Abstrak: Loyalitas nasabah akan sanggup terpenuhi apabila perusahan sanggup menawarkan Pengalaman yang baik, kualitas produk yang manis dan tentunya promosi juga yang terbaik. PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk (BRI atau Bank BRI) ialah salah satu bank milik pemerintah yang terbesar di Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat Pengaruh Pengalaman Penggunaan  Produk, Kualitas Produk dan Promosi terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank BRI unit Kawangkoan. Metode yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi berganda. Sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 100 Nasabah. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Pengalaman Penggunaan  Produk, Kualitas Produk dan Promosi kuat terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Pengalaman Penggunaan  Produk kuat kasatmata dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Kualitas Produk kuat kasatmata dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah. Promosi kuat kasatmata dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah.

Paket Lengkap Efek Risiko Perbankan Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Tahun 2013-2015 (Bank Pembangunan Tempat Se-Indonesia)


Abstrak: Pentingnya Peranan perbankan ketika ini sangat secara umum dikuasai dengan sisitem keuangan. Sistem keuangan yang baik akan besar lengan berkuasa kasatmata terhadap  kinerja perbankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek Risiko Perbankan yang dianalisis dengan memakai Rasio NPL, NIM, LDR, BOPO terhadap kinerja keuangan pada Bank Pembangunan Daerah se- Indonesia. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh dari laporan keuangan publikasi tahunan dari website Bank Indonesia. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 26 Bank Pembangunan Daerah yang ada di Indonesia dengan periode tahun dari tahun 2013-2015. Penelitian ini memakai metode spss dimana hasil penelitiannya menerangkan bahwa secara simultan, NPL, NIM, LDR, dan BOPO besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap ROA. Dan secara parsial, NPL signifikan dan besar lengan berkuasa negatif terhadap ROA, NIM signifikan dan besar lengan berkuasa Positif terhadap ROA, LDR tidak signifikan dan besar lengan berkuasa negatif terhadap ROA, BOPO signifikan dan besar lengan berkuasa negatif terhadap ROA. Lewat penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Risiko Perbankan yang diukur  lewat  empat rasio yang ada mempunyai efek yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan (ROA).Sebaiknya Bank Pembangunan Daerah harus bisa mengidentifikasi risiko yang mungkin terjadi  dalam acara usahanya. Berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian dimana perusahaan harus meminimalkan NPL ,LDR dan rasio BOPO alasannya yakni besar lengan berkuasa negatif terhadap ROA. Kemudian memaksimalkan NIM alasannya yakni besar lengan berkuasa kasatmata terhadap ROA, Dengan memperhatikan 5C (Character , Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Condition)

Paket Lengkap Efek Administrasi Risiko Kredit, Efisiensi Operasional Dan Tingkat Kecukupan Modal Terhadap Keuntungan Perusahaan Bank Pembangunan Kawasan (Bpd) Di Indonesia Timur


Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efek variabel Non Performing Loan (NPL), Efisiensi Operasional (BOPO), dan Capital Adequecy Ratio (CAR) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA). Teknik sampling yang dipakai yaitu sampling Jenuh dimana semua populasi dijadikan sampel. Sampel yang dipakai yaitu Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia Timur 9 BPD periode tahun 2011-2015. Metode yang dipakai yaitu Analisis regresi berganda.Pengujian hipotesis memakai uji statistik t untuk menguji koefisien regresi parsial serta uji statistik f untuk menguji efek secara simultan. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, dan uji normalitas. Hasil uji T bahwa nilai koefisien NPL arahnya negatif yaitu sebesar -0,127 nilai t = -1,407. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,167 lebih besar dari 0,05 sehingga nilai NPL besar lengan berkuasa negatif dan tidak signifikan. BOPO mempunyai nilai koefisien dengan arah yang negatif sebesar -0,029 nilai t = -3,969. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil 0,05 sehingga BOPO besar lengan berkuasa negatif dan signifikan. CAR mempunyai memiliki nilai koefisien dengan arah yang konkret sebesar 0,038 nilai t = 1,520. Nilai signifikan sebesar 0,167 lebih besar dari 0,05. Hasil uji f mengambarkan nilai regresi sebesar 0,000  maka NPL, BOPO, dan CAR secara simultan besar lengan berkuasa terhadap ROA. Hasil uji  Adjusted sebesar 0,323 atau 32,3% maka NPL, BOPO, dan CAR memengaruhi ROA sebesar 32,0% sedangkan sisanya 70,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model.

