Paket Lengkap Efek Leverage Keuangan Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Pariwisata Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Imbas Indonesia Periode 2011-2015


Abstract: Based on data from BPS in 2017, the company's debt in the hotel, restaurant and tourism sector has the highest debt rate compared to other sectors. This attracts writers to find out whether the high debt to tourism companies has a significant effect on the profitability of the company.The main objective this study is to examine the effect of debt to assets ratio (DAR), debt to equity ratio (DER), degree of financial leverage (DFL), long debt to equity ratio (LDER), and time interest earned ratio (TIER) on return on equity (ROE)  simultaneously  and  partially  in  torism  companies.  Multiple  linier  regression analysis is used as a data analysis tool with return on equity (ROE) as the dependent variable.
This study uses secondary data derived from the financial statements of tourism companies listed on IDX period 2011-2015. Purposive sampling is used as a sampling method and obtained 10 companies from 23 companies listed on IDX.
The result of this research shows that DAR, DER, DFL, LDER, and TIER have simultaneous and significantly influence toward ROE. Partially, DAR has positive and significant effect to ROE, while DER has negative and not significant effect to ROE. The DFL variable has a positive and significant effect on ROE, while LDER has a negative and significant effect on ROE. The TIER variable has a negative and insignificant effect on ROE at the 5% significance level.

Abstract: Turnover intention is a serious kasus and can not be taken lightly within a company. In the current kala of globalization, there are still many companies that experience turnover intention problems, which causes many employees in the company to decide to leave or move from the company where they work today. One of the companies that experienced this kasus was Bank Jateng. This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of salary satisfaction and career development on job satisfaction and to know the impact of both variables on turnover intention at PT. Bank Jateng.
Data collecting method used in this research is a questionnaire with a sample of 100 employees of the Central Bank headquarters. The technique of sampling in this research using non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique, by choosing the appropriate samples with the objects and problems to be developed in the research.This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method to analize the data obtained in the research.
The results of this study indicate that the variable of salary satisfaction and career development have positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, both also give negative and significant influence to turnover intention of employees of Bank Central Java head office. Job satisfaction variable in this research, also give negative and significant influence to turnover intention of employees of Bank Central Java head office. These variables give effect of 28,8% to job satisfaction and 46,9% to turnover intention. The remaining 71,2% for job satisfaction variation and 53,1% for variation of turnover intention influenced by other variables outside this research. From the result of path analysis showed that job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of pay satisfaction on turnover intention with value of t table equal to 1,93, while for career development variable proven to be mediated by job satisfaction with t table equal to 5,41.

Abstract: High rate of turnover leads to adverse effect to an organization. Such persoalan is likely generating instability and uncertainty towards employment condition and human resources cost rise in forms of pembinaan invested to them, recruitment and newly built pembinaan programs. High turnover, in addition, also results in organizational ineffectiveness because it loses experienced employees as well as spends much times in  new training, inexperienced employees.
This research aim to examine and analyze the influence of the relation between work environment and compensation on turnover intention with job satisfaction as intervening variable (study on employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang).Questionnaires were distributed to 73 employees of Laksana Baru Swalayan Majenang and data was collected using puposive sampling method. This research used software SPSS Statistic 23.
The result of this research indicates that work environment an compensation has positive effect and significant on job satisfaction. Work environment and compensation has negative effect and significant on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has negative effect but not significant on turnover intention,  sobel test indicates that job satisfaction hasn’t mediation effect on work environment and compensation on turnover intention.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of organizational culture and organizational support toward organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with organizational commitment as an intervenning variable. The result’s differences among past researches and the upgrade of the law no. 38 of 2009 relating to the postal matter indicate the need to improve the performance and the quality of human resources of PT. Pos Indonesia Semarang.  This study uses two independent variables and one intervenning variable. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of organizational culture and organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with organizational commitment as intervening variable.
Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires using census method, with the respondents of all the employees from the delivery section of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Central Processing Unit Semarang, and the statistical analysis by using SPSS. This study uses data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis, sobel test, coefficient determination test, F test and t test.
The result show that the effect value of organizational culture and organizational support  toward organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as intervening variable equal to  48,64% While 31,16% is explained by the factors out of the variable. From the result of Multiple Regression Analysis analysis of organizational culture and organizational support have a positive impact toward organizational commitment and organizational culture, organizational support and organizational commitment have a positive impact toward organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract: This study aims to examine the implementation of performance appraisal at the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, SNVT PJPA Pemali-Juana PPK  PAT  and  PPK  PAB. Employee performance appraisal  is  an  attempt  to measure the level of employee productivity. A good performance appraisal will elicit the motivation of its employees, which then creates confidence in management, so as to improve employee productivity.
This study only uses performance appraisal as an independent variable. In this research, 50 civil servants involved as a questionnaire of respondents by census method. The data test technique used in this research includes validity test with factor analysis, reliability test, gap, and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA). IPA is a research method by comparing the level of importance with the level of implementation.
The results of this study indicate that the most important assessment process   in   the   implementation   of   performance   appraisal   and   integrity improvement  is  least  important.  Based  on  the  results  of  this  study,  the most important attributes require an increased priority to be done in order to remain competitive. Meanwhile, attributes that are considered less important do not require temporary fixes, if necessary ignored or omitted.

