Paket Lengkap A Qualitative Study Of Trust And Perceived Risk Of Online Shopping In Manado


Abstact: Internet growth has a positive impact for business world. With the increase of online retailers on internet world, online shopping becomes popular. The purpose of this research is to analyze the trust issues and perceived risk of online shopping in Manado. This research used a descriptive study method was conducted qualitatively through in-depth interview with 10 respondent’s online shoppers in Manado. All the data and information gathered was analyzed using tri-angulations which data were gathered from the interview with difference informants, different place of observation, and review from several literatures of various researchers. The result of this research is trust and perceived risk affect online shopping, the higher consumer confidence against an existing site online will make them will often do online shopping, the smaller the risk though by consumers then the greater their decision to make a purchase online. So the online store must provide good service so that consumers continue to believe and will not feel aggrieved when shopping online.

Abstract: This research is motivated by motorcycle sales, which more and more, that there is in the city of Semarang with many popping latest motorcycle that declined in 2015. Suzuki Motorcycle Sales decreased in 2015. In addition Motorcycles Suzuki has competitors like merk Yamaha, Honda, and Kawasaki. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price perception, Quality Products and Quality Service to Purchase Decision Suzuki Motorcycles in Semarang City.In this study were collected through a questionnaire distributed in the city of Semarang obtained by the method of non-probability samples and purposive sampling. Analysis of data obtained both qualitatively and quantitatively. Mechanical test data used in this study include testing instrument (Validity, reliability test, test heterokedastisitas), regression analysis, Test Goodness of fit, coefficient of determination (R2), Feasibility Model (Test F), Test of Effect Causality (t test). Data - data that has met the validity, reliability, and classical assumption processed with SPSS for Windows 20, resulting in a regression equation as follows:
Y = 0.240 X1 + 0.589 X2 + 0.376 X3
Where hypothesis testing using t test shows that the third independent variable is the price (X1), product quality (X2), and quality of service (X3) significant positive effect on the purchase decision (Y).

Abstract: This  research  is  based  upon  the  appearance  of  competition  between  creative industry companies to win the market through accentuating quality that is given by every company within. The purpose of this research is to figure out the influence of product’s quality, quality of service, and company performance against customer satisfaction ( Abankirenk Semarang ).
The result of research variable regarding product’s quality, quality of service, company performance against customer satisfaction (Y). The value of adjusted R square is 0,559. So that it can be concluded that the ability of all independent variables to explain the variation on dependant variable is 55,9% influential to Y variable. While the rest of 44,1% influential on other factor that is not explained in the regression model that is obtained.

Abstract:The aim of this study is to analyse the effects of the product quality, the service quality, and the merk image towards consumers’ repurchase intention of Nike running shoes by using customer’s satisfaction as this study’s perantara variable (intervening) of Nike running consumers in Semarang. The quality of Nike running shoes is what attracts the consumers to repurchase another Nike shoes as well as what satisfies them. The strategy used by Nike to maintain its merk image is to do innovations by developing design and material to create an excellent running shoes product. A company which is able to maintain its service quality is of course able to maintain its consumers by constantly making them satisfied by its products. The sample of this study is taken using non probability sampling, which are the people who have previously bought Nike running shoes in Semarang. Data are collected of 150 Nike running shoes consumers with questionnaire technique. This study uses maximum likelihood as an analysis method by using Amos kegiatan version 22.0. The analysis results show that the product quality, the service quality, and the merk image have positive and significant impacts on consumers’ satisfaction. The product quality and the service quality have negative and insignificant impacts on consumers’ repurchase intention. The merk image has positive and significant impacts on consumers’ repurchase intention. While the merk image has negative and insignificant impacts on consumers’ repurchase intention.

