Abstract: This study motivated the incosistency of previous study on total quality management on customer satisfaction which is characterized by reduction of job return that where there are research gaps. This study aims to examine the total quality management which include focus on the customer, obsession of quality, team work, engangement and empowerment on customer satisfaction.
The population in this study are all customer in CV. AHASS Sahabat Sejati Motor in Semarang. Data collection method used is the method of sampling the sample amount to 110 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression.
Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. The greatest variable is the variable of focus on the customer was 0,852, whereas the smallest variable is the variable of team work was 0,001. The result of the study found that all of the independent variables and a significant positive effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract: Islam-based  management  is  a  management  practice  which implements Islamic values in management and is currently started to be applied in many companies or businesses. However, due to limited of knowledge of the managers and employees to the values of Islam will lead to the ineffective application of the management practice. This study analyzed the extent to which the relationship and the role of Islamic values influence the aspects of a business. The purpose of the study is to analyze the extent to which the understanding of the owner, manager, and employees regarding Islamic values applied in management. This study also analyze the practice of the management based on Islam at the company and analyze the motivation of employees. The method used is a qualitative method with case study approach. The reasons for selecting this method is that research can focus and can be done in depth to determine the management practices of Islam based on Ayam Bakar Wong Solo Branch Simongan. The results showed that the owners and business practitioners have a good understanding associated with Islamic values which are implemented at the workplace. The Islamic values are implemented within human resources management practices such as human resource planning,  recruitment,  selection,  employment  contracts,  training  and development, performance appraisal and compensation.

Abstract: Financial inclusion becomes international interest and national priority. The more inclusive financial access, the more opportunity people have to improve their economy. Financial inclusion has become an alternative way to grow economy of society. Credit is one of financial services which can improve people’s economy, specifically for SME in capital credit. This research examines effects from factors such as people income, education level, interest rate, demographic and geographic penetration of banking to SME credit. Samples selected in this research by total sampling method. Samples used are 35 cities and regencies at Central Java in 2011-2015. Data analysis using data panel regression analysis with Fixed Effect Model and Generalized Least Square. This research shows that people income has insignificant positive effect to SME credit, education level has significant negative effect, intereset rate has insignificant negative effect, demographic penetration of banking has insignificant positive effect and geographic penetration of banking has significant positive effect.

Abstract: An effective ad is an ad that can foster awareness for always remembering to be a merk product.  The  background  to  the  problems  that the consumer  awareness  of  the  ads  delivered shampoo Lifebuoy merk has decreased, look at Top Brand Index, Top of Mind Advertising and TOM Brand that Lifebuoy shampoo decreased significantly when compared with other similar brands of shampoo. This study aims to describe and analyze the effects of advertising messages, advertising creativity, credibility celebrity endorser and communication media on the effectiveness of advertising in aim to growing up merk awareness.
The population in this study were students of Diponegoro University in Semarang who have  seen  Lifebuoy  shampoo  ad  impressions  on  television.  By  using  a  sampling  technique, purposive sampling, then obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. Prior to the regression test, first tested the validity and reliability and classic assumption.
The results showed that the advertising message shown to have a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of advertising. Advertising creativity has a positive and significant impact on the effectiveness of advertising, meaning that the more creative ads delivered, then make the audience pay attention to these ads in detail and detail so that is expected to cause a rapid impact in efforts to increase the effectiveness of advertising. Credibility of celebrity endorser positive influence on the effectiveness of ads. The results also proved that the communications media  positive  and  significant  impact  on  the  effectiveness  of  advertising.  Effectiveness  of advertising has a positive significant impact to merk awareness, it means that the ad who has a message, creativity, credibility celebrity endorser, and media communication is good and right it will increase the effectiveness of your ad which will grow merk awareness

