Paket Lengkap Imbas Csr Internal Dan Csr Eksternal Terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan (Studi Pada Pt. Phapros, Tbk)


Abstract: The application of CSR becomes something that should be done for the company because it has been regulated in the law. The company undertakes various strategies among them to implement CSR aimed at increasing job satisfaction. CSR has three aspects: social, economic, and environmental aspects. This research is motivated by the research gap from previous studies, and it is known that there is a decline in the employee job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the influence of internal CSR and external CSR on job satisfaction.
Data collected from population amounted to 92 employees with sampling using total sampling amounted to 92 respondents who work as employee at PT. Phapros, Tbk in section of accounting, finance, CSR, HRD and general, and risk management. Analysis of the data in this study using multiple linear regression techniques, and sobel test, to test the mediating effect, using SPSS program.
The results showed, Internal CSR variabel positively affect on  employee job satisfaction. Eksternal CSR has no effect on  employee job satisfaction.

Abstract: The emergence of non-medical employees performance indication that has not been optimal and the presence of complaints of visitors to the dissatisfaction of services provided employees RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro be the background of this research. This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership style, work motivation and employee engagement on the performance of non medical employees from the background of the phenomenon that occurs in the performance of non medical employees in hospitals K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang City.
The population of this research is all non medical employees RSUD K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro as many as 282 employees. Technique of sampling using technique proportional sampling and insidental sampling, with amount of sample counted 75 non-medical employees. The method of data analysis used is multiple regression with the help of SPSS kegiatan version 23.
Based on multiple linear regression test, the result showed that transformational leadership, work motivation, and employee engagement have positive relation and significant influence to employee performance.

Abstract: The modernization of the lifestyle of a practical and fast-paced society, tissue is now a must-have or carry when traveling. The high competition of tissue production does not make PT Graha Kerindo Utama as Tessa producer afraid to produce environmentally friendly tissue. Although retail stores are now rampant circulating in Indonesia can be a threat and challenge because they are able to produce tissues with a cheaper price. This allows Tessa's tissue is no longer a top priority in consumer purchases.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of lifestyle, product quality, promotion to purchasing decisions through merk image. This study uses five variables those are lifestyle, product quality, promotion, merk image, and purchase decision.
The study testing the hypothesis using the data as much as 102 respondents. Analytical techniques used in this study using software kegiatan SmartPLS version 2.0. This study was conducted to consumers who have used Tessa tissue, where the respondents are university student of bachelor Faculty of Economics and Business. The number of samples in this study were 102 respondents. Data collection method is done through questionnaire. sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. This research uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis technique, which is estimated using SmartPLS 2.0 program.
The results of this studied indicate that lifestyle have positive and significant effect on merk image, product quality have positive and significant effect to merk image, attractiveness of promotion have positive and significant effect to merk image, merk image have positive and significant influence on purchasing decision, and significant to the purchase decision. While the attractiveness of promotion has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract: Strada coffee has decreased sales in 2016-2017. one of the factors influencing the decrease of sales is the competition of coffee shop in Semarang which is very tight so as to make the level of customer decrease and cause the sales decrease.
This research is used to analyze the effect of product quality, product variation, price appropriateness, merk image and merk awareness in an effort to improve purchasing decision of Strada Coffee Semarang. Strada Coffee is a coffee shop that provides  a  variety of  coffee products  such as  beverages  and  coffee beans  have been established since 2012 by Evani Jesslyn. The development of the business world in Indonesia increasingly rapidly and cause a more intense competition especially in the coffee shop business. This is seen in 2017 and Strada Coffee sales decreased.
Sampling  technique  used  in  this  research  is  convenience  sampling  that  is sampling based on convenience. The researcher has no other considerations except based on convenience. Respondents in this study are Strada Coffee consumers who have visited the coffee shop at least 2 times, with the number of respondents 100 people.
The results of research show that from the five independent variables in this study have a positive influence on the dependent variable that is the purchase decision. The coefficient of determination test results stated that the five independent variables have an effect of 86.1% of the Purchase decision. Strada Coffee as a coffee shop is recommended to build a good merk image by providing quality products and product variations so that consumers will be aware of the brand, it can improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the factors that effects firm’s value with profitability as the intervening variable on Go Public commercial bank listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2012-2016 period. Price Book Value (PBV) is the dependent variable in this study. There are four independent variables used, they are Based Lending Rate (BLR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operational Expense to Operational Income (BOPO), and Return on Asset (ROA) as the intervening variable.
The population used in this study consisted of go public commercial banks listed on IDX in the 2012-2016 period, bringing the total population is consist of 31 companies. The total samples are 19 companies. The data analysis methods which are used is path analysis which are the development of linear regression analysis and used the Sobel Test to analyze the mediation effect of the intervening variable.
The result of this study shows that BLR, NPL, LDR has insignificant effect to ROA, BOPO has significant negative effect to ROA. BLR, LDR, ROA has significant effect to PBV. NPL and BOPO has insignificant effect to PBV. ROA can’t mediate the effect of BLR, NPL, LDR, and BOPO to PBV.