Abstract: This study examines the effect of Service Quality and Store Atmosphere on customer Interest in Referencing, with customer Satisfaction as an intervening variable. Respondents are 120 customers who had visited and purchased products at Syndicate Stove Coffe & Waffle Semarang, at least three times. This study develops a theoretical model by proposing five hypotheses to be tested using a multiple regression analysis technique.
The result shows that both of independent variables, Service Quality and Store Atmosphere, have a direct effect on customer Interest in Referencing as dependent variable. Service Quality and Store Atmosphere also have a significant positive effect on customer Satisfaction. Therefore, it can be suggested for Syndicate Stove Coffe and Waffle Semarang management to improve their service quality and store atmosphere that influence their customers’ satisfaction in order to create the interest in referencing.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on profession commitment as auditor with collectivism as moderation variable. This study was conducted at BPK RI Central Java Representation as an institution that applied mutation system. To determine samples, this study used purposive sampling and selected 50 auditors as respondents. Analysis method which used in this study are reliability test, validity test, classical assumptions test, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA), coefficient determination test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has possitive significant effect to profession commitment, but collectivism can’t moderate job satisfaction to profession commitment. The result of coefficient determination indicate that independent and moderation variables can contribute 49,4% of profession commitment. The remaining 50,6% is influenced by another variables outside this study.

Abstract: Employees are the human resources that are needed in achieving companies goals. Therefore, companies need to pay attention to the good performance of employees. Problems that occur in this study is the declining performance of employees at PT. Bina Busana Internusa Semarang. This study aims to investigate the influence of education and training, career development and job satisfaction on employees performance at PT. Bina Busana Internusa Semarang.
This study uses data collection using a questionnaire with random sampling method. The sample used in this study were permanent employees of PT. Bina Busana Internusa Semarang with the number of respondents was 83. This study uses data analysis methods include reliability test, validity test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test and also the coefficient of determination test.
The results showed that the variables of education and training, career development and job satisfaction have a positive influence on employee performance. The independent variables impact of 75% on the performance of employees at PT. Bina Busana Internusa Semarang.

Starting from declining issues from adidas which created a research question: “How does instagram sponsors feature shaped merk awareness of Adidas?”. This study uses four variables: social media marketing perception, viral marketing campaign, and dinamics of virtual merk community to affected merk awareness. This research hypothesis testing using the data of 130 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is to use a software jadwal Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The result of this study indicate social media marketing perception, viral marketing campaign, and dinamics of virtual merk community are positively affect to merk awareness.

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effects arising from the service quality and tourist experience on satisfaction and its influence on revisit intention and recommend intention from Umbul Sidomukti. The variables used in this study is service quality and tourist experience as an independent variable, then the satisfaction as an intervening variable lastly, the revisit intention  and recommend intention as the dependent variable. The sample in this study were 186 respondents that came from the tourist of Umbul Sidomukti Semarang.
The method used is purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to the respondents (tourist). In this study developed a theoretical model to propose eight hypotheses to be tested using analysis tools Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is operated through a aktivitas AMOS 22.0. Based on the research of data processing SEM for full model has met the criteria of goodness of fit as follows, the value of chi-square = 204,469; probability = 0,012; RMSEA = 0,038; CMIN/DF = 1,270; GFI = 0,903; TLI = 0,985; CFI = 0,988; NFI = 0,945, and a marginal criteria which is AGFI = 0,873. With the result, it can be said that this model is feasible to be used. The results showed that the revisit intention and recommend intention can be improved by increasing service quality that affect the satisfaction  as a determinant of success to increase revisit intention and also recommend intention.

Abstract: Momentum and disposition effect in modern stock markets are distractions against the Efficient Market Hypothesis. The effect might be elaborated by disposition effect model in which momentum is explored through behavioral bias. The aim of this research was to analyze the propensity of previously winning-stock to perform better than losing-stock as a strategy of momentum attributable to disposition effect. The study case incorporated Stock Index of Kompas 100 in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2012–2015 by employing cross sectional regression.
Weekly stock data from 79 companies were taken as sample--comprising of volume and outstanding share. The variables consist of momentum in the sort-term, medium-term, and long term; consecutively taken from past-return week-1, past-return week 5 to 52, past return week 52 to 156. Additionally, to examine the size, trading volume variables were used consisting of average trading volume in the sort-term, medium-term, and long term; consecutively taken from week 1 to 4, 5 to 52, and 53 to 156.
Capital gains overhang were used as a proxy of disposition effect. The results revealed that momentum exists on Indonesia Stock Exchange; furthermore, capital gains overhang is sufficient to be a proxy of disposition effect. In other words, disposition effect is driven by momentum. Up to the point od this study, Indeks Stock Kompas 100 has experienced a capital losses; implicating an inclination to remain perform satisfactorily ahead.