Abstract: The online shopping nowadays has represented a significant escalation. A lot of e- commerce types have emerged in line with the changing of the way people shop from market place to market space. Lazada.co.id is one of e-commerce sites founded by Germany’s Rocket Internet, that now has become one of the most popular e-commerce sites in Indonesia. But, the popularity of Lazada.co.id should be reviewed due to the decrease of marketing performance from 2015-2016 that can also be seen from the decrease in the merk share of e-commerce Business to Consumer (B2C) values. The decrease of marketing performance is able to weaken Lazada.co.id site. This research is conducted to analyze factors that affect trust, buying interest, and transaction security in order to increase consumer buying decision of Lazada.co.id site in Semarang. By using data from 200 respondents who have made a purchase in Lazada.co.id throughout 2016, nine  hypotheses are proposed through Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The result of this research has shown that purchase decision is affected by trust. Consumer trust will be increased if quality of product information given by the website is considerably good. Thus, it will form a consumer trust.

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to determine, describe and analyze the more influence the quality of teachers to the cohesiveness of the competence of teachers to the quality of the learning organization as an intervening variable. The method of collecting data in this study using questionnaires with respondents 50 teachers, where the respondent is a total population of taechers SMPN 2 Purwodadi. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Mechanical testing of the data in this study using path analysis and Sobel test to test the effect of mediation.
The results showed that the quality of cohesiveness teachers have positive and significant impact on the quality of a learning organization. Cohesiveness quality of teachers and the quality of organizational learning has a positive and significant impact on teacher competence. In addition, the quality of organizational learning may mediate the relationship between the quality of teachers to the cohesiveness of teacher competence.

Paket Lengkap Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja, Iklim Kerja Dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Pada Bab Pembangkitan Pt. Pln (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo


ABSTRAK: Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja dan Iklim kerja merupakan bagian-bagian penting dalam membuat lingkungan kerja yang baik, sehingga sanggup mengurangi dan atau bebas dari kecelakaan kerja yang pada kesannya sanggup meningkatkan produktivitas karyawan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui imbas keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja serta iklim kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan pada cuilan pembangkitan PT. PLN (persero) wilayah Suluttenggo. Sampel penelitian ini ditentukan dengan metode sampling jenuh, dimana populasi sebanyak 60 orang dijadikan sebagai sampel dan teknik analisis data memakai regresi berganda. Jenis penelitian ini ialah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memakai metode angket dalam mengumpulkan data.  Hasil dari uji F secara simultan diperoleh F hitung sebesar 0.723 dengan tingkat signifikansi (p) = 0.490 ≥ 0.05. Kaprikornus sanggup disimpulkan bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan iklim kerja secara bahu-membahu tidak besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan. Untuk hasil uji  t, diketahui bahwa keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja tidak besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 1,128 dengan tingkat signifikansi (p) 0.264 ≥ 0.05. sedangkan untuk iklim kerja tidak besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -0.569 dan probabilitas kesalahan (p) 0.572 ≥ 0.05.

Abstract: This study aimed to see the impact of pembinaan and working environment to the employee loyalty regarding job satisfaction as an intervening variable to the employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasional 4 Semarang. This study used software smartPLS 2.0.m3 version (Partial Least Square) as the methodology in data analysis. The sample of this study are employee of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasional 4 Semarang with 63 respondents. While data was collected through questioner, surveys, interview and literature review. The result of this study indicates: 1) pembinaan has positive and significant impact to the job satisfaction, 2) working environment has positive and significant impact to the job satisfaction, 3) job satisfaction has positive and significant impact to the employee loyalty, 4) pembinaan has positive and significant impact to the employee loyalty, 5) working environment has positive and significant impact to the employee loyalty, 6) pembinaan has positive and significant impact to the employee loyalty through job satisfaction, 7) working environment has positive and significant impact to the employee loyalty through job satisfaction.

Abstract: The main goal of the company is to maximize shareholder wealth, and it can be achieved by maximizing the value of company. This study is aim to examine the effect of profitability, investment decision, financing decision, dividend policy to the firm value. Return On Asset (ROA) was used as a proxy of profitability, Total Asset Growth (TAG) was used as a proxy of investment decision, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) was used as a proxy of financing decision, Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR) was used as a proxy of dividend policy and Price Book Value (PBV) was used as a proxy value of the firm. This results partially on profitability (ROA) and invesment decision (TAG) have the positive and significant effect to the firm value (PBV). In contrast, financing decision (DER) and dividend policy (DPR) has the positive and unsignificant effect to the firm value (PBV). Simultaneously, the four independent variables that affect the company's variable value (PBV), but the value of the company is not only influenced by internal factors, the company's value is also influenced by external factors such as interest rates, inflation rates, exchange rates and social and political situation.