Abstract: Nowadays, in order to obtain information about a product is not only limited to the information that given from the manufacturer. But the information can also be obtained through other personal consumer, this is called with Word of Mouth communication. As the development of current technologies, Word of Mouth communication evolved into electronic Word of Mouth can be done with a wider range. Electronic Word of Mouth Communication can positive or negative statements that form of consumer opinion, potential consumers, as well as a former consumer about a product that can be accessed by anyone in the virtual world as social media that can affect the consumer interest in consuming these products.
This research aims to know the existence of the electronic Word of Mouth influence against the interests of consumers against purchasing a product, especially cosmetic products Sariayu. This research uses nonprobability sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 258 female respondents aged 17 to 29 years who use social media and find out information about Sariayu cosmetic products. The collected data is then analyzed by several tests such as validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedasity test, multicollinearity test, multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and determination coefficient test (R2) using IBM SPSS software application 22 for Windows.
Based on the results show that electronic Word of Mouth has positive and significant effect to purchase intention.

This research aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy (DPR), debt policy (DER), profitability (ROE), firm size and sales growth of corporate value (PBV) and insider ownership as a control variable.
The object of this research refers to manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2012-2016. The population of this study are 144 manufacturing companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2012-2016.
 The purposive sampling method used was used in selecting the research sample, 94 companies are sampled for the object of this study. Multiple regression technique are chosen for this research statistic analysis. This research founds that debt policy, profitability and size positively and significantly affects corporate value. Dividend policy and sales growth have no significant effect on the dividend payout ratio.

Abstract: Decrease in purchasing decisions on a product may cause a decrease in the value of its sale. The same thing happened at Atala Art, a company engaged in furniture and creative crafts in Jepara, Central Java, is experiencing a decline in product sales in recent years. Strategic steps need to be taken to overcome this phenomenon.
The research was conducted by using independent variables including product innovation, price perception and product quality; intervening variable that is product trust and dependent variable that is purchasing decision. The data were collected on the sample using the questionnaire method. Data were analyzed by chi-square test method, descriptive three-box method and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results stated that respondents, representing most consumers have income of 0-5 million rupiahs, work as self-employed and civil servants with age range 31-40 years. Consumer valuation on product innovation and product trust have high score 80,00% and 79,67% respectively compared to price perception (74,60%) and product quality (74,27%), purchase decision (74,27%) With the calculation of multiple linear regression, it can be concluded that product innovation, price perception and product quality have a significant influence on product trust, as well as product trust have a significant effect on purchasing decision.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of factors of salesperson’s performance  of smartphone salesperson in Semarang. Selling experience as independent variable and salesperson’s performance as dependent variable. This research uses selling competence and quality of relationship as intervening variables. Sample of this research is the salespersons of smartphone who have been working in Semarang at least 2 months. The sampling method in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling –by using AMOS 22.0 analysis tool.
The results of this study show selling experience and selling competence have positive and significant effects on quality of relationship, the selling experience has a positive and significant effect on the selling competence, selling experience and selling competence have positive and significant effects on salesperson’s performance, and quality of relationship has a positive and significant effect on salesperson’s performance.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze customer-oriented starters on buyer seller relationship quality and adaptive sales behavior and its impact on salesperson performance. This study was taken with a sample of 130 respondents who have been selected. Respondents are salespeople at PT Prudential Life Assurance Kota Semarang. The analytical technique used to process the data is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which is run with software from AMOS version 22. Method of data collection using probability sampling. The model of the study has met the rules of Goodness of fit criteria, among which are: Chi Square (121,985), probability (0.058), RMSEA (0,042), CMIN / DF (1,232), TLI (0,934) and CFI (0,946). The results of the analysis show that customer-oriented prefixes have a positive and significant effect on the quality of the buyer's seller relationship and the adaptive sales behavior, but have no effect on the performance of salespeople. While the buyer seller relationship quality and adaptive sales behavior have a positive and significant influence on the performance of salespeople. The quality of the buyer's seller relationship is the variable that has the greatest influence on the performance of salespeople that is equal to 1.586; while the adaptive sales behavior variable has an influence on the performance of salespeople of 0.177.
The conclusion of this research is the implementation of customer-oriented sales proved to have a positive influence that can improve the performance of salespeople by through the quality of buyer's seller relationship and adaptive sales behavior.

