Abstract: Product innovation and price perceived on consumers aims to increase car purchase, this study aims to analyze the effect of product and price innovation on purchasing decisions. Sample used in this research is 150 customers of toyota car all new avanza at dealer Auto A.yani Surabaya. Analytical techniques in this study using multiple linear regression using SPSS kegiatan version 18.0.hasil this shows that product innovation gives a partial significant influence on the purchase decision of Toyota toyota car customers in Auto Ayani dealer Surabaya and the variable price gives a significant influence Partial to the purchase decision of Toyota toyota all new avanza customers at Auto A.yani dealer Surabaya.

Abstract: Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur (Bank Jatim) is a general bank and Regional Enterprises which is owned by East Java Province Government. Bank Jatim has assets for more than IDR 30 Trillion with 36 merk offices that are spread along all over Indonesia. Bank Jatim just achieved reward as the best Bank in Retail Bank Service that is given by Indonesian Banking Award 2016. Also, Bank Jatim also got achievement from TOP BUMD as TOP BPD Manajemen SDM and IT 2016. The achievements and rewards that are achieved by Bank Jatim surely supported by good Employee performance. This employee performance cannot separated from emotional intelligence employee and job satisfaction for the employee. The purpose of this study is to testing and analyzing the influence of emotional intelligence toward employess performance through job satisfaction as a intervening variable. This is a causal research with quantitative approach. The sample collecting technique is using sample saturation with 54 respondents of customer service, service assistant,teller and credit division in Bank Jatim Sidoarjo branch. The statistical analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the support of smartPLS software. Result of the studyexplained that emotional intelligence has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Emotional intelligence has faktual and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has faktual and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction intervening the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance.

Paket Lengkap Dampak Ownership Structure, Financial Leverage, Dan Firm Size Terhadap Firm Value Pada Perusahaan Sektor Consumer Goods Yang Listing Di Bursa Imbas Indonesia (Bei) Periode 2008-2015


Abstract: Companies generally have two course, namely short-term and long-term course. In the long term, the company aims to maximize corporate value or firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of ownership structure, financial leverage, and firm size on firm value based on several theories, namely agency theory, pecking-order theory, andsignaling theory. The sample of this research is the consumer goods sector companies listing on BEI that have been selected with several criteria. The consumer goods sector is chosen based on the phenomenon which shows that during the period of study has the value of PER is increasing while the other sectors fluctuate. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results show that ownership structure and financial leverage have no effect on firm value. The existence of insider ownership does not make the insider align its vision and mission with the company and other shareholders. Concentrated ownership in Indonesia can not control the company due to a limited company law governing the GMS, where the owner of the concentrated ownership derived from the parent company, subsidiaries or other branch offices does not get voting rights in the GMS. Banks that invest in companies are limited to investment banks only, so their focus is not on increasing firm value but on capital raising, investment strategy making, and risk management. Financial leverage does not directly affect firm value. The financial performance variable is thought to be a variable that moderates the relationship between financial leverage and firm value. Meanwhile, firm size has a positive effect on firm value. Firm size affects the profitability of the company, where the larger firm size then the company's ability to generate greater profits as well. Thus, firm value increases. The implication of this research is in the next research can re-examine the independent variable found not affect the firm value. It can also be considered to use a different, more appropriate proxy for each variable, thus providing more accurate results. Re-testing can be done on different samples.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Kepercayaan, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Orang Renta Siswa Sma Kristen Petra 1 Surabaya


