Paket Lengkap Analysing Relationship Marketing Tactics At Pt. Bank Sulutgo Siau


Abstract: Since more competition in business nowadays, many companies are required to build long-term profitable relationship with customers and to achieve customer loyalty. All of company and from every industry tried giving their best to maintained customers satisfaction. One type of services companies that important in the business world are banks that has work as a financial institution and financial intermediary for everyone. There are so many ways and differences relationship marketing tactics implemented for the customers. This study analyses the relationship of marketing tactics namely service quality, communication and price perception in PT. Bank SulutGo Siau. Used qualitative method, 10 customer were interviewed to collect the data. A semi-structure interview is used in this research to collect primary data. Result and conclusion showed that service quality, communication and price perception as became indicators in this result has positive responses from customers Bank SulutGo Siau.

Abstract: Purchasing decisions is the selection of a decision as an act of two or more alternative option. Here it is assumed that all voluntary behavior is based on the desire generated when consumers consciously and rationally choose one among alternative actions available. Consumer choice is Alternative the expected benefits and narrowing the options until the end of the selected alternative that can meet and satisfy the needs and desires. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of words of mouth and customer purchasing decision on wooden furniture From Leilem. This research is conducted qualitatively. The result of this research is the words of mouth is related to the selling of wooden products from leilem and this study also found that most of the producers in leilem village are not really familiar with internet and other sophisticated e-marketing strategies, they do not even really have idea of how marketing works in their industry. This research could be a recommendation to other manufacturers to continuously improve the quality of their products and the way they interact with their customers. This study shows that the words of the mouth is very connected to the consumer's purchasing decision.

Paket Lengkap Analisis Imbas Return On Equity, Debt To Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, Dan Price To Book Value Terhadap Return Saham Syariah (Studi Kasus Pada Perusahaan Yang Terdaftar Dalam Jakarta Islamic Index Masa 2011-2015)


ABSTRACT: This research aims to determine the influence of variables consisting of Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio, and privce to Book Value of the stock returnof sharia in the companies belonging to the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in the year 2007-2011. Sharia stocks are stocks in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) are corporations stockswhile are in operation not contradiction with Islamic Sharia, either on the product or itsmanagement. The grouping of Sharia stocks are in Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in theJakarta Stock Exchange. This research uses secondary data obtained from the financialstatements of companies belonging to the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Sampling was done by purposive sampling method, the number of samples used by 14 companies. Theanalytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression method. The resultsof this study indicate that the Return On Equity, Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ratio andPrice to Book Value simultaneously significant effect on stock returns. The results of the analysis of partial Return On Equity significant negative effect, while the Debt to EquityRatio and Price to Book Value significant positive effect, the Current Ratio is not significant positive effect on stock returns. The results showed that 42.7% of variation variable stock returns can be explained by the variable Return On Equity, Debt to EquityRatio, Current Ratio and Price to Book Value. While 57.3% stock return variable variation explained by other factors.

Abstrak: Persaingan antara pasar tradisional dan pasar modern menerima perhatian yang lebih, alasannya ialah invasi  dari pasar modern mengganggu pasar tradisional. Meskipun demikian, keberadaan pasar tradisional telah menjadi bab terpenting bagi masyarakat perkotaan dan pedesaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis imbas pasar modern terhadap keberadaan pasar tradisional dan mengetahui seni administrasi pasar tradisional untuk menghadapi pasar modern. Penelitian ini memakai metode kualitatif untuk menggambarkan topik ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasar tradisional masih sanggup bertahan alasannya ialah berbelanja di pasar tradisional merupakan budaya masyarakat Tomohon. Kebersihan di pasar tradisional meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Harga di pasar tradisional lebih murah daripada pasar modern alasannya ialah transaksi tawar menawar. Sebaliknya, penjual ayam mengalami penurunan pendapatan alasannya ialah harga ayam di pasar modern lebih murah daripada di pasar tradisional. Pemerintah mempunyai kebijakan untuk menciptakan pasar tradisional tetap eksis dengan revitalisasi. Pedagang pasar tradisional harus mempersiapkan seni administrasi untuk menghadapi pasar modern, ibarat menjaga kebersihan, menjual produk dengan kualitas bagus, dan jujur dalam hal timbangan.