Abstract: Employee’s performance is one of the important factors for a company to reach their goals. Aside of being the factor to reach the company’s goals, employee’s performance also included as a way to measure the quality of the human resources in a company. Some of the factors which might caused an impact to employee’s performance are training, work environment and work satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to get to know if there is any impacts from pembinaan and work environment to employee’s performance with work satisfaction as the intervening.
This research was done in Hotel Megaland Solo with total sample of 68 respondents who are actually the employees of the hotel. The method of data analysis which used in this research was the double regression method.
The result of this research showed that training, work environment and work satisfaction variables have positive and significant impacts on employee’s performance,

Abstract: Employee performance decline at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office of Central Java and DIY in the first semester of 2016. In addition there is a research gap on the relationship of work environment, leadership quality and work motivation on employee performance
This study aims to determine the effect of work enviroment, quality leadership, and motivation work on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office of Central Java and DIY. The sample inthis study is employess of PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution Office Central Java and DIY that amounted to 74 people with using random sampling technique.
Data tabulation in this study includes validity test, reliability test, clasiccal assumption test, multiple linier regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test. The result of this research shows that the independent variable that is work environment (0, 386) leadership quality (0.251) and work motivation (0.264) have positive and significant relation to dependent variable that is employee performance.

Abstract: The research objective is to analyze influence of independent variables which consist of profit and los sharing (PLS), non profit and loss sharing (NonPLS), and commission and fee (COM) to risk. Selection of sample use purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling method is the method which based on certain criteria. The sample that used in this study are eleven of Islamic bank for period 2011 to 2015.
Quantitative data for this study get from Bank Indonesia and monthly financial report of Islamic bank. The data were analyzed by linear regression analysis using SPSS version 16.0 where previously performed classical assumption that includes Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Autocorrelation Test and Heterokedastisitas Test with level of significance 5%.
The result of t test shows that profit and los sharing (PLS) and non profit and los sharing (NonPLS) have negative and significant influence to risk of Islamic bank. Commission and fee (COM)  have negative but not significant influence to risk. Based on the result of this count, PLS and non profit and los sharing (NonPLS) variable prove to have negative and significant influence to risk Islamic bank and it’s known that Commission and fee (COM) variable has no effect to risk Islamic bank.

Abstract: This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of physical work environment, reward, and job characteristics on employees organization commitment of Hotel Grasia Semarang. Employee turnover data for Hotel Grasia over the past four years shows that the turnover rate is said to be unhealthy - on average, eight employees remain out of work. This data may indicate an employee organization commitment issue at Hotel Grasia. Therefore, Hotel Grasia must increase its employees' organizational commitment by taking into account the influencing variables such as those of Richard Steers (in Hadiyani, 2013) ie work environment, job characteristics, and organization as a whole including work rewards.
Questionnaires were distributed to 105 employees with total sampling method. This research used software SPSS Statistic 23. The technique of data testing includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, t test, F test, coefficient determination, and multiple linear regression analysis.
The results of this research indicate that physical work environment has positive and significant effect on employees organization commitment, reward has positive and significant impact on employees organization commitment, and job characteristic has positive and significant impact to employees organization commitment.