Abstract: Penelitian terhadap 91 orang renta siswa Sekolah Menengan Atas Katolik Petra I Surabaya, 29 orang laki-laki (32%), dan 62 orang perempuan (68%),  dengan status pekerjaan  22 orang (2,2%) pegawai negeri sipil, 20 orang (22%) pegawai swasta, 28 orang (30,8%) wiraswasta, 37 orang (40,7%) ibu rumah tangga, dan 4 orang (4,4%) mempunyai pekerjaan lainnya. Penelitian menguji dampak iktikad dan motivasi terhadap kepuasan orang renta siswa Sekolah Menengan Atas Katolik Petra I Surabaya. Kepercayaan diukur dengan indikator: ability, benevolence, dan integrity; motivasi diukur dengan indikator: dorongan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan, kebutuhan untuk mempunyai keahlian khusus, dan impian untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan hidup, sedangkan kepuasan diukur dengan indikator: leadership. parental involvement, faith development, curriculum and instruction, communication, support service, facilities, serta environment. Kepercayaan sebagai variabel eksogenus, motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi, dan kepuasan sebagai variabel endogenus. Hasil penelitian menandakan bahwa: (1) iktikad besar lengan berkuasa kasatmata terhadap motivasi dan juga besar lengan berkuasa kasatmata terhadap kepuasan orang tua; (2) motivasi besar lengan berkuasa kasatmata terhadap kepuasan orang tua. Motivasi terbukti sanggup menjadi mediasi antara iktikad terhadap kepuasan orang tua, sehingga secara total dampak iktikad terhadap kepuasan semakin kuat.

Paket Lengkap Efek Visual Merchandising Terhadap Impulse Buying Melalui Positive Emotion Pada Zara Surabaya


Abstract: Perkembangan ritel di Indonesia terus meningkat. Selain itu, usul masyarakat Indonesia atas pakaian juga terus bertambah. Hal ini mengakibatkan Indonesia sebagai pasar potensial bagi ritel luar negeri dan turut bersaing di pasar ritel di Indonesia. Oleh alasannya yaitu itu, pihak administrasi harus memahami sikap konsumen yang sering terjadi pada gerai ritel yaitu  impulse buying. Impulse buying bahkan bisa menguasai 65% jumlah total pembelian dalam sebuah toko, sehingga sangat penting untuk mengetahui variabel-variabel yang bisa mempengaruhi impulse buying. Dengan demikian maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa efek dari Visual Merchandising (window display, mannequin display, promotional signage, floor merchandising) terhadap Impulse Buying (affective dan cognitive) melalui Positive Emotion (pleasure, arousal, dominance) pada Zara Surabaya. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan mengembangkan kuisioner kepada 100 responden konsumen Zara Surabaya dengan kegiatan smart-PLS melalui metode path analysis. Menurut hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti maka variabel visual merchandising mempunyai hubungan, namun tidak signifikan terhadap impulse buying. Sedangkan variabel visual merchandising bekerjasama secara signifikan terhadap positive emotion. Begitu pula dengan korelasi variabel positive emotion dengan impulse buying.

Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk besar lengan berkuasa terhadap intention to buy online patisserie melalui consumer attitude dengan media umum instagram di masyarakat Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisa yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil mengatakan bahwa perceived usefulness mempunyai efek nyata dan signifikan terhadap consumer attitude, perceived ease of use mempunyai efek nyata dan signifikan terhadap consumer attitude, perceived risk mempunyai efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap consumer attitude¸ dan consumer attitude mempunyai efek nyata dan signifikan terhadap intention to buy online. Sehingga consumer attitude yaitu variabel yang harus ada antara perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk dan intention to buy online.