Abstract: Salesperson is one of the important elements that contribute greatly to the company's profits. In addition, the salesperson is a party that deals directly with consumers so that it can influence the purchase decision. Therefore it is often referred to as the spearhead of the company. The high or low performance of salespeople is caused by various factors. One of the things that affect is the orientation of learning from self-salespeople. This study aims to analyze the effect of learning orientation on the performance of salespeople. Smart work, selling skills, and adaptive sales are used as intervening variables. The object of this research is the salespeople from Japanese motorcycles in Magelang. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, where the sample used is the salesman from the Japanese motorcycle that has been working for at least 6 months. Analytical technique using Structural Equation Model (SEM) - AMOS. Overall the results of this study showed that the orientation of learning has a positive effect on smart working, selling ability, and adaptive selling, smart working has a positive effect on the salesperson's performance, adaptive selling have a positive effect on salesperson performance, and selling ability negatively and insignificant to performance of salespeople.

Abstract: As debt foreign Indonesia increases in financial sector has  caused risk of foreign exchange. It can threatening company health. One of the ways to manage the risk, company must apply hedge. But, Based on the information annual report obtained from Indonesia exchange period 2011-2015. It show decrease on 2013 and still until 2015. Therefore in this research intends to analyze factors that influence of hedge. Researchers use leverage (DER), liquidity (current asset), profitability (ROA), growth opportunity (MTBV), firm value (Tobin’s Q) as independent variable and hedge as a dependent variable. Sample used as many as 53 listed companies in Indonesia exchange and report annual report from 2011-2015. The method of analysis used is logistic regression. Results data or output SPSS shows leverage sig of 0.000 smaller than 0.05 so it can be concluded leverage have a significant positive effect on hedging decisions. The result of liquidity sig output of 0.214 is greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that liquidity is not significant to hedging. Result of profitability significance equal to 0,081 bigger than 0,05 so no effect to hedging. The result of significance obtained by growth oppurtunity of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 so it has a significant positive effect on hedging The result of significance obtained by the company value of 0.002 is smaller than 0.05 and the regression coefficient of -1.669 so that a significant negative effect on hedging.

Abstract: Togamas Petra Surabaya bookstore has implemented a vigorous sales promotion and provides an attractive outlet display for customers to visit and shop in stores, but the bookstore has experienced a decreased number of visitors and buyers in the stores over the past few months. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the influence of sales promotion and store atmosphere towards purchase decision on Togamas Petra Surabaya bookstore. This type of research is conclusive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study is the visitors who purchased books at the Togamas Petra Surabaya bookstore that has a minimum age of 18 years old. Using non probability sampling as a sampling method is and purposive sampling as a sampling technique. 210 sample was used. The data analysis technique use multiple linear regression with SPSS kegiatan for windows 23. The results of this study indicate that sales promotion variables do not affect the purchase decisions of Togamas Petra Surabaya bookstore and store atmosphere has influenced the purchasing decisions on Togamas Petra Surabaya bookstore.