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the variables that affect buying interest in the face powder products Viva Cosmetics. This is based on the existence of problems on facial powder products Viva Cosmetics that decrease Brand Value, decrease Brand Share, TOM Brand and TOM Brand decline. This research uses quality factor of advertising message, product quality, merk awareness, merk image, merk attitude. These variables are considered to contribute substantially in the interest of buying consumers.
The population in this study is respondents who has interest to buy face powder Viva Cosmetics in Semarang City. The sampling technique was done by accidental sampling. With the number of samples 150 respondents. This study has six hypotheses. The analysis tool used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).
The result of this research shows that the quality of advertising message have a positive effect on merk image, product quality have positive effect to merk image, merk awareness have positive effect to merk attitude, merk image have positive effect on merk attitude, merk image have positive effect on buying interest, merk attitude influence positive towards buying interest. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leadership quality, work family conflict, and social support to presenteeism with burnout as intervening variable. This research was conducted at Agency of Population and Civil Registration Semarang City, with sample size was 80 employees who have married status with sampling technique using total sampling. The analysis used included multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis and test of sobel to test mediation effect.
The results show a positive and significant relationship between: a) leadership quality with presenteeism, b) work family conflict with presenteeism, c) social support with presenteeism, d) leadership quality with burnout, e) work family conflict with burnout, f) social support with burnout, g) burnout with presenteeism. The results of this study also show that burnout proved to be a mediating variable between leadership qualities, work family conflict, and social support for presenteeism.

Abstract: Diminished performance from employee performance PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (persero) Tbk., area of south jakarta  in 2012 to 2013 to make the authors examine employee performance.
This research is purposed to analyze the effects of Leader trust, non physical environment, and reward on employee’s performance. The phenomenon of fluctuation employee’s performance rate at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (persero) Tbk., area of south jakarta indicate that the employee’s performance is not maximized. This study used three independent variables there are Leader trust, non physical environment, and reward. This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of Leader trust, non physical environment, and reward on employee’s performance at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (persero) Tbk., regional division, area of south jakarta.
Data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires using non random sampling method, the sample used in this study were permanent employees of PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (persero) Tbk., regional division, area of south Jakarta many as 93 respondents. This study uses data analysis methods include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient determination test, F test and t test.
The result showed that the variables of Leader trust, non physical environment, and reward affect positively on the employee’s performance of employees at PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia (persero) Tbk., regional division, area of south Jakarta. These variables have an impact of 28,6% on employee’s performance. While the remaining 71.4% is influenced by other variables outside of this study

Abstract: Urbancut Barbershop is a barbershop located in Semarang. The barbershop business has grown a lot in Semarang, especially in Pleburan, making the competition tighter and causes decline in the number of customers in certain months. In order to overcome this, Urbancut Barbershop has to fulfill customer’s expectation. This research explains about Quality Function Deployment (QFD) implementation and aims to calibrate customer’s expectation and company technique requirement so that Urbancut Barbershop’s operational can match consumer’s expetation.
Data in this research is taken through questionnaire surveys for the Manager of Urbancut Barbershop and 50 of their consumers as respondents based on purposive sampling method. this study uses  Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze data.
The research shows that priority order based on absolute weight of customer’s order that has to be prioritized in increasing the company’s operational power. The research also shows priority order based on absolute weight and technique requirement of relative weight in terms of fixing and increasing service quality of Urbancut Barbershop.

Abstract: The aim of this research to analyze the relationship between crude oil price, earning per share, price to book value, return on assets and debt to equity ratio toward stock price. Case study on Coal Mining Company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2012-2016. Research population used are Coal Mining Company that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in period 2012-2016. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling and 14 coal company selected as sample of this research. Analysis used is Multiple Regression Analysis with significance level of 5% that includes classic assumption test, F statistic test, t statistic test and coefficient of determination test (R2). Results from the study showed that earning per share, price to book value and return on assets variables has positive and significant impact to stock price. Then crude oil price ratio and debt to equity ratio has negative and not significant effect to stock price. The result of coefficient of determination test showed the ability of model prediction is 64,7%, while the rest of 35,3% explained by variables outside of this study.