Abstract: The aim of this research was to recognize the influence of work discipline, motivation  and incentives to the nurses performance background of the phenomena that occur in the nurses performance of Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo Kota Semarang.
This research use work discipline, motivation and incentives as the independen  variable, while nurses performance as the dependen variable. This research was conducted at Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo Kota Semarang, the data collection method was use quistionnaire technique that distributed into 125 nurses of Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Dr. Amino Gondhohutomo Kota Semarang.
Based on the multiple linear regression test, the result of this research showed that work discipline has positive and significant influence with the nurses performance. Motivation has positive and significant correlation with the nurses performance. Incentives has positive and significant influence with the nurses performance.

Abstract: Many new packaging industries have emerged in Indonesia resulted in the competitive of packaging industry in Indonesia will be more stringent, so that PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung should improve the quality and performance of employees in producing the results their products because consumers are increasingly selective in choosing and using a product that will have to be consumed. This study aimed to analyze the influence of education and training, participation, and empowerment of the performance of employees of PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung.
The population used in this study were all employees of PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Criteria samples taken were all employees of the production of PT. Bahana BuanaBox, Sayung who has worked for more than three years totaling 200 employees. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires and interviews. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression.
Based on the results of research, education and training, participation, and empowerment positive influence on employee performance, based on the results of goodness of fit, it can be said that the model can be used to predict the performance of employees while the test results from the coefficient of determination, employee performance is able to be explained by education and training, participation, and empowerment of 73.8%.

Abstrak: Penggunaan sistem administrasi untuk membentuk dan membina kekerabatan dengan pelanggan, diantaranya memakai Customer Relationship Management banyak dilakukan oleh administrasi perusahaan untuk memenangkan persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pegaruh secara simultan dan parsial serta Customer Relationship Management dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Karombasan Manado. Desain Penelitian memakai survey dan metode penelitian yang dipakai ialah metode penelitian Asosiatif, instrument penelitian memakai skala Likert dan Teknik analisis memakai regresi linear berganda, mengingat tersusun atas sejumlah kekerabatan kausal antar variabel laten. Populasi yang dipakai yakni 621 pelanggan yang mengikuti CGC di PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Cabang Karombasan Manado di bulan September, dan sampel yang dipakai sebanyak 87 responden dengan memakai Random Sampling. Hasil penelitian pertanda bahwa CRM dan Kepuasan Pelanggan secara simultan besar lengan berkuasa dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan. secara parsial CRM besar lengan berkuasa signifikan terhadap Loyalitas.

Paket Lengkap Imbas Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Dan Profitabilitas Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Industri Sektor Makanan Dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Imbas Indonesia Era 2012-2015


Abstrak: Saham merupakan salah satu instrumen pasar modal yang paling diminati investor sebab memperlihatkan tingkat laba yang menarik. Saham sanggup didefinisikan sebagai tanda penyetaan modal seorang atau sepihak (badan usaha) dalam suatu perusahaan atau perseroan terbatas. Ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham dalam penelitian ini hanya meneliti tiga variabel, yaitu struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui efek dari struktur modal (DER), ukuran perusahaan (Total Asset) dan profitabilitas (ROE) terhadap harga saham. Sampel penelitian ini ialah perusahaan industri masakan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2012 – 2015 dengan jumlah 13 perusahaan dengan memakai metode purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang dipakai ialah analisis regresi berganda dengan memakai aktivitas SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas kuat secara bersama terhadap harga saham. Perusahaan sebaiknya memperhatikan struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas sehingga sanggup meningkatkan harga saham.