Abstract: The  problems  that  occur  are  a  decrease  in  the  number  of  users  of  Mozilla  Firefox.  It  is characterized by the number of users of other web browsers are increased each month followed by a decline in the number of users of Mozilla Firefox, this indicates that there is a decrease in the user's decision to use back Mozilla Firefox. This study aimed to analyze the influence of merk image and perceived usefulness to the merk attitude and repurchase the decision Mozilla Firefox. The population used in this study are all users of Mozilla Firefox browser in Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken is the Mozilla Firefox browser in Semarang who have used more than one month as many as 385 users Mozilla Firefox browser in Semarang. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using path analysis. Based on this research, merk image and perceived usefulness has a positive influence on merk attitude, merk image and merk attitude has a positive effect on repurchase decision, while perceived usefulness repurchase does not affect the decision. Based on the results Sobel Test note that mediates the effect of merk attitude and merk image perceived usefulness of the repurchase decision.

The techniques of data analysis in this research includes the test of validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple regression, and sobel test to examine the mediation effect. Abstract: This study aimed to describe the influences of promotion, salesmanship, product knowledge, and word of mouth to the decision making on taking expenditure in BMT Al Halim Temanggung. Promotion, salesmanship, product knowledge, and word of mouth are used as independent variable and financing decision making as dependent variable.
The sample of this research is customer of BMT Al Halim Temanggung by using technique purposive sampling. The data are collected from 86 costumers of BMT Al Halim Temanggung by using closed questions questionnaire. Then the data are analyzed by multiple linear regression on SPSS software.
The regression result shows that the value of promotion is -0,043. It means that it has negative and not -significant effect. Salesmanship has a negative and significant effect with value of regression is -0,301. Product knowledge has a positive and not significant effect with the value of regression is 0,153, and the word of mouth has a negative and significant effect with value of regression -0,215 toward financing decision making. According to this research, the financing decision making can be 9,3% explained by promotion, salesmanship, product knowledge, and word of mouth and the rest can be explained by other variables outside this research.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Current Ratio (Cr), Debt To Equity Ratio (Der), Return On Assets (Roa) Terhadap Price To Book Value (Pbv), Dengan Dividend Payout Ratio Sebagai Variabel Intervening


Abstract: Price to book value is one of the variables used by investors to make investment decisions. Judging from the information value of book value per year and also the ratio of the previous year in the independent variable so that investors can determine the pace of further investment. This study aimed to analyze the influence of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets to Price to Book Value by using the Dividend Payout Ratio as an intervening variable in the manufacturing industry sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. This study uses 24 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2011-2014 as the sample. Determination of the samples was done by purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is regression analysis and path analysis. Furthermore, Sobel test is used to test the strength in the interest of the indirect effect of independent variables on the dependent variable by an intervening variable. The results showed that CR has negative effect and not significant on PBV, while DER has significant positive effect on PBV. ROA has significant positive  effect on PBV and dewan perwakilan rakyat has significant positive effect on the DER. Furthermore, Sobel test results show that dewan perwakilan rakyat cannot mediate the effect of CR on PBV and also dewan perwakilan rakyat cannot mediate the effect of DER on PBV while dewan perwakilan rakyat can mediate the effect of ROA on PBV.

Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify and analyze the determinant of Price to Book Value  (PBV)  in  Property  and  Real  Estate  Firm  which is  listed  on  Indonesia  Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2011-2014. Price to Book Value (PBV) is dependent variabel in this research. There are three independent variables that used, which are Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, and an intervening variabel which is Return on Asset.
The population used in the study is all companies engaged in Property and Real Estate Firm which is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period of 2011-2014. Therefore  total  population  obtained  is  35  companies.  Sampling  in  this  study  using purposive sampling which resulted in a sample into 26 companies of Property and Real Estate sectors. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis and using classical assumption test with path analysis using SPSS program.
The result of this research show that Current Ratio (CR) has negative influance not significant  to  Price  to  Book  Value  (PBV),  Debt  to  Equity  Ratio  (DER),  Total  Asset Turnover (TATO), and Return on Asset (ROA) have positive influance significant to Price to Book Value (PBV). Return on Asset (ROA) can mediate influance beetwen variable independent Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) andTotal Asset Turnover (TATO) to Price to Book Value (PBV). But Return on Asset (ROA) can not mediate influance beetwen Current Ratio (CR) to Price to Book Value (PBV).

Abstract: In mid 2015 the waste management in Magelang is already included in the emergency garbage so it is recommended to reduce the use of plastics by using a container that is not directly in the exhaust. However, Tupperware experiencing fluctuating sales results and a decline in sales in a row in 2014 and 2015. The decline in sales can occur because of a lack of customer interest to repurchase the Tupperware merk products. This research aims to find the effect of merk image, customer perceived value and customer satisfaction to the repurchase intentions. It is also to find the effect of customer satisfaction in mediating the repurchase intentions. The research was conducted on consumers who have made purchases of Tupperware products at least twice in the last three months in the territory of Magelang. The model was tested based on the questionnaire data on 100 respondents were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The results showed that both independent variables (brand image and customer perceived value) positive effect on the variable's customers satisfaction and also on variable repurchase intentions. Similarly, the variable customer satisfaction as an intervening variable also has a positive effect on the variable repurchase intentions. Customer Perceived value is the variable that has the most influence on the repurchase intentions.

Abstract: This research is aim to analyze the influence of service quality and perceived usefulness against purchase decision through consumer trust in Go-Ride services especially in Bandung. Service quality and perceived usefulness become distinctive reason for consumer in using Go-Ride as an effective means of transportation. The population used in this research is Go-Ride service user in Bandung. This research method is using a non-probability sampling technique by purposive sampling method which the samples used were 151 respondents. Data obtained from the questionnaire which are processed and analyzed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) through AMOS program. The results showed that Service Quality and Perceived Usefulness have positive and significant impact on Consumer Trust. Subsequently the Consumer Trust has positive and significant impact on the Purchase Decision. In addition, both of independent variables also have a positive and significant impact on the Purchase Decision Go-Ride services in Bandung.

The population of this research is the Consumer Goods sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2012-2015. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and acquired 34 companies in the sample. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and using classical assumption test.
Based on the results of research conducted, simultaneous number of days cash turnover, number of days accounts receivable, number of days inventory, number of days accounts payable, size firm, and DER effect on profitability (ROA). Then partially, number of days cash turnover, number of days accounts payable, and size firm have positive significant effect on ROA. While the number of days accounts receivable and DER have significant negative effect on ROA. number of days inventory have not significant positive influence on ROA.

Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang where production achievement never reached the sasaran set by the company. Decrease in employee's productivity is thought to be caused due to several factors namely direct compensation, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health. This study aimed to analyze the influence of direct compensation, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health on employee productivity PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang.
The population used in this study employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken is the production employees of PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang who have worked at least three years amounted to 118 employees. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis.
Based on this research, direct compensation, indirect compensation, occupational safety and health a positive effect on employee productivity PT. Pupuk Sriwijaya Palembang. Productivity of labor was explained by direct compensation, indirect compensation, and occupational health and safety amounted to 74.4%.