Abstract: Penelitian membahas family types, family stages, dan household conflict pengaruhnya terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian kendaraan beroda empat keluarga di Surabaya. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dari pasangan suami-istri yang tinggal di Surabaya dan berminat membeli kendaraan beroda empat keluarga. Pengukuran dilakuan dari variable family types (X1) dengan indikator nuclear family dan exended family, variable  family stages (X2) dengan indikator  joint, wife dominant, husband dominant dan variabel household conflict (X3) dengan indikator consensual purchase decision, accomodarive purchase decision sebagai variable independen sedangkan pengambilan keputusan (Y) sebagai variable dependen, hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) variable X1 mempunyai imbas faktual terhadap keputusan pembelian; (2) variable X2 mempunyai imbas faktual terhadap keputusan pembelian; (3) variable X3 mempunyai imbas faktual terhadap keputusan pembelian dan variable X2 mempunyai imbas paling besar.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis Servicescape, gambaran merek, dan keputusan pembelian pada Klinik Bersalin “Bunga Mawarni”. Metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah survei, dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara. Data yang dipakai ialah data primer, dan studi pustaka sebagai data sekunder. Teknik pengambilan sampel memakai non random sampling yaitu convenience sampling dengan ukuran sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Alat analisis yang dipakai ialah path analysis.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa  variabel servicescape dan gambaran merek kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract: Dividend policy is a decision whereby the company will distribute the profit that earned at the end of year to the shareholders in the form of dividends or will be re-invested in order to increase the financing in the future . The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of profitability, liquidity and leverage on dividend policy. In thisresearch, profitability is measured using return on asset (ROA) and earnings per share (EPS). As for liquiditymeasured by current ratio and leverage is measured using debt to total assets (DTA). For dividend policy ismeasured using dividend payout ratio (DPR). The object in this research using a company of agriculture and mining sektor which is included in the main sektor of BEI in the period 2011 - 2015. The data used in this research isobtained from the company's financial report from IDX and company website.This research used a quantitativeapproach and was a secondary data. The analytical method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research indicate that profitability ratios have a positive effect on dividend policy. While liquidity ratios have no effect on dividend policy, as well as leverage ratios that have no effect on dividend policy.

Abstract: In the masa of globalization, organizational growth is growing rapidly and competition is increasing. It is proved that the national food and beverage industry is considered strongest in the face of free market competition, especially in the ASEAN Economic Community (MEA). The existence of work motivation that can affect in improving employee performance and through job satisfaction as mediation. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction as a variable intervening at PT. Garudafood Putri Jaya Department HCS (Human Capital and Service). The number of samples used is 87 people. The measuring instruments used in this study are interviews, observations, and questionnaires. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique and software Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). The result of the research shows that work motivation has an effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no effect on employee performance, work motivation influence to job satisfaction, and job satisfaction can mediate the influence of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract: PT. Kepuh Kencana Arum was founded in 1991 in Mojokerto, East Java. At first the company is engaged in manufacturing roofing metal wave length without connection with trademark Kencana. Along with its development, the company adds to the product range in the form of a metal tile, lightly steel truss, and order planfond based raw material steel aluminium layer. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction on performance of employees through organizational citizenship behaviour as an intervening variable study on the staffs of PT Kepuh Kencana Arum Mojokerto. This research is quantitative approach. With a population of 35 staff were used and the sample used is saturated sample i.e. the whole staffs of PT Kepuh Kencana Arum Mojokerto totalling 35 staff. Data analysis technique used is a Structural Equation Model of Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS software 1.0. The results showed that job satisfaction has no effect on performance of employees with an average value of 0.193. While job satisfaction against direct influence and OCB there is significant with the average value of 0.620. There is also a direct and significant influence among variables OCB on performance of employees with an average value of 0.710. OCB was able to mediate the influence of job satisfaction on performance of employees.

Paket Lengkap Reaksi Pasar Terhadap Pengumuman Stock Split Tahun 2016


Abstract: This study aims to know if there is market reaction before and after stock split annuncement year of 2016. This market reaction shows in is indicated by whether or not there is difference in gila return, trading volume activity, bid-ask spread, and security return  variability.The types of research that used in this study are event  study. The study used 16 firms as samples, selected by purposive sampling method. This study used 5 days before and 5 days after stock split as the observation period, using normality test (One Sample Kolmogorov Smirnov) and hypothesis test (Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test).
The result shows that there is no difference between gila return at before-after stock split period. There is no difference between trading volume activity at before-after stock split period. There is no difference between bid-ask spread  at before-after stock  split period. There is no difference between security return variability at before-after stock split period. This show that stock split annouchment does not have information content or it has but the market not to reacted to the announcement.