ABSTRAK: Pertumbuhan industri penerbangan melonjak tajam dalam satu dekade terakhir di Indonesia. Sejumlah armada bersaing ketat merebut pasar domestik dan regional. Garuda Indonesia sebagai maskapai penerbangan milik pemerintah Indonesia mencicipi bagaimana ketatnya persaingan untuk merebut pasar domestik dan regional dari para pesaingnya dimana salah satu pasar regional yaitu rute Manado – Denpasar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana imbas bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Orang, Proses dan Bukti Fisik terhadap loyalitas pengguna jasa penerbangan domestik rute Manado – Denpasar. Sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 100 orang dengan metode penelitian analisis regresi linier berganda dan dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa variabel bauran pemasaran secara simultan besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap loyalitas pengguna jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia dengan rute Manado – Denpasar, sedangkan Variabel yang paling signifikan  berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pengguna jasa yaitu produk, tempat, promosi, orang, dan proses. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa jika administrasi Garuda Indonesia di Manado ingin mempertahankan atau meningkatkan loyalitas pengguna jasa maka variabel bauran pemasaran yang perlu mendapat perhatian khusus yaitu produk, tempat, promosi, orang, dan proses karna variabel ini paling kuat pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas pengguna jasa.

Abstract: This study aimed to analyze the effect of product quality, price perception, and promotion of merk image and purchase interest and their impact on the purchase decision Axiata XL card in Semarang. Improving network quality in several areas including the farthest and improving the quality of the card so that no damage can enhance the merk image of XL Axiata, thus making consumers make purchasing decisions Axiata XL card. Perception prices and promotions have been done XL Axiata make consumers interested in buying, as well as increasing the purchasing decisions of consumers against Axiata XL card. Promotion XL Axiata very intensive to make the increase in purchase decisions Axiata XL card. XL Axiata merk image are important things to consider consumers to buy and increased the purchasing decisions of consumers against Axiata XL card.
This study sampled using non-probability sampling technique, the respondents who have bought and used the card XL Axiata in Semarang. The collection of data obtained from 200 users Axiata XL card in Semarang by giving questionnaires. The analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Amos 22.
The analysis showed that the product quality, price perception, and the campaign has a positive influence and significant impact on the merk image and purchase interest and their impact on the purchase decision Axiata XL card in Semarang.

Abstrak: Kinerja yaitu hasil kerja yang sanggup dicapai oleh seseorang atau kelompok orang dalam suatu organisasi sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam rangka upaya mencapai melanggar aturan dan sesuai dengan moral maupun etika. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi Jabatan Dan Rotasi Pekerjaan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado. Penelitian ini memakai kuisioner dengan skala pengukuran memakai skala Likert yang dianalisis memakai uji validitas, reabilitas dan analisis regresi linier berganda memakai SPSS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 63 orang (Pegawai tetap) dengan 55 orang pegawai yang menjadi sample. Hasil penelitian ini mengambarkan promosi jabatan dan rotasi pekerjaan besar lengan berkuasa baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kota Manado, sehingga lebih ditingkatkan kinerja untuk mempertahankan kualitas dari suatu organisasi.

Abstract: Woloan Wooden house is one of the important assets on the economic sector in North Sulawesi, because this product is already known to spread out of Indonesia and it has an impact in economic progress especially in developing countries including Indonesia. Globalization is a challenge for the entrepreneurs of Woloan wooden house for maintaining their business. Using the Integrated Marketing Communication, especially for the promotion it provides an opportunity for the company of Woloan wooden house to improve the marketing power. The purpose of this study is to find out the importance of IMC of Woloan wooden house and what the elements of IMC used by the entrepreneurs for marketing development of Woloan wooden house. This research was conducted in Woloan as the marketing center of wooden house. Qualitative research is deployed and uses explosive research to the wooden house in Woloan and the sample took 13 entrepreneurs of Woloan wooden house. The results of this study explained that IMC is more effective tool and make it easier for the promotion of Woloan wooden house. In addition, through IMC the promotion of the products of Woloan wooden house can be better known by the people quickly.