Abstract: Human resource management as a strategic approach to the management of human resources that involves all management decisions and actions that affect the relationship between the organization and employees. Human are the most important resource in an organization’s business success and to support organization’s work. To improve the employee performance in an organization, they should enforce discipline of the employees and competence. This research aimed to analyzed The Affect of Employee Work Discipline and Competence on Employee Performance in Balai Kesehatan Mata Masyarakat Sulawesi Utara. This research was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. Data collected through questionnaire distribute to 55 respondents and the data was taken by simple random sampling. This research showed that Employee Work Discipline and Competence simultaneously influence Employee Performance, Work Discipline has significant influence on Employee Performance partially and Competence has no significant influence on Employee Performance partially. It is expected the company to pay attention about work discipline in term by supporting the achievement of organization’s work.

Abstract: Some of the regulation might have impact to the customer’s satisfactions, While, rules that have been determined by the government asked the right of consumers could be fulfilled, based on the obligation which should be done by consumers. On the relationship between line with the act no.8 of 1999 on consumer protection and customer satisfaction, can be known that consumer protection is instrument pivotal to the ethics business. Consumer protection is Laws to protect people when they have bought goods or services, covering things such as price, quality, or safety. The aim for this study is to analysis of act no.8 of 1999 about the customer protection in AXA Finance Insurance Manado. The population of this research is the Customer who has been joined for AXA Health Insurance for more than 3 years and active until now. The sample of this research using purposive sampling with qualitative methodology of the sample is little and selected according to the purpose of research.

Abstrak: Dengan berjalannya pertumbuhan bisnis ritel di Kota Manado, menjadikan semakin tingginya pula tingkat persaingan bisnis ritel yang dihadapi oleh Matahari Department Store. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar imbas penggalan harga, dan store atmosphere terhadap impulse buying. Penelitian ini telah menguji adanya dua variabel independen ialah penggalan harga, dan store atmosphere yang sanggup mensugesti variabel dependen ialah impulse buying. Metode yang dipakai analisis regresi berganda. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa penggalan harga, dan store atmosphere besar lengan berkuasa terhadap impulse buying. Semakin banyak diskon harga yang diberikan oleh perusahaan akan semakin banyak pula konsumen yang akan berbelanja di MDS, suasana toko semakin ditingkatkan semoga konsumen merasa nyaman berada dalam MDS. Potongan harga besar lengan berkuasa konkret dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Perusahaan tetap memperbanyak diskon dan promosi-promosi semoga supaya sanggup menarik minat beli konsumen sehingga konsumen akan melaksanakan perbelanjaan di MDS. Store atmosphere besar lengan berkuasa konkret dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Pencahayaan, wangi-wangian, penetapan barang sebaiknya diperhatikan semoga supaya sanggup menarik konsumen serta mensugesti konsumen untuk tetapkan melaksanakan pembelian pada Matahari Departement Store Mega Mall Manado.

Abstrak: Dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat sangat di butuhkan administrasi yang handal dan bisa mangantisipasi setiap persaingan yang sanggup menjalankan perusahaan secara efektif dan efisie Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat efek antara variabel Desain Layout, Fasilitas dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada Matahari Department Store Megamall Manado. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil sebanyak 100 responden dengan teknik Non Probability Sampling dengan pendekatan Accidental Sampling. Metode yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menawarkan bahwa Desain Layout, Fasilitas dan Kualitas Layanan besar lengan berkuasa terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Variabel Desain Layout besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan, variabel Fasilitas besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan dan Variabel Kualitas Layanan besar lengan berkuasa tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Desain Layout, Fasilitas dan Kualitas Layanan bisa menjelaskan 89,4% kepuasan pelanggan dan masih ada sisanya sebesar 10,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract: The development of the business world in the kurun of globalization is going rapidly, which contributes in economic growth nationwide. In line with it makes the better level of income and the buying power the community grew to meet the need and desire of the will goods or services. The purpose in this study is to identify of consumer decision making of feminine sanitary product in Manado. Decision making is one of the most important function of the managers in any kind of organization. Among difference managers’ decision strategic decision – making is a complex process that must be understood completely before it can be practiced effectively. Qualitative research is a broad methodological approach that en compasses many research method. Base on the data that collected 11 from 19 informant using product Charm as their feminine sanitary product. Most of them like to try another product but keep choose the older one. They choose what they feel comfortable to use. The manufacturer are paying more attention to the desires of the consumer so that the consumer be loyal to one brand, in other words the need for differentiation of products with a wide range of functional and usability needed by consumers.