Abstract: The background of the research is the increasing number of matic motorcycle in Indonesia with the own unique features and characteristic. This phenomeon is related to incresing  demand  of  practical  vehicle  that  can  cater’s  needs  of  high  mobility.  This research aims to analyze price perception (X1), promotion (X2), product design (X3), and product qualit (X4) upon purchasing decision (Y) of matic motorcycle in Yamaha Mataram Sakti Semarang.
Population used in this research is consumer bought used mtorcycle in Yamaha Mataram  Sakti  Motor  Semarang.  Total  sample  used  is 100  respondents.  Sampling tehcnique used on this research is purposive sampling. Data used is gathered questionaire, analysis used in this research is multiple regression.
The result is, Y = 0,202X1  + 0,212X2  + 0,245X3 + 0,368X4. Independent variable which  is  very  influential  concerning  to dependent  variable is  quality  product  (0,368) followed by product design variable (0,245), promotion (0,212),   and the last is price perception   variable (0,202). The result prove that all of independent variables (price perception, promotion, product design, product quality) have positive influence toward dependent variables that is purchasing decision.

Abstrak: Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi menjadi impian para pemilik perusahaan, lantaran dengan nilai yang tinggi menandakan kemakmuran pemegang saham maupun pemilik juga tinggi. Tinggi rendahnya nilai perusahaan ini tentu tidak terlepas banyak sekali faktor yang mempengaruhinya ialah fungsi keuangan menyerupai profitabilitas (Return On Equity), kebijakan hutang (Debt To Equity Ratio) dan ditambahkan pula dengan ukuran perusahaan. Penelitian ini memakai 12 sampel perusahaan dan diperoleh melalui purposive sampling. Dengan memakai teknik analisis regresi berganda yang sebelumnya telah diuji dengan memakai uji perkiraan klasik. Dengan hasil penelitian yang menawarkan secara parsial Return On Equity (ROE) besar lengan berkuasa faktual signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) besar lengan berkuasa faktual tidal signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan yang besar lengan berkuasa negative tidak signifikan terhadpa nilai perusahaan. Namun ROE, DER, dan Ukuran Perusahaan secara simultan besar lengan berkuasa terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perusahaan sebaiknya lebih memperhatikan pendapatan yang perlu dimaksimalkan biar bisa menaikkan nilai perusahaan.

Paket Lengkap Memperkuat Keputusan Pembelian Jasa Urbancut Barbershop Melalui Mediasi Gambaran Toko


Abstract: This study aims to strengthen purchase decision Urbancut barbershop services. Starting from sales decline duduk kasus of Urbancut services and created a research question: "How to strengthen the purchasing decisions Urbancut services?". Literature review conducted produce a research model to strengthen the purchase decision through the mediation of store image with independent variable social media marketing and haircut quality.
This research using purposive sampling method with sample of 75 respondents which are customers and followers of Urbancut social media accounts. Using SPSS 23 analyzes performed included: validity and reliability, the classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F test, as well as the coefficient of determination (R2).
The results showed 63% purchase decision variable is explained by the store image as the mediation of social media marketing and haircut quality affects 44.6%. As well as the direct influence haircut quality of 38%. Overall variables used in this research have positive impacts to strengthen Urbancut services purchasing decisions.

Abstract: Workplace bullying is every negative behaviour/practice that is done intentionally or accidentally towards an individual or more in the working environment. This particular phenomenon poses as a major human resource dilema that has great impact towards the employees. Receiving constant negative behaviours cannot be good for a person as it has the potential to harm their physical safety and mental well-being. This research uses the qualitative method in order to explore the workplace bullying by discovering the motives behind it. Furthermore, this research will help the readers to understand the consequences of workplace bullying toward the employees and the organisation itself. This research found that bullying does happen in the organisation, however Perceived Organisational Support (POS) plays a crucial part in retaining the employees. The research highlights the employees’ lack of awareness about workplace bullying and how disadvantageous it is because they might have been the victim without knowing it. The organisation must consider establishing a pembinaan agenda about bullying practices in the workplace in order to introduce the concept and increase employees’ awareness of it. Furthermore, creating a policy to ensure its legality might be the best precaution method against it.