Subaindo Cahaya Polintraco. Employee performance at PT. Subaindo Cahaya Polintraco is influenced by several factors such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The company will look to its success if it gets employee job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through organizational commitment as intervening variable (Case Study of Employee Staff at PT Subaindo Cahaya Polintraco). The object of this research is one of manufacturing companies in Surabaya. The sample of this research is 73 staff of employees in accounting department, marketing, production, and Human Resource Management (HRD). The sample technique used is a saturated sample. Data analysis method in this research is using Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of research on hypothesis testing is that job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance, job satisfaction have positive and significant influence to organizational commitment, organizational commitment have positive and significant impact to employee performance, and organizational commitment can mediate job satisfaction on employee performance positively and significantly. Thus, the research is expected to be a reference for companies in managing Human Resources at PT. Subaindo Cahaya Polintraco Surabaya.

Abstract: PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is a subsidiary of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero). This company belongs to the new company, which was founded three years ago. The company is engaged in the service of the vessel, service items, service of dry bulk, container terminal and services that aim to foster the efficiency of the logistics for the sake of a brilliant future in the domestic and international level. This research aims to know and explain the influence of motivation on performance of employees with organizational commitment as intervening variable on the Gen Y employee at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. This research is a type of causal research that uses a quantitative approach with a population of 131 people and sampling techniques using simple random sampling with a sample of 98 employees Gen Y. Data analysis techniques using the assistance software smartPLS. The results of this research show that a positive and significant effect of motivation on performance of employees. Motivation does not affect the commitment of the organization. Organizational commitment have no effect on performance of employees. Organizational commitment cannot be an intermediate variable to the variables of motivation with the performance of employees.

Abstract: This research aims to investigate the influence of financial literacy toward the performance and sustainability of UMKM in Surabaya. It uses independent and dependent variable for the research. Independent variable is financial literacy which is measured by using financial knowledge with 8 questions. Whereas, dependent variable consist of performance which is measured by 5 questions indicator and the sustainable is measured by using 7 questions. The use sample of this research is 100 respondent of UMKM in Surabaya. Data are collected by using Questionnaire. The technique uses Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of the analysis shows that financial literacy effects the performance and sustainability of UMKM in Surabaya. It means that the higher level of financial literacy, business owners can manage their business performance well and finally the business has long-term sustainability.

Abstract: Firm value is the most important concept in a firm. Firm value can be seen from market value of a firm by overall, because the higher the firm value, the higher the wealth of shareholders. This study has purpose to know the influence of compensation, firm size, firm age, and leverage towards firm value. This study used secondary data that covers 14 companies in agriculture sector that registered in BEI period 2012-2015 by using purposive sampling technique. The result showed that firm age influences firm value. While compensation and firm age do not influence firm value because the higher or lower the compensation given by firm  would not be noticed by potential investors. Leverage variable also does not influence firm value which means that the higher or lower firm’s debt would not be noticed by investors because investors see how firm’s management use their fund effectively and efficiently to achieve added-value for firm value. The implication of this study is for the next researcher to be able to test independent variable that doesn’t influence firm value by using more precise different proxies for every variable to provide the more accurate result. The next test can also use different sample.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Perbandingan Profitabilitas, Struktur Aset, Growth, Non Debt Tax Shield Terhadap Struktur Modal Perusahaan (Studi Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Dalam Main Board Dan Development Board Tahun 2011 – 2015)