Abstrak: Perusahaan sebagai suatu entitas yang beroperasi dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi, umumnya tidak hanya berorientasi pada pencapaian keuntungan maksimal, tetapi juga berusaha meningkatkan nilai perusahaan dan kemakmuran pemiliknya, untuk itu perusahaan mempunyai rencana strategis dan taktis yang disusun dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis imbas Profitabilitas dan Struktur Modal terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Sub Sektor Pertambangan Minyak dan Gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis yang dipakai yaitu Regresi Linear Berganda. Variabel-variabel yang dipakai dalam panelitian ini yaitu Profitabilitas dan Struktur Modal yang diduga besar lengan berkuasa terhadap Harga Saham. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 6 perusahaan dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (www.idx.co.id) lewat kerjasama dengan Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia Unsrat. Dari hasil analisis Regresi Linear Berganda, baik secara parsial maupun simultan menandakan bahwa indikator variabel Return On Asset dan indikator variabel Debt to Equity Ratio mempunyai imbas negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Pertambangan Minyak Dan Gas yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Abstrak: Sumber daya insan memiliki posisi yang sangat penting mengingat kinerja organisasi sangat di pengaruhi oleh kualitas sumber daya manusianya. Bila suatu perusahaan telah memiliki taktik dan tujuan, maka langkah selanjutnya ialah merencanakan sumber daya insan apa saja yang di perlukan untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efek Rekrutmen, Gaya Kepemimpinan, dan Pengembangan Individu secara simultan dan parsial terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan Freshmart Bahu Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh karyawan Freshmart Superstore Bahu Manado sekitar 200 orang karyawan. Untuk mencapai tujuan dalam penelitian ini maka metode analisis yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian secara simultan Rekrutmen, Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Individu kuat signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Rekrutmen dan Pengembangan Individu secara parsial kuat konkret dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Gaya Kepemimpinan secara parsial tidak kuat secara signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja di Freshmart Bahu Manado. Mengingat rekrutmen dan pengembangan individu kuat secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja maka dibutuhkan perusahaan harus lebih meningkatkan dan memperhatikan Rekrutmen dan Pengembangan Individu.

ABSTRAK: Di zaman yang serba canggih dan modern ketika ini pendidikan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting untuk menunjang kehidupan manusia, alasannya yaitu dengan pendidikan insan mendapat keterampilan yang mereka butuhkan untuk menavigasi dunia. Tanpa pendidikan insan tidak akan bisa membaca, menulis, menghitung atau berkomunikasi. Menyadari tingkat keputusan siswa dalam menentukan sekolah Sekolah Menengan Atas Kristen Rex Mundi yang setiap tahun mengalami kenaikan dan penurunan siswa. Menjadi salah satu duduk perkara dari pihak sekolah untuk tetap mempertahankan jumlah siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efek pemasaran jasa dan persepsi terhadap kepuasan siswa. Jenis penelitian asosiatif. Tempat penelitian di Sekolah Menengan Atas Kristen Rex Mundi Manado. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 722. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden. Metode analisis yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dan dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dalam model penelitian ditemukan bahwa variabel pemasaran jasa dan variabel persepsi menunjukkan efek signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa secara simultan dan parsial.