Abstract: This research is qualitative analysis interview, the population are the employees who has worked for a long period in Hotel Gran Puri Manado, and the sample using snowball sampling. The variables used in this research were taken from the literature to determine the relation between employee engagement and employee performance. The data were gathered through interview with the informants. The result showed that the employees are engaged with the company and showed a positive bond with the company which results in their vision to contribute to the company, to improve it and feeling the sense of returning the favor to the company. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research are employee engagement is very important for every organization because it could increase employee performance and productivity, the employees in Hotel Gran Puri Manado have shown that they have a motivation in doing their job. This research recommends Hotel Gran Puri Manado should provide a clear career path for every employee without differentitate each employee and always keep examining the employee who have worked extra hard when giving a bonus.

Abstract: This study motivated by the phenomena gap that occurred on small and middle enterprise (UKM) which is engaged in the food processing industry in Gresik. This study aims to examine the performance of Supply Chain Management which include focus on independent variables longterm relation, information sharing, Cooperation, Integration Process.
The population in this study are all the small and middle enterprise’s business owner in the food processing industry (IKM) in Gresik. Data collection method used is the method of sampling the sample amount to 106 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression.
Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. Sequentially based on the highest up to the lowest effect variable is the variable of longterm relation, information sharing, Integration Process, Cooperation. The result of the study found that three of all the independent variables are significant positive effect on the dependent variable while another variable (Cooperation) is significant negative.

Paket Lengkap The Analysis Of Factors Influencing Dividend Payout Ratio In Insurance Companies Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange (Idx) Period 2011-2015


Abstract: This study aims to analyze factors which are Profitability, Growth Opportunity, Firm Size and Leverage that influence the Dividend Payout Ratio in insurance companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2015. This study is a quantitative study and Multiple Linear Regression used as analysis tool. The sample are 10 companies who already made IPO before year 2011 and data were gathered from the company annual financial report. Result shows that Profitability measured by ROE and Growth Opportunity have a significant and negative association with DPR. Meanwhile Firm Size and Leverage have insignificant and negative relation with the dewan perwakilan rakyat in insurance companies that listed in IDX. The negative association by ROE and Growth Opportunity to the DPR. It thus, tends to retain their earnings more than to pay it as dividend. Companies should improve their product so they can cover all of the customer needs.

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether price, product quality and merk image influence the purchase decisions in UD. Ikan Mas. This research is motivated by a decrease in the number of consumer and selling intensity in UD. Ikan Mas.
The populations used in this research was a UD. Ikan Mas Consumer. The collection of data by using a questionnaires with a number of samples 100 respondents who buyed product in UD. Ikan Mas. This research method, using the technique of non-random sampling with purposive sampling method. Data obtained from questionnaires, then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis through the SPSS 23 software.
Based on the result of the research, it was found the regression equation as follows:
Y = 0,384 X1 + 0,238 X2 + 0,312 X3
The result of this research shows that all independent variables are the price, product quality and merk image has a positive effect on the dependent variable that is the purchase decision by using T test. Then through F test shows that the three independent variables are proper to examine the dependent variable. Adjusted R Square of 0,753 shows that the independent variables can explain 75,3% the dependent variable that is purchase decision, while the remaining 24,7% is explained by other variables outside of variable that used in this research.

Paket Lengkap Comparative Research Of Customer Value Proposition Between Male And Female Customer Of Indomie Product


Abstract: This research aims to see if there is significant difference between Male and Female customers of Indomie Products based on Customer Value Proposition This research type is descriptive with quantitative method, using Independent Sample T-Test as analytical tool. The sample size of this research is 100 Customer divided to 50 Male and 50 Female as respondents. Simple Random Sampling was used to collecting data through questionnaire. The result shows that there is no significant difference based on Customer Value Proposition in Functional Value and Emotional Value while there is significant difference based on Customer Value Proposition in Economical Value and Symbolic Value between Male and Female customers. Future Recommendation for Indomie is Indomie Products should focus on giving their products more on Economic Value such as giving promotions, because Indomie is affordable yet high quality Instant Food products compare to other products. And also Indomie should give more meaning for people to buy their products, because as the result says that Symbolic Value had significant difference for people. Indomie can start doing recycling their product or use more healthy basic ingredients for their products