Abstract: Alfamart is one of convenience store in Indonesia. This Alfamart convenience store, always doing sales promotion to create merk awareness in customers memory. Purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of sales promotion on purchasing decision with merk awareness as an mediation variable. This research is a causal research that kind of conclusively research. Respondents in this study were women and men aged minimal 19 years old and who buying on Alfamart in Gayungan Districts, Surabaya. The sampling method is non-probability sampling and sampling techniques using judgmental sampling. Data collection techniques used in this study was a questionnaire, while data analyze using path analysis with AMOS program. The results of this study showed that sales promotion has direct effect on merk awareness and purchasing decision, but merk awareness as an mediation don’t has direct effect on purchasing decision. The test results of mediation between dependent and independent variables through intervening variables not proved.

Abstract: In the abad of globalization business competition is becoming increasingly tight. In order to compete competitively with other organizations, organizations in demand have adaptive and sensitive to changes that occur in the environment. By maximizing employees as human resources, the company will have qualified and skilled employees that can affect the improvement of employee performance. The current high job demands will affect the performance of its employees. If the demands of employees is higher and employees can not complete the work it will cause stress that affects the performance of employees is getting lower. Another thing that affects employee performance is work conflict. This study is to examine and analyze the effect of job stress on employee performance and work conflict on employee performance PT Surya Cipta Internusa Gresik. This research is quantitative research the number of samples used counted 48 people. The measuring instruments used in this study are interviews, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 and Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) software. This research uses Likert scale as measurement scale. The results showed that job stress negatively affect employee performance and work conflict positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract: Acer is one of the world's largest laptop companies and is also one of the major laptop companies in Indonesia that has a good image and product quality that is considered good accompanied by many award-winning. But it can’t guarantee acer laptop will lead laptop market share in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze anddiscuss the influence of merk image and quality perception of purchasing decision The research design isconclusive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study is that consumer laptop acer aged a minimum of 19 years old, who have bought and used acer branded laptops from 2016 until now. The sampling method is nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique is using purposive sampling. The sample used is 220. Data collection techniques using questionnaries. The analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS kegiatan for windows 23. The result of this study indicate that the independent variables of merk image and perceived quality significantly influence the purchase decisions by 39.6%. while the remaining 60.4% is influenced by other variables outside the variables used in this study.

Abstract: The domestic animal feed industry plays an important role in supporting livestock business in providing the availability of meat and derivative products to the community as an additional source of protein. Feed has a contribution of 70% of the total cost of livestock production. The company is required to provide products with the quality and price expected by breeders. The purpose of this study is to analyze and discuss the effect of product quality and price on the decision to switch livestock breeding layer 124P Charoen Phokpand to KLKS 36 SPR Japfa Comfeed. This research was conducted on UD customers. Surya Farm and PT. Sumber Kelapa Rissa Mandiri in Magetan. Respondents in this study were customers who had bought and used animal feed product Charoen Phokpand 124P and then switch brands to KLKS 36 SPR japfa comfeed, male and female age 25-45 years, with the number of respondents as much as 73 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS help. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect on merk transfers, and price had a positive effect on merk transfer decisions.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know the influence of capital structure, firm size, and profitability to firm value. Agriculture sector companies period 2011-2015 are an object of this study. Sample used in this study amounted 16 companies using purposive sampling method. This study used causal associative approach which use secondary data obtained than documentation from official website of Indonesia Stock Exchange. Multiple regression linear is the analysis method used in this study. The result from this study show that capital structure and profitability negatively impact on firm size. Firm size on this study has no impact to firm size. Recommendations that be able obtained from result of these study is the company need to consider capital structure and profitability to maximize firm value. For investors need to consider capital structure and profitability as a sign or a hint which takes precedence before purchase companies stock at agriculture sector.