Paket Lengkap Efek Atmosfer Toko Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Para Konsumen Yang Berbelanja Di Ud. Cahaya Lestari Tateli Tiga


Abstrak: Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui imbas secara simultan dan secara parsial variabel interior, layout, interior (POP) display terhadap keputusan pembelian. Metode analisis yang digunakanadalah regresi linier berganda.. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yakni konsumen yang telah berbelanja sebanyak tiga kali ataulebih di UD. Cahaya Lestari Tateli Tiga, dan sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 30 responden dengan menggunakanRandom Sampling. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa secara parsial tidak adanya imbas interior terhadap keputusanpembelian, secara parsial ditemukan adanya imbas layout terhadap keputusan pembelian, secara parsial ditemukan adanya imbas interior (POP) display terhadap keputusan pembelian dan secara simultan interior, layout dan interior(POP) display kuat signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Meskipun secara keseluruhan atmosfer toko di UD.Cahaya Lestari Tateli Tiga terlihat baik, tetapi akan lebih baik lagi kalau atmosfer toko sanggup ditingkatkan dan dikembangkanlagi, display harga harus diperhatikan alasannya merupakan hal penting bagi konsumen untuk mengetahui harga barang sebelum membelinya.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Penerapan Withholding Tax System Terhadap Pajak Penghasilan Pasal 23 Pada Pt. Pln (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo


Abstrak: Penerimaan pajak penghasilan merupakan salah satu penerimaan terbesar bagi suatu negara. Salah satu pajak penghasilan yaitu pajak penghasilan pasal 23. Sistem perpajakan Indonesia selain menganut self assessment system juga menganut withholding tax system. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis penerapan withholding tax system dalam hal pemotongan, penyetoran dan pelaporan terhadap pajak penghasilan pasal 23 pada PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo apakah telah sesuai dengan undang-undang perpajakan UU No 36 Tahun 2008. Penelitian ini memakai metode analisis deskriptif, yang dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian mengatakan pemotongan pajak PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo untuk bulan Februari khususnya pada tanggal 6 Februari dan 24 Februari 2017 mengalami ketidaksesuaian dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2008, dalam hal melaksanakan pemotongan wajib pajak yang mempunyai Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP) dipotong tarif sebesar 2%, dan wajib pajak yang tidak mempunyai NPWP dipotong tarif sebesar 4%. PT. PLN (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo lebih memperhatikan ketentuan perpajakan sehingga pemotongan, penyetoran, dan pelaporan perpajakan terealisasi sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ada.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Perbandingan Kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (Asn) Dan Tenaga Harian Lepas (Thl) Pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado


Abstrak: Kinerja atau prestasi kerja (Job Performent) merupakan hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seseorang karyawan dalam melakukan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Tujuan organisasi sanggup dicapai alasannya ialah kinerja pegawai yang baik yang mempunyai standar kualitas sehingga mendukung untuk kemajuan organisasi tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah adanya perbandingan perbedaan kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Tenaga Harian Lepas pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 645 orang Aparatur Sipil Negara dan 90 orang Tenaga Harian Lepas. Dari populasi tersebut lalu memakai purposive sampling maka sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu 73 orang Apjaratur Sipil Negara dan 73 orang Tenaga Harian Lepas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara dan Tenaga Harian Lepas pada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado dan Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado. Sebaiknya, Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado harus lebih meningkatkan kinerjanya. Sementara Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Dinas Kesehatan Kota Manado harus mempertahankan kinerjanya.

Paket Lengkap An Analysis Of Indonesia’S Export Value To Asean Countries Before And After Asean Economic Community (Aec)


Abstract: Counting back since the formation of Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), it took Indonesia and the other members of ASEAN 48 years to arrive at ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) establishment. This research aims to evaluate the export value performance as one of the things countries seek and expect when conducting or joining an economic integration. The study examines the change in the export value of Indonesia to the other nine members of ASEAN 1 year before and 1 year after the establishment of AEC using Wilcoxon signed rank test. The result shows a significant positive change in Indonesia’s export value to ASEAN countries before and after AEC with 90% year-on-year growth. Thailand dominates the value contribution to the total export value with 84% contribution leaving only 16% contribution for the rest of ASEAN members (Singapore 5%, Malaysia 2%, Philippines 2%, Vietnam 2%, Myanmar 2%, while Cambodia, Brunei Darussalam, and Lao PDR contribute 0%). Furthermore, mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation and bituminous substances are the top commodity of Indonesia to ASEAN countries after AEC delivering 22% contribution to the total export value. AEC giving Indonesia an easier access to 9 member countries of ASEAN. Indonesia’s export that only focus to Thailand is a quiet risky step as one of the famous investment theory stated “don’t put your eggs in the same basket”. Lastly, the domestic value-adding industry needs special attention from government because of the high raw materials export commodity that still high.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pada umunnya untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa mengapa seorang nasabah perlu ke asuransi tersebut. Dengan kata lain, pihak asuransi secepat mungkin mengaktualisasi setiap cita-cita dan keinginan nasabah yaitu kunci keberhasilan yang menjadikannya berbeda dari para pesaingnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat dampak merk image dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pada nasabah AJB Bumiputera 1912 Manado Cabang Sam Ratulangi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu nasabah sam ratulangi yang berjumlah 663 orang. Jumlah sampel 87 nasabah dengan teknik pengambilan sampel memakai rumus slovin. Metode yang dipakai yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menawarkan bahwa merk image dan kualitas produk kuat terhadap loyalitas nasabah. variabel merk image kuat signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah. Variabel kualitas produk kuat tidak signifikan terhadap variabel loyalitas nasabah.