Abstract: Indonesian Stock Exchange separate the trade board into main board and development board, aiming so that investor can differ risk factor that occur. The purpose of this study is knowing the influence of profitability, asset structure, growth, NDTS toward capital structure, and the differences all on the main board and development board.  Main board and development board period 2011-2015 is the object of this study. Sample used in this study are 45 companies in each trade board which selected by simple random sampling method. This Study using causal associative approach which use secondary data obtained from the documentation. Multiple regression linear is the analysis method used. The result shows that profitability and asset structure negatively impact on capital structure company’s main board and development board. Growth has no impact to capital structure at main board and development board. NDTS at main board negatively impact to capital structure, while at development board is positively impact to capital structure. Difference test results independent t-test shows no difference between profitability, asset structure, NDTS, and capital structure at main board and development board, While the growth on the main board and development board differences. Different capital structures also show that firm size has no effect on capital structure. Recommendations from this study is company need to consider profitability, asset structure, growth, non-debt tax shield in company’s capital structure. For investor, no need to confuse investing at all trade market, because both of them have the same risk if seen from the company’s debt risk.

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak dari Perceived Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty dengan studi kasus Hotel Kartika Graha Malang. Penelitian ini mengunakan teknik penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Sample yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu konsumen atau tamu yang merupakan rombongan (keluarga, teman ), menginap minimal 1 malam dan juga menginap dalam durasi antara bulan November 2016 - April 2017 sebanyak 100 kuisioner. Penelitian ini memakai teknik analisa SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Penelitian ini menerangkan bahwa semua variabel yaitu besar lengan berkuasa kasatmata dan juga customer satisfaction terbukti menjadi variabel intervening antara perceived service quality dan customer loyalty.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin, return on asset, and earning per share in the performance of companies that merged in Indonesia. The objects used in this study is a company that merged listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012. The sample in this study amounted to 6 companies by using purposive sampling method. This study uses comparative research and data used secondary data. The method of analysis used is paired samples t-test. The results showed that the variable debt to equity ratio and return on asset there are differences in performance of the company before and after the merger while the variable net profit margin, return on equity and earning per share performance of the company there is no difference before and after the merger.

Abstract: This research aim to determine the effect of board size, independent commissioner, audit commite, long term debt equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, dan debt to equity ratio on Company’s Financial Performance of Mining SectorCompany Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2015. The population of this research consisted of 41 companies, the sample consisted of 28 companies that were taken using proposive sampling. This research used multiple linear regression method. The results of this research indicate that partially variables board size, komisaris independen, komite audit, long term debt equity ratio, and debt to equity ratio has no affect on company's financial performance. Variable debt to asset ratio significantly negative affect on company's financial performance.Simultaneously, board size, komisaris independen, komite audit, long term debt equity ratio, debt to asset ratio, dan debt to equity ratio significantly affect on company's financial performance. The main recommendations given thisresearch of the effect of debt asset ratio againts company’s financial performance, if companies use debt to asset ratio for funding external then it will have an effect in the company’s financial performance decline. Investors can use the debt to asset ratio for consideration in investment decision making.

Abstract: Firm value is very important for the company therefore maximizing the firm value is considered more appropriate as the company's goal, because maximizing the firm value is maximizing the current value for future profit that willbe obtained shareholders. The main purposes of this research is to test the influence of managerial ownership, auditcommittee, institutional ownership, Corporate Governace Perception Index (CGPI) and debt policy on firm value.This type of research is a quantitative and conclusive research in the form of causality by using purposive samplingmethod, so that obtained 36 companies that meet the criteria.The object of this research is the company that follow CGPI jadwal period 2010-2015. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), dunia investasi, and SWA magazine. The data analysis technique used multiple linearregression analysis. The results of this study indicate that GCG proxied by managerial ownership and debt policies are proxied by DER negatively affect on firm value, GCG proxied by institutional ownership positively effect, as well the GCG proxied by the audit committee and the CGPI no effect on firm value.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to understand the influence of non performing loan, capital adequacy ratio, loan to deposit ratio, liquid asset to total asset, legal reserve requirement, and gross domestic product on financial performace in bank. In this research, reseacher use roa to measure financial performance. The object of this study were bank persero listed at bank indonesia period 2008-2015. The study uses a quantitative approach, and used are secondary data. The methods of data analysis were multiple regresion models. The result of this study indicated that non performing loan variable has a negative and significant on financial performance. Capital adequacy ratio variable has no influence on financial performance because to the element of prudential bank in diverting funds from the equity placement. Loan to deposit ratio variable has a negative and significant. Liquid asset to total asset variable has no influence on financial performance because the size of the cash that must be owned byn the bank depends on the characteristic of the bank. Legal reserve requirement variable has no influence on financial performance because the minimum legal reserve requirement not get invcome. Gross domestic product on financial variable has no influence on financial performance because it does not affect the demand for bank credit that will have an impact on income.