Abstract: Good performance of employee in organization is important thing in running an organization. The better performance of employee could make a greater opportunity to achieve organization goal. To improve the performance of employee, organization should arrange some strategies which is effective and efficient in order to achieve the better result.
This study aims to analyze the effect of salary, allowance, and job promotion to employee performance in Badan Kepegawaian Daerah, Center of Java Province, this study involve 103 respondents as the sample.  The selection of sample was conducted through sensus method. The variable used in this study were salary, allowance, job promotion, and employee performance. Statistic analysis method was conducted by multiple regresive linear technique with SPSS version 23.
The result of this study shows that there is signficant effect of salary, allowance, and job promotion to employee performance simultaneously. Whereas partially salary, allowance, and job promotion have positive and significant effectt to employee performance. Employee performance is affected 42.6% by those three variables.

Abstract: Human need to consume food to get energy in their daily activities. The development of franchise fast food restaurant is now growing rapidly and become very interesting phenomena in the Manado market. One of the fast-food restaurants are growing in Manado is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). The purpose of this research is to analyze the differences between male and female customers of KFC in Manado determined from factors such as Perceived Price, Perceived Quality and Perceived Value. This research conducted by a quantitative method and the sample of this research is 100 respondents of KFC in Manado divided by 50 males and 50 females. By using an Independent Sample t-test, the result shows that there is significant difference between male and female customers in Perceived Price meanwhile there is no significant difference between male and female customers in Perceived Quality and Perceived Value. Based on the results, The Company should be more critical and more pay attention in order to re-structure their pricing strategy to compete with other fast food restaurants and just has to keep maintaining and improving the quality and value of the product/service to attract more new customers and to keep the loyal customers.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress, and non physical work environment to organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as intervening variable. The strict competition between companies nowadays evokes some effects to the employees, one of them is job stress. High job stress level can decrease their organizational commitment that leads to the declining of organizational citizenship behavior which affected directly by organizational commitment.
This study was done on spinning department at PT. Daya Manunggal in Salatiga. The sample used 100 respondents using simple random sampling method. Likert scale is used to measure the questionnaire. The data analysed using SPSS ver. 20. Sobel test used to test the mediation effect.
The results from the analysis show that job stress affects significantly negative to organizational citizenship behavior, and non-physical work environment affects significantly positive to organizational citizenship behavior. Another result of this study also shows that organizational commitment is a strong antecedent towards organizational citizenship behavior and is an excellent between job stress and non-physical work environment towards organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract: Restaurant business is growing in line with the customer’s needs, wants and demands. The restaurant business has become a business that have concept of   ambience, selling, sajian and packaging, and also service. This research aims to analyze the restaurant attributes of K8 Coffee House and Resto Manado. Restaurant Attributes has four indicators namely ambience, menu, food quality and service quality. This is a quantitative descriptive research and used IPA as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who already visited the K8 Coffee House and Resto. Convenience sampling was used by collecting data through online questionnaire. The result revealed that food quality is located in Quadrant II that indicated a high level of importance and good performance. In Quadrant I, there is ambience which have high importance but the level of performance is lower. Meanwhile, service quality is located in Quadrant III which means this attribute is not too important to the customers and the company deliver low performance. And the last is Menu that located in Quadrant IV. This attribute has low importance to the customers but high performance which means this attribute could be the strength of K8 Coffee House and Resto Manado.

Abstract: The development of communication technology, especially mobile phones makes the competition of cellular service providers (mobile operators) becomes increasingly competitive. This condition makes the service users have many options and sometimes they decide to switch their merk to the other operators because of some reasons. XL Axiata, is one of the most popular cellular operators in Indonesia that had experienced the impact of merk switching. XL Axiata lost the number of its users from 59.6 million users in 2014 to 42.1 million users in 2015. The phenomenon of merk switching then shifts XL Axiata’s position to the fourth place. This achievement is worse than the previous one when they reached to the second position and become one of the most dominant market controls.
This study uses four variables; quality of service, price, satisfaction, and merk switching. Testing the hypothesis in this study is supported by the data in which there were 107 respondents using analytical techniques Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS 22.
This study produces 5 processes to reduce merk switching performed by XL Axiata users. However, the most influential process to the reduce merk switching is to improve the quality of service in order to increase the satisfaction of the customers. Increasing satisfaction will further reduce the phenomenon of merk switching by XL Axiata users.