Abstract: Study found Coffee has now become part of the lifestyle. People come to the Excelso not simply want to drink coffee, but because there is a touch of emotion, whether it’s a feeling of pride, prestige, or the warmth of one of the strategic steps performed by the provider of the Excelso Coffee shop. By knowing the values, excelso can increase customer to keep win the market share and be better than competitors. This research focuses on customers of Excelso Manado Town Square. This research conducted by a quantitative method and this research population is the buyers of wakai counterfeit shoes. By using an Independent Sample t-test, this research conducted a hypothesis is there is significant difference in utilitarian and hedonic value between male and female customers of Excelso Manado Town Square. Based on the result of this research, the data is normally distributed and homogenous. The result shows that there are no significant differences in utilitarian value and hedonic value between male and female customers of Excelso Manado Town Square. Findings suggest to develop strategies for enhancing utilitarian and hedonic value, which can increase the probability of customers revisiting to Excelso.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of perception of  product quality, attractiveness of promotions, and merk ambassador against purchasing decisions with the merk image as an intervening variable.
This research was conducted to consumers who ever make a purchase in Wardah cosmetics, where the respondents in this study is the student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Diponegoro in the academic year of 2013-2016. The number of samples in this research as much as 131 respondents. With the method of collecting data through questionnaires and sampling method in this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. This research uses the Partial Least Square analysis techniques, which are being estimated by the jadwal SmartPLS 2.0.
A Summary of this research in that the perception of  product quality, attractiveness of promotions, merk ambassador and merk image as an intervenning variable have an effect direcrly and indirectly against the purchasing decisions. Brand image is the factor that most affect consumers in making  purchasing decisions. So the higher the merk image of a product then the higher the purchasing decisions of consumers on such products. The perceived benefits of greatly influence consumer purchase decisions in conducting at Wardah cosmetic products.

Abstract: Brand loyalty is a major element of an industry to achieve competitive advantages. The existence of merk loyalty help the company to reduce marketing costs and maximize revenue. The main focus of this research is the issue that the merk loyalty of Hand and Body Lotion Citra continues to decline. Indications of merk loyalty can be seen from the percentage of merk share and merk value. The purpose of this research is to analyze the indirect effect of merk communication toward merk loyalty of Hand and Body Lotion Citra trough merk image and merk trust as the intervening variable.
The sampling method used in this research is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique. Samples were collected from 100 female with age 15-35 years old in Semarang who always use Hand and Body Lotion Citra. Collected data were analyzed with several tests, such as: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, goodness of fit test using IBM SPSS 23 for windows and sobel test.
The result showed in the classical testing assumption, the regression model is normally distribution and heteroscedasticity does not occur. This research explain the relationship of merk communication has a positive significant effect on merk loyalty through merk trust as intervening variable. The results of research also indicate that relationship between merk communication on merk loyalty becomes stronger when mediated with merk image and merk trust variables simultaneously.

Abstract: The banking industry in Indonesia facing a difficulty after the crisis and showing its performance.. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Operating Expenses to Operating Income (BOPO) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) to the Return On Assets (ROA) and determine the variabel that give the dominant influence on the annual report of conventional banks in Indonesia.
The object of research is 41 conventional banks in Indonesia in assets listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) for the period 2010-2014 and the sample used in this research is secondary data from Return On Assets (ROA). This study used the purposive sampling method. The data analyses employed the use of multiple linear regression.
The result from this study indicates that CAR and NIM has not significant influences on ROA. And then, LDR and BOPO has significant influence on ROA.