Abstract: Vehicle Routing Problem merupakan permasalahan yang berafiliasi dengan penentuan rute distribusi optimal dengan melibatkan beberapa hambatan untuk melayani sejumlah distributor sesuai undangan tiap agen. Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem merupakan salah satu variasi Vehicle Routing Poblem dengan hambatan kapasitas kendaraan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini berua pembentukan model Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem pada permasalahan rute distribusi harian Solopos wilayah Kartasura-Klaten dengan algoritma sweep. Algoritma sweep terdiri dari dua tahap, ialah clustering distributor dan pembentukan rute untuk tiap distributor yang telah dicluster dengan metode Nearest Neighbour. Maka didapatkan hasil menurut perhitungan yang dilakukan diperoleh dua rute sesuai dengan cluster yang menempuh waktu total 5 jam 55 menit sesuai dengan kebijakan time windows yang diterapkan harian Solopos.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah leadership style sanggup secara pribadi menghipnotis management control systemUMKM sektor garmen yang ada di Kabupaten Gresik serta apakah variabel teknologi gosip dan organizational culture sanggup memediasi efek leadership style terhadap management control system. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu SEM (Structure Equation Model). Hasil penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa leadership style tidak kuat secara pribadi terhadap managemen control system, namun leadership style sanggup menghipnotis management control system melalui variabel mediasi teknologi gosip dan organizational culture. Teknologi gosip yang dipakai tidak kuat terhadap organizational culture.

Abstract: Penelitian membahas customer perception yang membentuk multiattribute attitude model dalam pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk makanan organik. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden dari masyarakat Kota Surabaya dengan kategori usia remaja selesai (17-25 tahun), remaja muda (26-35 tahun), dan remaja selesai (36-45 tahun). Pengukuran dilakukan dengan memakai metode path analysis dari variabel customer perception dengan dimensi kesehatan (X1), rasa (X2), keseimbangan ekosistem (X3), kualitas produk (X4), harga (X5), dan food safety (X6) sebagai variabel independen; variabel multiattribute attitude model sebagai variabel intervening dengan dimensi kepercayaan pada produk (Y1), kesadaran akan kesehatan dan lingkungan (Y2), dan atribut produk itu sendiri (Y3); sedangkan variabel minat beli sebagai variabel dependen diukur dengan dimensi minat transaksional (Z1), minat rujukan (Z2), minat preferensi (Z3), dan minat eksploratif (Z4). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) customer perception mempunyai efek konkret terhadap multiattribute attitude model; (2) variabel multiattribute attitude model mempunyai efek konkret terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk makanan organik.

For macroeconomic variable useinflation and Gross Domestic Product. To measure bank profitability in this research use Return On Asset. In thisresearch use sample were Non Foreign Exchange National Private Commercials Bank was published financialstatements period 2012-2015. The study uses a quantitative approach, and used are secondary data. The analysistechnic were multiple regresion models. The result of this study indicated that size variable has no influence on bank profitability. Non Performing Loan variable has a negative significant on bank profitability. For Capital Adequacy Ratio has no influence on bank profitability. Loan to Deposit Ratio variable has a negative significant on bankprofitability. Inflation variable has no influence on bank profitability. For Gross Domestic Product variable has a positive significant on bank profitability. The result indicates that Non Foreign Exchange National Private Commercial Bank should pay more attention to the NPL and LDR variable’s, beside from the external side of the bank should also consider the level of GDP. So that bank profitability can increase.