Abstrak: Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Puncak Provinsi Papua sangat dipengaruhi oleh keberadaan dari sumber daya insan atau pegawai-pegawai yang ada di dalam Dinas tersebut. Gambaran terhadap kegiatan pegawai yang terjadi, atau fenomena yang terjadi ketika ini antara lain: kiprah rutin di kantor agak terbengkalai sebab sehabis ketidakhadiran pagi para pegawai tidak kelihatan lagi di kantor, dan akan kembali muncul di kantor pada sore hari jam pulang kantor. Begitu juga masih kurangnya motivasi para pegawai dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Puncak yang berjumlah 34 karyawan dan sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis memakai Teknik Analisis Jalur dengan memakai SPSS 22.Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki efek signifikan terhadap janji organisasi dan budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja signifikan besar lengan berkuasa terhadap kepuasan kerja sedangkan gaya kepemimpinan besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sehingga faktor kepuasan kerja pegawai sangat diperhitungkan.

Abstrak: Melimpahnya sumber daya insan yang ada ketika ini mengharuskan berfikir secara seksama yaitu bagaimana sanggup memanfaatkan sumber daya insan secara optimal. Kualitas sumber daya insan akan terpenuhi apabila kepuasan kerja sebagai unsur yang besar lengan berkuasa terhadap kinerja sanggup tercipta dengan sempurna. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisis dampak gaya kepemimpinan, janji organisasional, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Puncak yang berjumlah 47 karyawan dan sampel diambil dari seluruh populasi. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis memakai Teknik Analisis Jalur dengan memakai SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja ialah signifikan. Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja ialah signifikan. Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai ialah signifikan. Sebaiknya kepuasan kerja bagi pegawai harus menerima perhatian, alasannya kalau kepuasan kerja sanggup diberikan maka dibutuhkan akan memperlihatkan bantuan kerja lebih baik yang pada balasannya ada peningkatan kinerja pegawai.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Perbedaan Persepsi Konsumen Terhadap Merek Aplikasi Pesan Instan Whatsapp Dan Line Menurut Gambaran Merek, Fitur, Desain Dan Kelompok Acuan


Abstract: This study aimed to analyze to find out if there is a difference in the perception of costumer from instant messaging application WHATSAPP and LINE. From this analysis can be known whether  there  is  a  difference  by  age  have  different  perceptions  or  have  same  perception  of application instant messaging WHATSAPP and LINE, also aims to analyze most dominant variable against consumerperception and most distinguishes variable between WHATSAPP and  LINE.
The population taken in this research are consumers who ever use instan messaging WHATSAPP and LINE. Samples used in this research some 400 respondents used by non- probability   sampling   technique   with   approach   quota   sampling   (   the   sample   based   on predetermined amount). A method of analysisis used is quantitative ananlysis that is using Mann- Whitney U.
The variable merk image is a factor that most distinguishes between instant mesagging aplication WHATSAPP and LINE with Z-value -2,857 then followed by feature of -2,221, design  of -2,118  and  group  referrence  of  -1,084.  Hypothesis  testing  is  done  using  Z  test  showed  that consumers perception of the difference from instant messaging application WHATSAPP and LINE occurred against the variable viewed from   brand image , feature and design. But consumer perception of differences did not happen to the variable viewed from group reference variable. While the most dominant perception based on WHATSAPP respondent are reference group while LINE respondents are brand  image  Costumer  age above 25  years old  have  more  preferable perception on WHATSAPP compared to who is aged 17-25 years old. Costumer aged 17-25 years old have more prefereable perception on LINE compared to who is aged above 25 years old.

