return on finance sector in tax amnesty period. Net buy is used as a proxy for the foreign inflow in stock market, interpolation of inflation rate is used for inflation, interpolation of BI 7-day repo rate is used for interest rate and exchange rate of IDR/USD is used for exchange rate.This study uses finance index in Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period July 2016 – January 2017 as the sample. The analysis technique used is regression analysis using computer software programs such as SPSS 22.0. The results showed that Foreign Inflow have significant positive effect on stock return, while Inflation, interest rate and exchange rate have no significant effect on stock return. Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination R2, the independent variables in this study had the effect as much as 31.7% to stock return.

Paket Lengkap Imbas Kompensasi Dan Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Guru (Studi Pada Smk Bina Patria2 Sukoharjo)


Abstract: This research  motivated by the decreasing performace level of teachers at  Vocational High School Bina Patria 2 Sukoharjo by showed a decreasing. Because the result of pre-survey showed decrease teachers performance by the compensation and leadership issues. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and  and  leadership through to performance of Vocational Hight School Bina Patria 2 Sukoharjo  teachers. Data was collected by using questionnares to 51 employees with sensus sampling method. The techniques of data analysis in this research includes the test of validity, reliability, classical assumptions and multiple regression.The results showing that compensation have positive and significant effect on teachers performance, leadership have positive and significant effect on teachers performance. Based the result, then the recommendation for the school to increase and pay attention on compensating and leadership applied there.