PT Gearindo Prakarsa Surabaya implements a transformational leadership style. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through work discipline. The sample used in the study amounted to 56 employees of PT Gearindo PrakarsaSurabaya. Analytical technique used is Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPLS software.The results of this study indicate that the transformational leadership style has a significant effect on work discipline, transformational leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has significant effect on employee performance, and leadership style significantly influence employee performance through work discipline.

Abstract: A company will always attempt to reach it’s goal by increasing it’s efficiency and effectiveness. One of the ways to achieve the goal is by improving Good Corporate Governance, Intelectual Capital, and Capital Adequacy. This study was conducted with the aim of finding about the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Intelectual Capital,and Capital Adequacy on financial performance of the banking sector proxies by ROA. Corporate Governance measured using Internet Based Corporate Governance (IBCG) rating modified. The data used secondary data were collected from company financial report from IDX and company website. The population consisted of Banking Sector listed on IDX period 2015. The sample consisted of 38 companies selected using purposive sampling. The hypothesis was tested by using multiple linear regression using. The hypothesis testing showed that Good Corporate Governance and Intelectual Capital partially, have an effect on financial performance of the companies. Then, Capital Adequacy showed that haven’t an effect on financial performance of the companies.

Abstract: The main purpose of the company is to maximize the firm value. In maximizing value will lead to agency problems that can reduce the value of the company. To overcome the agency kasus the company can implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG) which is proxied with managerial ownership. With the existence of managerial ownership is expected to improve corporate financial performance and firm value will also increase. This study discusses the value of companies among 14 companies of the consumer goods industry sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011-2015. Statistical analysis used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results show that managerial ownership does not affect the firm value, because the percentage of managerial ownership owned by the company is too small so it can not minimize agency problems. Managerial ownership also has no effecton financial performance, with the percentage of shares owned by the manager is too small so as not to be able to grow the manager's motivation to improve its performance in the company. Financial performance has a positive effect on firm value, and financial performance does not serve as intervening variable due to too small managerial ownership that does not affect the improvement of financial performance which will increase the firm value. It is expected that this research can make the motivation to improve the company's financial performance which will be used by investor for consideration in decision making when investing.

Abstract: The purpose of the study to analyze the effect of bid-ask spread, market value, and variance return on holding period of stock mining sector listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2011-2015. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique and according to the criterias can obtain 10 companies. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the study simultaneously all independent variables affect the stock holding period. The study partially indicates that bid-ask spread and market value affect significantly to stock holding period. While variance return didn’t affect the stock holding period. The effect of bid-ask spread can be caused investors prefer stock of giving bigger benefits that is reflected from spread and many investors didn’t like the presence of risk. The effect of market value can be caused by investors perseption of stock price risk and investor aimed to speculate only. Variance return did’nt affect on stock holding period can because the value of variance samples used is too low and didn’t vary (homogeneous) caused the low stock price fluctuation during the study period and the investors want profit from the devidend only.

Abstract: Maximizing firm value is essential for a company because it means increasing the wealth of shareholders as well. This study aims to determine influence of financial performance, capital structure, and firm SIZE on firm valueGCG and CSR as a moderating variable. The research population used was the first winner of ARA, ISRA andPROPER listing in IDX on 2011­2015 of 65 observations using quantitative approach and secondary data withpurposive sampling technique. Data analysis method used is classical assumption test and Moderated RegressionAnalysis. Based on the results of research analysis shows that ROA affects the value of the company because theprofit is desirable by investors, DER affects the value of the company because as the composition of financing the company's investment with the use of debt, so it takes balance between risk and return that will be borne by the shareholders, and Firm SIZE does not affect the value of the company because investors are more looking at the company's performance compared to the total assets owned by the company. While GCG is not able to moderate because the percentage of managerial ownership in a company is still low even there are companies that do not have managerial ownership and CSR is not able to moderate because of the provisions that explain the company's obligations in conducting business carry out social and environmental responsibilities.