Abstract: KSPPS TAZAKKA Bojong is one of sharia financial services cooperatives (KJKS) which was established in Bojong District, Pekalongan Regency. The growing number of cooperatives nowadays in Bojong sub-district has made the competition tighter so that the growth sasaran of customers is not achieved and there is a decrease in the financing partners. One way to win the competition is by improving the quality of service continuously to fit the expectations of costumers. This study discusses the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD), which aims to determine customers’ needs so that each functional area and organization / company level can act towards existing functional services.
Data in this research was collected by survey method with questionnaire tool to KSPPS TAZAKKA Bojong manager and 50 cooperative customers as respondents. This Study applied  method used is the Quality Function Development (QFD) Method.
The research showed the priority scale of customer requirements that should be prioritized in the improvement of the service that is the customer requirements of the company's credibility and reputation of the company. This research also showed the sequence of technical attributes of KSPPS TAZAKKA Bojong in order to satisfy the customer that si The technical attribute of routine briefing for excellent service obtained from the calculation of absolute weight and relative weight.

Abstract: Human resources quality of the company can be measured through employee performance.  Employee’s performance is one of  factors to achieve the company objectives. The factors that affect employee performance are paternalistic leadership style and organizational culture. This research aimed to analyze the effect of paternalistic leadership style and organizational culture on Employee’s performance with employee engagement as the intervening.
This  research  were  done  at  PT  Pos  Indonesia  Regional  VI Semarang.  The  data collected from 71  respondent  by using  census. The data  were analysed  by using  double regression by 23th version of SPSS.
The Result of this research showed that the effect of paternalistic leadership style and organizational  culture on  employee engagement (as variable intervening)  is positive and significant and the impact of employee engagement on employee’s performance is positive and significant.

Abstract: Problems that occur is the sale of vape with the original merk does not show increase from month to month, exactly in May to July decreased. Though currently vape musim is getting in demand so consumers who are looking for vape pretty much. Based on the results of prasurvey conducted, it appears that the decline in sales is allegedly caused by the strength of the original merk is not very good, the original vape price is considered expensive and the distribution of goods that are less evenly distributed. This study aims to analyze the influence of merk equity, price and distribution of the original vape purchase decision in Semarang.
The population used in this study is all Vape consumers in Semarang. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Sampling criteria were 96 vape consumer in Semarang. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on the results of merk equity, price and distribution have a positive effect on the purchase decision of original vape in Semarang. The original vape purchase decision in Semarang can be explained by merk equity, price and distribution of 81%.

Abstract: The development of Indonesia's economy cannot be separated from that spread through regions in Indonesia. Purbalingga as one of the districts in Central Java has a potential and growing industrial sector. One of them is the exhaust industry in Pesayangan. The exhaust industry in Purbalingga has huge assets and total production. Like other industries, the exhaust industry in Purbalingga also has problems such as lack of capital funds, product distribution, and supply of raw materials for production. These problems include into supply chain management. Furthermore, the aim this study is to examine the influence of long-term relationship, information sharing, trust, and process integration on supply chain management performance.
The population of this study is the company of exhaust industry in Purbalingga which amounts to 148. This research will use a sample of 100 respondents by questionnaires, where the data obtained will be analyzed which covers validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination test
The test results show that the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The most influential variables are long-term relationship (0,286), then trust (0,208), process integration (0,176), and information sharing (0,169). These results show that all independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable supply chain management performance.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Book To Market Equity, Firm Size, Market Value Added (Mva), Momentum, Dan Trading Volume Terhadap Return Saham (Studi Perkara Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Dalam Indeks Lq-45 Masa 2012 S/D 2016)