Abstrak: Sumberdaya insan merupakan hal terpenting dalam setiap organisasi mencakup setiap aspek yang ada di dalam organisasi. Suatu organisasi perusahaan didirikan alasannya yaitu memiliki tujuan dan maksud tertentu yang ingin dan harus dicapai. Dalam mencapai tujuannya setiap organisasi dipengaruhi oleh sikap organisasi. Salah satu aktivitas yang paling kuat dalam sikap organisasi yaitu kinerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan di beberapa Indomaret di Kota Manado dengan memakai pengukuran Balanced Scorecard. Penulis memakai metode analisis deskriptif yaitu metode yang dalam meneliti status sekelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu kondisi, suatu sistem aliran atau pun suatu kelas kejadian pada masa sekarang. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa kinerja karyawan dibeberapa Indomaret di Kota Manado masuk dalam kategori memuaskan. Mengingat Kinerja yang dilihat dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif proses pembelajaan memuaskan maka pihak indomaret harus memperhatikan faktor-faktor tersebut.

Abstract: SPBE PT. Tunas Sejati Cilacap is one of the filling plant companies in Indonesia that performs the transportation, filling and delivery of LPG to the agents of PT. Pertamina which sells LPG. To be able to meet the needs of transportation, filling and delivery of LPG to agents in Cilacap and surrounding areas of course SPBE PT. Tunas Sejati Cilacap demands that employees can improve their performance. One way is to provide pembinaan so as to create quality human resources, in addition to the importance of work discipline also plays an important role in developing the potential of employees to optimize the company's activities to achieve goals.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of pembinaan and work discipline on employee performance with job satisfaction as intervening variabel. The data collected in this research using questionnaires distributed to respondents and samples used in this study is saturated samping technique with total samples of 67 respondents. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis method. The data testing technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, coefficient determination test, F test, t test and sobel test to test the mediation effect.
The results of analysis from this research result that pembinaan and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, pembinaan and work discipline have a positive and significant impact to the employee performance, job satisfaction have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, job satisfaction mediates the effect of pembinaan on employee performance, and job satisfaction mediates the effect of work discipline on employee performance.

Paket Lengkap Dampak Kelompok Pola Dan Merk Image Terhadap Minat Beli Smartphone


Abstrak: Dalam kala globalisasi ini, teknologi yaitu bab yang tidak terlepas dari kehidupan masyarakat urban. Hal ini menyebabkan pangsa pasar gres khususnya untuk smartphone. Dalam memasarkan produk ada beberapa taktik yang digunakan, menyerupai pemanfaatan kelompok contoh dan penggunaan gambaran merek dalam menarik minat beli masyaralat. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui imbas merk image dan kelompok contoh terhadap minat beli terhadap produk smartphone pada komunitas mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sam Ratulangi. Metode pengambilan sampel memakai random sampling, dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kelompok contoh tidak besar lengan berkuasa terhadap minat beli smartphone, dan merk image, juga tidak besar lengan berkuasa terhadap minat beli smartphone, namun secara bersamaan kelompok contoh dan merk image besar lengan berkuasa terhadap minat beli.  Melalui penelitian dibutuhkan sanggup memperlihatkan ide dalam memasarkan produk khususnya di kalangan mahasiswa. Kelompok contoh dan merk image bila dipakai secara gotong royong sanggup menghipnotis minat beli smartphone. Tim pemasaran harus memakai dua variabel tersebut secara bersamaan.

Abstract: This research aims to examines the factors that effect purchase decisions at Giant Supermarket. This is based on the Giants Supermarket’s problems those are the decrease of sales volume, the decrease of TOP Brand Index, the decrease of Brand Value, the decrease of Brand Share, and the decrease of the number of outlets in Giant Supermarket. This research was conducted at Giant Supermarket in Semarang, the factors are store atmosphere, price discount, and shopping emotion. These factors are considered to contribute a considerable share in consumer purchase decisions.The population in this research is consumer who have made purchases at Giant Supermarket in Semarang. The sampling technique which used in this research is snowball sampling with the total sample 150 respondents. The analysis tool which used is Structuran Equation Model (SEM).The result shows that the Store Atmosphere has a positive effect on Shopping Emotion, Price Discount has positive effect on Shopping Emotion, Shopping Emotion have positive effect on Purchase Decision.The shopping emotion factor is the most impact in comparison with other factors.