Abstract: Function of a company not only to increase profit but also responsible to the environment and society where the company located. This activity called Corporate Social Responsibility. CSR means that a corporation should act in a way that enhances society and be held accountable for any actions that affect people, their communities, and their environment. The objectives of this research is to evaluate importance and performance of the implementation of CSR agenda based on people and planet agenda at PT. Tirta Investama. method of the research is using importance performance analysis. The population observed all people who lives in Airmadidi Bawah, with sample size as many as 100 respondents and sampled using purposive sampling. The result showed that waste management, water access, education and health facilities, environmental conservation, and communication are attributes that very important and also the performance of the company is high, while the other attribute there is a very important but low performance, then not important but performance is high, and last there is attribute located in unimportant and low performance. From the results of this research, the researchers suggest PT Tirta Investama to pay attention and improve the attributes that have low performance and maintain programs that has high performance to get better.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Value Stock Dan Growth Stock Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Sesudah Krisis Global 2008 Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Kurun 2002-2015


Abstract: This study was conducted to determine whether there are differences between the stock return of value stocks and growth stock in Indonesia before and after the world financial crisis that occurred in 2008. To investigate the difference, the stocks formed into a portfolio that is based on the 2002 calculated in 2002 and 2009 when the world financial crisis has ended.
The formation of the portfolio based on stocks that have gone public before 2000 and have the complete data during the study period. For the determination of the categories of stocks used Price-to-Earnings ratio, price-to-book ratio and price-to-cash flow ratio. Shares of stock that has a very high ratio will be eliminate to avoid bias that may occur if the stocks are still included. Similarly, the stocks of which are negative because they do not meet the criteria as a value stock. Then ANOVA test conducted to determine differences in returns and Sharpe ratio on the portfolio which was formed in 2002 and in 2009.
Results from this studies are not found differences in returns and Sharpe ratio on both the portfolio. This indicates that the formation of the portfolio by value stocks and growth stock can not be used as a guide to get a high return.

Abstract: Internet is experiencing explosive growth over these past few year and become a fast-growing business that resulted in online shopping trend. Tokopedia as one of the popular e-commerce in Indonesia provides online selling experience to the sellers and their customer. This research aims to analyze the Virtual Atmospheric of Tokopedia. The type of this research is descriptive with quantitative approach and IPA used as the measurement tool. The sample size of this research is 100 respondents who are the customer of Tokopedia. The sampling method used in this research is purposive sampling by distributing online questionnaire to the customer. The result of the Virtual Atmospheric shows that Percentage of White Space and Font attributes are important to the customers and the company delivered a good performance to the customers, these attributes are located in Quadrant II. Meanwhile, Background Color and Color Scheme attributes are located in Quadrant III with low importance and low performance level. Based on the result of this study, it is wise for web store owner, in this case Tokopedia, to pay more attention for its virtual atmospheric aspect as it has an influence on customer behavior. A better virtual atmospheric performance could lead to customer attraction and increasing sales.

Abstract: The dilema that occurs is a decrease in the number of subscribers of the XL mobile telecommunication prepaid service. It is characterized by the number of subscribers of XL prepaid service are decrese from 60.172 to 42.100 in two years. And it also caracterized by the number of the other prepaid service providers are increased each year. This study is aimed to analyze the influence of merk awareness, price, and promotions to the customer buying decision in Diponegoro University Students. The population used in this study are all the students in Diponegoro University who has an experience with the XL prepaid service product with minimum six months use. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The samples that taken for this  study  is  125  respondents.  The  methods  of  data  collection  in  this  study  is  by  using questionnaires that the author gave directly to the respondents. Based on this research, merk awareness, price, and promotion has a positive influence to costumer buying decision for the XL prepaid telecommunication service in the students of Diponegoro University. The variable   that used in this research that has biggest influence to the XL postpaid product buying decision is promotion  and the  variable  that  has smallest  influence  to  the  XL postpaid product  is  brand awareness.