Abstract: The purpose of stock investing is to seek profit in the future. This research was conducted in order to examine the influence of book to market equity, firm size, market value added (MVA), momentum, and trading volume on stok return.  Sample of this study used companies that registered on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016.
This research was made because there are differences in results between studies with each other. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling method covering 24 companies as samples. The analysis used multiple regression, which is preceeded by a test consisting of the classical assumption test for normality, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. Hypothesis testing is using F test and t test.
The result of this research show that book to market equity had significant negative effect on stock return as well as trading volume variable had significant positive effect on stock return. In addition, the results did not support that firm size, market value added (MVA) and momentum significant effect on stock return. Moreover it found that the value of the adjusted R square is 19,1%. This means that 80,9% is explained by other variables outside the model

Abstract: The business competition of packaged tea products is increasing, as indicated by the growing number of new brands of bottled tea in packaging. Conditions must be understood by bottled tea manufacturers by improving marketing strategies through improving product quality, merk image, appropriate pricing strategies and increasingly attractive promotions for consumers interested in deciding to purchase their products. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of product quality, merk image, price perception and promotion on purchasing decision of Sosro Bottle Tea product.
The population in this study were consumers who bought Sosro bottle tea in Semarang City, while the sample was as many as 100 respondents who got by using accidental sampling sampling technique, that is the researcher chose respondents by way of respondents in crowded places seller Sosro tea seller in City. The type of data used is primary data, using the method of collecting data kusioner.
The result of analysis by using multiple regression is product quality have positive effect to purchasing decision. Brand image positively affects purchasing decisions. Price perceptions have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Promotion positively affects purchasing decisions.

Abstract: The need for communication tools such as smartphones, continues to create a lot of demand and supply and also create competition between producers with other manufacturers. Similarly, an interesting phenomenon that occurs in the Apple iPhone in Indonesia, where with the increasing number of smartphone users in Indonesia Apple iPhone has decreased sales and market share. This study aims to determine the effect of product attributes, perceptions of value, and consumer experience on the interest of buying Apple iPhone products through consumer satisfaction as intervening variables.
Technique that used in this research is by method of purposive sampling approach, that is consumer of Apple iPhone with category of youth in Semarang who have done upgrading its iPhone device. The sample in this research is 100 respondents. The data were collected using questionnaires. The technique of analysis and interpretation of data that used is Multiple Regression Analysis, according to the model that developed in this research, and operated through SPSS aktivitas version 22.
The results showed that product attributes, perceived value, and costumer experience have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Perceived value has the highest influence on customer satisfaction. Then, product attributes, perceived value, costumer experience, and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perceived value is the variable that has the highest effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract: The banking system has an important role to play in the real sector because of its function as an intermediary institution which is a financial institution that connects between parties who have excess funds to parties who are in need of funds through financial services. One of focuses on this research is liquidity risk. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of non-performing loans, net working capital, return on assets, capital adequacy ratio and size against liquidity risk in conventional banks in Malaysia and Indonesia in 2011-2015.
This research using multiple regression analysis and population in this research are banks that included in local and foreign banks which are sorted by using purposive sampling method. The total research population is 32 banks consisting of 24 samples of conventional banks in Indonesia and 8 samples of conventional banks in Malaysia.
The results showed that non performing loans and capital adequacy ratio do not affect liquidity risk in both models. While return on assets has a positive and significant impact on liquidity risk of conventional banks in Indonesia and has no effect on conventional banks in Malaysia. Variable net working capital does not affect liquidity risk in conventional banks in Indonesia while banks in Malaysia have positive and significant effect. And variable size has no effect on liquidity risk in Indonesia and has a significant negative effect on conventional banks in Malaysia.

Abstract: In the service industry, employee who performs direct contact with consumers is representatives of  organization service quality. PDAM Tirta Moedal as one of organization which prioritize the quality of service, that became the center of water services for the entire community of Semarang City requires employees who provide more performance / extra job-role or so-called OCB behavior in order to be able to serve the people of Semarang city optimally. This research was conducted by indication that OCB level of PDAM Tirta Moedal was still low that reflected by employee attendance, employees attendace is used as indicator that measures on of OCB dimensions which is conscientiousness dimension.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of perception of organizational support and career development on organizational citizenship behavior with employee engagement role as intervening variable. This research was conducted at PDAM Tirta Moedal Semarang. The sample size was 74 respondents with sampling technique using proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis used included multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis (Path Analysis) and test of sobel to test mediation effect.
The results show a positive and significant relationship between (a) organizational support with employee engagement, (b) career development with employee engagement, (c) organizational support with OCB, (d) career development with OCB, (e) employee engagement with OCB . The results of this study also show that employee engagement proved to be a mediating variable between organizational support and career development towards OCB.