Abstract: In past few years in Indonesia has grown sharia investment. Sharia-based instrument is an alternative that can be used by society to invest, especially the Moslem community of Indonesia which is a major community. Significant developments that occurred in sharia investment products, especially in the capital market. The purpose of this research is to find out comparison of Indonesia Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) with Jakarta Composite Index (JCI) in period 2011 to 2015 using Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen method. The type of this research is descriptive research using quantitative data.Sample determination using saturated sample method.The data in this research is secondary data in the form of ISSI stock price index and JCI stock price index every month in period 2011 until 2015.The results based on the Sharpe method calculation shows that the ISSI index has better performance than the JCI index.The performance of ISSI index is supported by the sharia capital market regulation as stipulated in Fatwa No.40/DSN-MUI/X/2003.While based on Treynor method, ISSI index also has better performance if it compared to JCI index. The performance of the ISSI index is supported by the performance of the JII index (constituent of ISSI index) which experienced an increase in stock prices and net income from company that are listed.And based on the Jensen method, the ISSI index and JCI index did not show any advantage because the effect of market conditions in 2011-2016.

Abstract: Before the company goes bankrupt or liquidated the company will first experience the condition of financial distress. This study aims to determine the faktors that affect the financial distress companies in the Indonesian mining sector. This study uses corporate governance (IBCG rating modified), financial performance (debt ratio, current ratio, inventory turnover and net profit margin) and firm size (Ln total asets) to predict the company's financial distresscondition.The sample of this research is 33 Indonesian mining sector companies selected using purposive sampling. This study uses data in the period 2015. Data analysis technique used is logistic regression. The results show that all independent variables have no effect on financial distress. This shows that any increase or decrease in the value of independent variables will not affect to the financial distress company.

Employee are an important resources foran agenc, because it has the talent, energy and creativity that is needed by agencies to achieve its goals. This studyaims to analyze the difference of nurse's performance on work shift at Usada Hospital Wage Sidoarjo. The research use quantitative research method. The sampling technique of this research using non probability sampling with the number of samples as many as 14 respondents. Statistical analysis method used is One Way Anova by using software SPSS version 16. The results explain that there is a difference in nurse's performance on work shifts atUsada hospital, so H0 was rejected. It is known after going through research f test where the performance variablehas a significant level below 5% is 0.045. The results in this study indicate that there is a difference in nurseperformance in terms of work shift at Usada Hospital Wage Sidoarjo

Abstract: The main purposes of this research is to test the influence of ROA,ROE,DER,DPR,and LDR on stock price that classified by small and big capitalization. This type of research is a quantitative and conclusive research in the form of causality by using purposive sampling method, so that obtained 30 companies that meet the criteria. The object of this research is the banking listed companies at Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. The data used are secondary data obtained from the official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and dunia investasi. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis and using IBM SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that in small capitalization, ROA and ROE, positively affect on stock price,while DER,DPR, and LDR negatively affect on stock price. Then in big capitalization, dewan perwakilan rakyat positively affect on stock price, while ROA,ROE,DER,and LDR negatively affect on stock price. The difference in the influence of ROA and ROE is due to the higher risk level of the stock from the Small Cap. The equation resulting from the influence of DER is due to the characteristics of the banking company is to have a high debt value. The difference in the influence on dewan perwakilan rakyat is due to the number of Big Cap companies that distribute dividends for 6 consecutive years (2011-2016) more than Small Cap. The result of the LDR influence is due to this research, the LDR value is in the normal range (80% - 120%), so that investors still trust the company in managing their funds.