If the company does not have a strong cooperation between division one with the other division, then that work will not be satisfy and inefficient. The results of previous research show that teamwork is able to given a positively effect of employee job satisfaction. This studied tried to test whether teamwork is able to effect employee job satisfaction at PT. Federal International Finance Surabaya branch 2. The population research totals 70 employees and used saturated samples. The data collection used questionnaires with Likert scale as a measurement. The writer used techniques and analyzed by SPSS to test the data. The results of this study is indicate by that teamwork has a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. To survive, a company must have the ability and superiority to have a high competitiveness so as to survive in competition with other companies. Therefore, a company needs a good resource to support the organization's goals and improve its company's performance optimally. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of knowledge sharing andwork discipline on employee performance at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office. The sample has used inthis study amounted to 36 employees at the Surabaya area office, obtained by using the method of non-probability sampling. This research uses quantitative approach obtained by observation, interview and spread questioner. Methods of multiple linear regression analysis is the analysis used in this study. The results of this study indicate that knowledge sharing affects employee performance, while the work discipline does not affect the performance of employees at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office. Therefore companies need to develop knowledge sharing because then the company will be able to improve employee performance in AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surabaya area office.

Using non-random sampling technique with the amount of 220 respondents taken from customers Rolag cafe Surabaya. The instrument used is a questionnaire using Likert scale and analyzed by path analysis using AMOS 23. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variable. There is also a positive and significant influence of price on loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variable. In addition there is a positive and significant influence of satisfaction on loyalty

Abstract: This study aims to examine the influences of Free Cash Flow, Investment Opportunity Set, and Return on Asset on Dividend Payout Ratio in the company. This research uses quantitative approach and secondary data sourced from the financial statements of companies published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2015. The object of thisresearch is the Mining Sector Companies which listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample of this study is10 companies chosen by purposive sampling method. The method of analysis is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 23th version. The results showed that Return on Asset has a positively effect to Dividend Payout Ratio. While Free Cash Flow and Investment Opportunity Set have no effect to the Dividend Payout Ratio. Big or smallFree Cash Flow scale, the company will be more interested to make the investment to maintain the company'soperations so it will not influences to the Dividend Payout Ratio. Meanwhile, the low Investment Opportunity Sethas no influence to the Dividend Payout Ratio because there are other factors that more influence to DividendPayout Ratio, one of the stronger factor is the absolute authority of majority shareholders at the General Meeting of Shareholder. Then, the positively affect between Return On Asset and Dividend Payout Ratio indicates that the higher Return On Asset in the company, will be the higher profit on assets achieved so that the Dividend Payout Ratio will also raise. On the other hand, if the profitability of a company's assets is low, the Dividend Payout Ratiowill be low too. The main recommendations given by this research from the positive influence of Return on Asset on Dividend Payout Ratio. The Companies can focus on achieving optimal returns on assets. Investors can also see Return on Asset at the company in making the investment decisions.

The purpose of this research is to analyze and discuss the effect of perceived quality on re-purchase intentions with satisfaction as intervening variable. This reseacrh is conclusive research. Respondent in this study were men or women at least 17 years old and had ever made a purchase and consume product Teh Botol Sosro a month ago. Sampling using non probability sampling method with judgmental sampling technique. The instrument used was a questionnaire used likert scale and analyzed with path analysis using AMOS program. The result of this research showed that there is positive and significant effect of perceived quality on satisfaction. There is positive and significant effect of perceived quality on repurchase intention, and there is also positive and significant effect of satisfaction on repurchase intention. Mediation is proven partially because the value of itsinfluence is reduced after the mediation variable is entered.

In this study, the relationship of each variable is positive that mediation proved partially.

The use of O2O payment system (Online to Offline) makes it easy for consumers to transact. This study is a conclusive study to analyze and discuss the influence of trust and ease of transaction at MatahariMall site. The sampling technique used a combination technique of judgmental sampling and snowball sampling with sample size of 220 respondents that MatahariMall consumers between 18 to 35 years. They have already made transactions with O2O purchasing system. The results show that there is a significant influence on the trust and ease of purchase transactions online at MatahariMall.com site.