Abstract: Money as payment tools has developed rapidly over time. The development of money is also affected by the development of information technology, that created electronic money. Transaction volume and transaction value of electronic money has increase recently with the increasing of customer needs on payment tools. Many factors influence the consumer's desire to use electronic money. This research’s objectives are to test the effect of perceived benefits, perceptions of ease of use, trust and perceptions of risk to interest in using electronic money instruments.
Taking a sample of 120 respondents from selected enrolled student of the school year 2016/2017 from Management Department Faculty of Economics and Business Diponegoro University. This research using nonprobability sampling technique for selecting respondents. The method of data analysis used is multiple regression analysis, where the analysis consist of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test.
The result shows that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust have positive and significant effect to intention to use, while perceived risk has negative and not significant effect to intention to use.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of merk awareness, merk associations, quality perceptions and merk loyalty to purchase decision of Toshiba Brand Top Lap.
The population used is consumers who purchase Toshiba merk lap tops in Semarang whose numbers are unknown. Samples taken 100 consumers. The type of data used in the primary data. Methods of data collection questionnaire. The analyze technique used is multiple regression, with previously tested by instrument test and classical assumption test.
The results showed that: Brand awareness proved impact positive and significant on purchase decisions. Brand association proved impact positive and significant on purchase decisions. Quality perceptions proved impact positive and significant on purchase decisions. Brand loyalty proved impact positive and significant on purchase decisions.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the factors that affects leverage which is indicated by total debt to total asset ratio. The object of this research refers to manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2011-2015.
The population of this study are 142 manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2011-2015. The data are collected from the Bloomberg terminal and with purposive sampling and some criteria, 79 companies are sampled for the object of this study. The data are analyzed by the multiple regression and Sobel test to identify the mediation of the perantara variable.
This research founds that size and tangibility positively and significantly affects the company leverage. Profitability, liquidity and dividend policy is negatively and significantly associated with leverage while insider ownership and sales growth insignificantly affects leverage. Insider ownership and sales growth are proven to be significantly negative affecting the dividend policy. Dividend policy are able to mediate sales growth effect on leverage, while unable to mediate the insider ownership effect on leverage.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Fasilitas Pemakaian Situs, Mutu Informasi, Iman Pembelian, Dan Kesan Harga Terhadap Niat Belanja Daring Di Olx.Co.Id Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Diponegoro Semarang


Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of ease of use site, quality information, purchasing trust, and the impression of price against visitor’s shopping intention on OLX.co.id.
The sampling method used on this research is probability sampling with random sampling technique. Samples were collected from 258 respondents who are students of Diponegoro University Semarang who have visited the site OLX.co.id. Analysis method used here is multiple regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f-test, determination test
The result showed that the ease of use of the site, quality informartion, purchasing trust, and the impression of price has positive influence towards the shopping intention.

Paket Lengkap Imbas Non Interest Income, Growth Of Asset, Loan To Asset, Car, Dan Loan Loss Provision To Asset Terhadap Risiko Bank


Abstract: The increasing demands of financial services and technology has led the bank to increase their service to compete in the banking industry. Other service that bank provide by now will increase non interest income and led to bank income diversification.
This research was conducted to examine the effect of bank income diversification (non interest income), Growth of assets (ΔTA), Loan to asset, CAR, and Loan loss provision to asset towards bank risk measured by SDROA (Deviation Standard of Return on Asset) and SDROE (Deviation Standard of Return on Equity). We use commercial banks that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) through period 2011-2015 as a sample of the research and based on purposive sampling, we selected 24 banks as the sample of this research. We use multiple regression analysis to examine the effect.
The Result indicate that some determinants of Bank Risk such as NNII, Loan to Asset, and Loan Loss Provision to Asset affect SDROA (Standard Deviation of Return on Asset) as a risk measure, and NNII, ΔTA, and Loan Loss Provision to Asset affect SDROE (Standard Deviation of Return on Equity) as other risk measure.  However, Capital Adequacy Ratio do not affect bank risk that measured by SDROA and SDROE in this research by another variables which not include in these research model.