Abstract: Employee will give high levels of performance for the company if they are appreciated and compensating accordingly. This research is descriptive research using Importance-Performance Analysis as the analytical tool. The objective is to analyze the importance and performance of compensation programs at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tondano, Minahasa with the total respondent is 33 and 8 total variables. The result of the research shows that Job Grade and Incentive are in the Quadrant II; Salary, Annual Leave, Religious Holiday Allowance, and Hospital Care Coverage are in Quadrant I; following by Premium Allowance and Overtime Pay are in Quadrant III. Thus, the company need to execute more about the compensation that have high importance but have low performance.

Abstract: E-commerce success, especially in the business-to-consumer area, is determined in part by whether consumers trust sellers and products they cannot see or touch, and electronic systems with which they have no previous experience.   This research describes a theoretical model for investigating the influence of ease of use, risk and trust towards the customer’s purchase intention of online fashion using Instagram as media. The sampling is non-probability with snowball technique.  Samples were  collected  from  100  respondents  who  have  instagram account  and following at least one online fashion shops account. Analysis method used here is regression which includes validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test and determination test.The result showed that ease of use, risk and trust has significant influence towards the customer’s purchase intention. This research finds that trust is a major positive determinant of customer’s purchase intention which.

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of Dividend Policy, BVPS, Earning Volatility, Leverage, PER, and Trading Volume to Stock price Volatility on the company non financial in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2012-2015. Research population used company non financial in Indonesian Stock Exchange in period 2012-2015. Taken samples of the all purpose 28 companies by using purposive sampling method. The data used in this research were obtained from the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) 2012-2015, IDX Annual Report, and www.idx.co.id. Analysis technique used Ordinary Least Square Regression (OLS), statistical t-test, f-test, and classic assumption test that includes a test of normality test, multicollinearity test, autucorrelation test, and heteroskedastisitas test. The result of the research are independent variables simultaneously (F test) effect on stock price with a significance level of 0.000. While partially (t test) showed that the variable Dividend Payout Ratio and BVPS has positive and not significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Earning Volatility and PER variables has negative and significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. While Leverage and Trading Volume has positive and significant effect on Stock Price Volatility. Adjusted R2 is 0,216 wahich means that the ability of the six independent variables can explain Stock Price Volatility amounted to 21,6%, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of environmental performance, social performance, and corporate governance to absurd return as measured by environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure score.
The populations of this study are companies in Indonesia and Malaysia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) that revealed the Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) disclosure score in the year 2010-2015. This study used secondary data with total sampel is 192 data as determined by purposive sampling method. Test analysis using data panel eviews with fixed effect model that has been tested by Chow test (F test) and Hausman test.
The result of this study show that environmental performance did not has significant but positive influence to the absurd return. Social performance and corporate governance have significantly and positively influence to the absurd return. These results correspond with the legitimacy and stakeholders theory.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Initial Trust Serta Dampaknya Terhadap Minat Beli Konsumen Pada Toko Online Lazada Indonesia


Abstract: This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived corporate reputation, perceived corporate size, perceived ease of use, and perceived website security towards the customer’s purchase intention of Lazada Indonesia online store through initial trust as the intervening variable.
The sampling method used on this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Samples were collected from 100 respondents on Semarang who knows the information about Lazada Indonesia and have visited Lazada Indonesias’s website. Analysis method used here is multiple regression analysis which includes validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t-test, f-test, determination test and sobel test.
The result showed that perceived corporate reputation, perceived corporate size, perceived ease of use and perceived website security has positive and significant influence towards the initial trust. While initial trust as the intervening variable has positive and significant influence towards the purchase intention.