Abstract: High growth of technology and consumer’s shifting behavior who want an easy transaction, faster, and efficient cause online business growth that called e-commerce. This causes competition of e-commerce in high temper. Company needs to make their consumers being loyal to their product so they can survive. Between the atmosphere of the competitiveness nowadays, Zalora is one of the most popular e-commerce company in Indonesia that not coupled with the reputation and page viewers to transact in this site. This study was to examine the effect od variabel perceived usefulness, easy of use, and consumer trust on purchase decision of Zalora in Semarang through consumer intention as an intervening variabel.
The total sample in this study is 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique that comsumers in Semarang and also conduct transaction at least 1 times in Zalora. Data analysis method used are in which the analysis : validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear regeression, t0test, F-test, determination test and Sobel test.
This result of multiple regression analysis showed that all independent variabels are perceived usefulness (0,252). Ease of use (0,625), and customer’s trust (0,165) has a positive and significant relationship to variabel purchase intention. Intervening variabel such as purchase intention (0,625) and independent variabel such as costomer’s trust (0,165) has a positive relationship and parallel to the dependant variabel is purchase intention.

Abstract: Pencemaran udara di Indonesia pada tingkat yang mengkhawatirkan.Hal ini mendasari Suzuki memproduksi kendaraan beroda empat LCGC Suzuki Karimun Wagon R AGS dengan penemuan pengaplikasian transmisi Auto Gear Shift(AGS), serta mendapat beberapa penghargaan yang menawarkan keunggulan kualitasnya. Namun, peluncurannya belum sanggup meningkatkan pangsa pasar secara signifikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membahas efek kesadaran lingkungan, penemuan produk dan persepsi kualitas terhadap niat beli kendaraan beroda empat Suzuki Karimun Wagon R AGS.
Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah seseorang berusia minimal 25 tahun, sudah pernah memakai kendaraan beroda empat namun belum pernah mempunyai kendaraan beroda empat Suzuki Karimun Wagon R AGS dan sedang berkunjungke ekspo kendaraan beroda empat di Royal Plaza dan Giant Margorejo Surabaya. Penelitian ini memakai 210 sampel, metode pengambilan sampel ialah non-probability sampling dengan teknik sampling incidental. Teknik analisis data memakai regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menawarkan bahwa terdapat efek antara kesadaran lingkungan terhadap niat beli, penemuan produk terhadap niat beli dan persepsi kualitas terhadap niat beli sebesar 69,3%.

Abstract: In obtaining information about a product, the consumer is no longer limited to the information from the manufacturer. The Information of the product can be obtained from other consumers personally as known as word of mouth. Along with the development of internet technology, word of mouth communication is not only done in a personal but it can be done with a broader range called electronic word of mouth. The concept of electronic word of mouth in the form of an opinion regarding a product or company that expressed by actual consumer via social media that can be either positive or negative reviews, so it can affect the prospective consumers glance towards the merk image and its impact on purchase intention of product. This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on the merk image and purchase intention, especially wardah cosmetics products that are currently reviewed by social media.
This research used purposive sampling technique which is included in non-probability sampling method, by spreading questionnaires to 100 respondents of young women in Semarang who aware about electronic word of mouth  with age of 15-29 years. Collected data were analyzed with several tests: validity, reliability, normality, heteroskedasidity, statistical t test, statistical f test, coefficient of determination test, multiple regression analysis, and sobel test using IBM SPSS 23 for windows software application.
The results indicated that electronic word of mouth has significant influence on merk image and purchase intention. While the merk image as an intervening variable has  significant influence on purchase intention as a partial mediation.

Abstract: Employee retention is a technique used to retain employees to stay in the company for a certain period. The high retention rate can cause a positive impact for the company. It can be done if the company pays attention to factors such as Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment. Organizations that retain their high performers are bound to be successful in performance and at the same time avoid expenses. This study attempt to analyze how Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment can effect on employee retention and if those variables are already been applied at the company. This research is using qualitative approach trough interview. The research was conducted at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Sudirman. The population of this research is 10 front-liner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Manado Branch Sudirman. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment have a positive effect against the retention of employees. This suggests that the higher the level of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, compensation, and work environment then the higher employee retention is.