The aim of this study is to analyze and explain the effect of service quality and price towards customer loyalty with satisfaction as intervening variable. Respondents in this study are respondents who bought and used Prepaid XL and constantly recharging pulse in minimum last 3 months. Respondent’s minimum 17 years old and the Prepaid XL which mentioned in this study are only for telephone. The study is done in PT. XL Axiata’s official distributor, PT. TEMA Pamekasan. Sampling technique used in this study is nonprobability sampling and sample is chosen by judgmental sampling with amount of 220 respondents. Data collection technique used in this study is a form of questionnaire. Measurement scales used is Likert scale. Data analysis technique is using Path Analysis with AMOS. The result of this study shows that there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and price towards satisfaction. There is a positive and significant influence between satisfaction and customer loyalty. There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and price towards.

Sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a sampling of non-probability. The sample used as many as 220 people respondents. The respondents in this study are consumers who are over 18 years old and the respondent had previously using products Giant with private label. But it has yet to make a purchase directly. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the differences before and after the merger or acquisition on the public company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange which has been expansion by way of merger and acquisition. Researchers used a period of 3 years before and 3 years after the company merged and acquired. This research is a comparative research with quantitative methods. The sample in this study using purposive sampling method amounted to 14 companies of the population of 24 companies, with data collection in the form of documentation in the form of the announcement of the merger and acquisition, and annual financial statements. Data analysis techniques used in this research is to test for normality using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test and statistical difference test by using non-parametric Marginal Homogeneity Test using SPSS tool 19.0. The results of this study indicate that there were no significant differences in Economic Value Added (EVA) values before and after mergers or acquisitions and there are significant differences in Market Value Added (MVA) values before and after mergers or acquisitions.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on employee performance reviewed based on male and female workers at PT. Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya. The population in this study amounted to 85 employees, consisting of 30 female employees and 55 male employees. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance and organizational culture implementation at PT. Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya between male and female workers does not have significant differences. This can be seen from the result of different test of t-test t value equal to -1,614 <t table 1,989 with probability significance (two tail) 0,110> 0,05 . Work discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance and implementation of work discipline at PT. Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya between male workers and female workers did not significantly differ from the results of different test t-test t-test value -0.731 <t table 1.989 with probability significance (two tail) 0.467> 0.05. While the calculation of F test jointly organizational culture and work discipline affect the employee performance and on the implementation of employee performance between male employees and female employees of PT. Pelindo Marine Service Surabaya does not have a significant difference this can be seen from the results of different test t-test t count value of 0.762 <t table 1.989 with probability significance (two tail) 0.448> 0.05.

Mustika Ratu is one of the cosmetics company in Indonesia that has been doing sales promotion and celebrity endorser. Although the company has made an attractive sales pitch and uses celebrity endorsers to attract its customers, its sales have dropped dramatically. Therefore, companies need to design sales promotion and celebrity endorsers are good in increasing sales. This research uses conclusive research. Sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with 210 samples. The population in this research is all consumers who ever bought, using Mustika Ratu cosmetics, and know the promotion done Mustika Ratu and celebrity endorser Mustika Ratu cosmetics. Scale used in this research that is using likert scale. The measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The analytical tool used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 18 program. The results showed that sales promotion and celebrity endorser variables have a positive and significant influence, but sales promotion variables have greater influence on purchasing decisions, compared with celebrity endorser.

Number of Sample that tused in this research were 207 employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III Branch Tanjung Perak Surabaya using stratified random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shown that Distributive Justice is negative effect or negative influence related to Counterproductive Work Behaviour also Organizational Climate play a role on it too. And from the result, we can conclude that both of Distributive Jusctice and Organizational Climate have an influence related to Counterproductive Work Behaviour.

The phenomenal of research showed that motor Uber as follower or pioneer online transportation namely Go-jek. The conclusion is uber bike is new more comparative than Go-jek that became pioneer online transportation in Indonesia had shown by customer who ordered online transportation in the Uber Motor more easily also the service is more faster. Beside that the cost cheapest so the people can use it than by using Gojek. The type of this research that used in this research is conclusive research. The respondent on this research is in the Surabaya. The respondent who had been on this research is 220 and maximum age is 48 years who know and ever order uber motor online on last two week. The instrument of research that used is questionnaire, and then the data will be input by using path analysis. In addition, the result has shown that E-Service quality more influence to repurchase intention and satisfaction. Satisfaction variable is influence to repurchase intention and satisfaction on uber motor user in Surabaya.
